EthernetⅡ/ETHERNET 802.3 IEEE802.2.SAP/SNAP的区别1.Ethernet V1:这是最原始的一种格式,是由Xerox PARC提出的3Mbps CSMA/CD 以太网标准的封装格式,后来在1980年由DEC,Intel和Xerox标准化形成Ethernet V1标准;2.Ethernet V2(ARPA):这是最常见的一种以太网帧格式,也是今天以太网的事实标准,由DEC,Intel 和Xerox在1982年公布其标准,主要更改了Ethernet V1的电气特性和物理接口,在帧格式上并无变化;Ethernet V2出现后迅速取代Ethernet V1成为以太网事实标准;Ethernet V2帧头结构为6bytes的源地址+6bytes的目标地址+2Bytes的协议类型字段+数据。

常见协议类型如下:0800 IP0806 ARP8137 Novell IPX809b Apple Talk如果协议类型字段取值为0000-05dc(十进制的0-1500),则该帧就不是Ethernet V2(ARPA)类型了,而是下面讲到的三种802.3帧类型之一;Ethernet可以支持TCP/IP,Novell IPX/SPX,Apple Talk Phase I等协议;RFC 894定义了IP报文在Ethernet V2上的封装格式;Ethernet_II中所包含的字段:在每种格式的以太网帧的开始处都有64比特(8字节)的前导字符,如图所示。

其中,前7个字节称为前同步码(Preamble),内容是16进制数0xAA,最后1字节为帧起始标志符0xAB,它标识着以太网帧的开始。

前导字符的作用是使接收节点进行同步并做好接收数据帧的准备。

——PR:同步位,用于收发双方的时钟同步,同时也指明了传输的速率(10M和100M的时钟频率不一样,所以100M网卡可以兼容10M网卡),是56位的二进制数101010101010.....——SD: 分隔位,表示下面跟着的是真正的数据,而不是同步时钟,为8位的10101011,跟同步位不同的是最后2位是11而不是10.——DA:目的地址,以太网的地址为48位(6个字节)二进制地址,表明该帧传输给哪个网卡.如果为FFFFFFFFFFFF,则是广播地址,广播地址的数据可以被任何网卡接收到.——SA:源地址,48位,表明该帧的数据是哪个网卡发的,即发送端的网卡地址,同样是6个字节.----TYPE:类型字段,表明该帧的数据是什么类型的数据,不同的协议的类型字段不同。

AP8022构成的ABS机开关电源原理与检修作者:郑秀峰来源:《卫星电视与宽带多媒体》2011年第21期市面上流行的山寨中九接收机品牌众多,采用的开关电源设计方案也不尽相同,有分立元件构成的,也有采用五花八门电源管理芯片构成的,集信V4黑盒子中九专用接收机开关电源采用了小功率电源芯片AP8022。

电源芯片AP8022内部集成有电流型PWM(脉冲宽度调制)控制器、固定频率为55KHz的振荡器和击穿电压为730V的高压功率场效应管。

该电源芯片内部还集成有过热、过压、过流保护电路和用于电源启动的高压电流源。

以AP8022为核心元件构成的开关电源具有输入电压适应范围宽(85-265V)、电源转换效率高、外围电路简捷、成本低廉等特点。

AP8022引脚功能为:①、②脚内置场效应开关管源极,在电路板上接地端,③脚反馈输入端,④脚供电端,⑤-⑧脚接内部场效应开关管漏极。

附图为集信V4中九专用接收机开关电源电路原理图。

工作原理1.启动与振荡开机后,220V交流市电经D1-D4桥式整流、C5、C2滤波,得到的约300V的直流电压,经过开关变压器TB1的初级①-②绕组直接送至IC1(AP8022)的⑤-⑧脚,IC1内部的启动电路、振荡电路得电后开始工作。

振荡电路产生的振荡信号通过驱动电路使IC1内部场效应管进入开关状态,开关变压器TB1初级绕组①-②上产生感应电压,由于绕组间的电磁耦合,开关变压器TB1反馈绕组③-④产生的感应电压经D6整流、R10限流、C4滤波后得到的直流电压加到AP8022④脚,为AP8022内部电路提供正常工作所需的电压,维持开关电源的稳定工作。

电源正常工作后,开关变压器次级各绕组产生高频脉冲电压分别经过整流、滤波后输出不同的电压,为主板各单元电路提供工作电源。

2.稳压控制集信V4中九专用接收机开关电源稳压控制电路主要由光电耦合器UP1(817C)和可调三端稳压器IC2(TL431)等元件组成,稳压取样电压取自3.3V电源,经R5、R4分压加到TL431A控制端R。

电源IC DL321 代换:维修中九电源,我觉得以下配件必备:1:16V1000UF 电容。

很多机器发现不开机,或电源输出低、开机正常,接75 欧线反复启动、或收台少等疑难故障,换掉它,可以起到事功半倍的效果。

2:IN4007 二极管。

3:TL431.4:光耦。

5:10UF400V 电容。

6:FR309 二极管。

7:2.2 欧功率电阻。

8:各种8 脚电源IC。

或DVB 万能电源板。

9:10D 471K 压敏电阻。

(厂家太缺德,如在整流前加一个压敏电阻,可省去我们维修人员多少劳累和钱财呀!我发现,电源只要有压敏电阻,很少坏整流后的原件.电源IC 代换资料,如有差错,请斧正。

1:THX203RM6203、1803、1203、TFC718S、JH82032:VIP22P=8022、T0165、sd4841p(两IC 的3 和4 脚要对调)3:DH321=DL0165、Q100、DM0265R、4:TM0165暂时没有找到资料。

注意:它绝对不能与321、DL0165R直接代换。

2:VIP22P=8022、T0165、SD4148P楼主及各位朋友请注意了,是SD4841 不是SD4148,楼主型号也写错了,技术这活要认真(不知楼主有否自己试过?这样会对待才行。

VIP22 和SD4841 是不同的不能直接代换的,,经过本人试验,SD4841 用原装型号,较好,实在要换的话,经过本人成功代换,误人的)用VIP22A 改变脚接线,再换可行。

,两IC (具体是两IC 的 3 和 4 脚要对调,否则烧IC)功能对比如下:SD4841:1,控制电路地;2,MOSFET 接地;3,电源,4,反馈输入。

5,空;6-8,漏极。

VIPER22:1-2,源极接地;3,反馈输入。

4,电源;5-8,漏极。

不知道的话,不要误导人,好不好。

circuitand the current coming from the COMP pin.The voltage across R2VR2is then compared to a fixed reference voltage.The MOSFET is switched off when VR2equals the reference voltage.Leading Edge Blanking (LEB)At the instant the internal Sense FET is turned on,there usually exists a high current spike through the Sense FET,caused by the primary side capacitance and secondary side rectifier diode reverse recovery.Excessive voltageacross the sense resistor would lead to false feedback operation in the current mode PWM control.To counter this effect,the device employs a leading edge blanking (LEB)circuit.This circuit inhibits the PWM comparator for a short time (typically 500ns)after the Sense FET is turned on.Under Voltage Lock OutOnce fault condition occurs,switching is terminated and the Sense FET remains off.This causes VCC to fall.When VCC reaches the UVLO stop voltage,9V ,the protection is reset and the internal high voltage current source charges the VCC capacitor.When VCC reaches the UVLO start voltage,15.5V ,the device resumes its normal operation.In this manner,the auto-restart can alternately enable and disable the switching of the power Sense FET until the fault condition is eliminated.Thermal Shutdown (TSD)The Sense FET and the control IC are integrated in the same chip,making it easier for the control IC to detect the temperature of the Sense FET.When the temperature exceeds approximately 170°C,thermal shutdown is activated,the device turn off the Sense FET and the high voltage current source to charge VCC.The device will go back to work when the lower threshold temperature about 140°C is reached.Over Voltage Protection (OVP)In case of malfunction in the secondary side feedback circuit,or feedback loop open caused by a defect of solder,the current through the opto-coupler transistor becomes almost zero.Because excess energy is providedto the output,the output voltage may exceed the ratedvoltage,resulting in the breakdown of the devices in the secondary side.In order to prevent this situation,an over voltage protection(OVP)circuit is employed.If VCC exceeds43V,OVP circuit is activated resulting in termination of the 双高速低噪声运算放大器AD8022关键字:放大器功耗电流1概述AD8022由两个低噪声的高速电压反馈放大器组成。

它的两个输入端产生的电压噪声只有2.5nV/√Hz。

同时具有带宽宽,失真小等特性。

当驱动电容负载时,AD8022具有较高的输出电流和较好的稳定性。

它的功耗较小,在5V到±12V的电源下工作时,每个放大器仅消耗4.0mA的静态电流。

AD8022采用8脚microSOIC和SOIC封装。

由于其过电压恢复时间短,带宽宽,所以它可以作为非对称数字用户线(ADSL:Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line)、超高速数字用户线(VDSL:Very-high-data-rate Digital Sub-scriber Line)以及其它xDSL收发信机的接收信道前端。

另外,AD8022中的两个独立的电压反馈放大器也可以作为线路变压器的差动接收器或xDSL线路接口电路的有源滤波器。

图1所示为AD8022的引脚排列图。

2 特性参数及性能2 .1 最大功率损耗AD8022的最大功耗受外壳结温的限制。

对于塑料封装的器件,它的最大安全结温大约为150℃。

一旦超过这个限制,会使外壳与基底的应力发生改变,从而引起性能参数的漂移。

若长时间地使结温高于175℃,则会造成器件的失灵。

虽然AD8022具有短路保护功能,但这仍不能充分保证器件在各种条件下都没有超过结温。

为了确保器件的安全,必须根据最大功率降额曲线来进行操作。

2.2电源和退耦为了使AD8022能够发挥较好的技术性能,应提供高质量的±12V电源。

同时在工作中,必须注意对电源引脚端的退耦。

对于低频信号,应在AD8022附近放置一对10μF 的电容。

另外,在每个引脚旁,也应尽可能近地连接一个0.1μF的退耦电容。

AD8022具有低噪声、低失真、低功耗、高速度等性能。

表1给出了AD8022的主要性能参数(工作条件为T=25℃,Vs=±12V,RL=500Ω,G=1)。

比较优势:
内置高压 MOSFET 能有效的节约购买分离器件的成本,同时 PCB 版图的面积也 将缩小。由于 PWM 控制电路和功率管在同一个芯片上,开关回路的面积能最大 程度的减小,相对采用 PWM 控制芯片和功率管分离的方案来说,EMC 性能会有 很大的优势;
无需采用高压启动电阻,可以有效的降低待机功耗,同时还可节省外围元件(高 压电阻),提高了安全性能(高压电阻的短路或不符合规范将可能烧坏控制芯片);
