设计说明：在阅读过程中用了fast reading ,careful reading ,post reading带领学生进行阅读，让学生对文章由浅入深，从而一步一步了解文章，在每一步中都布置任务，在最后播放录音，让学生总体把握一下全文。
2.能力难点与重点：了解文章掌握中心意思，提高阅读能力，掌握春节的一些活动。

一．教材分析
本案例选自职业高中英语基础模块上册Unit 12 The Spring Festival ,本课是阅读课的第一课时，围绕的主题——春节，设计了一系列的教学步骤，旨在阅读本文提高学生对春节的了解。
二．教学目标
1.知识与技能目标：
Knowledge Objects（知识目标）andAbility Objects（技能目标）:
在分析文章时，重点放在重点短语和词汇上。
Step III Talk show
1. What do you do on the Spring Festival？
2. Do you know some other festivals?
设计说明：在阅读完后，准备一个talk show来提高学生的说的能力，同时也是对文章的一个很好的理解，再讨论一些其他的节日来拓宽学生的知识面，以此达到对中国传统节日有更多的了解。
iv)Children are very happy to receive the lucky money from the senior member of the family.
