耐高温胶水/固化剂1613系室温或低温固化型环氧树脂胶,固化物表面平整、光亮、硬度高、绝缘性能好,广泛用于各类电容器、变压器、发生器、电源模快、灯饰及其它电子零件的绝缘、固定、防潮、灌封及用于保密之遮封,耐温高达280℃。

搅拌时注意搅拌四周与底部,都须均匀混合。

本品混合后会逐渐固化,其粘稠度也会逐渐上升;3、混合在一起的胶量越多,其反应就越快,固化速度也会越快,请注意控制一次配胶的量,因为由于反应加快,其可使用的时间也会缩短;在大量使用前,请先小量试用,掌握产品的使用技巧,以免差错。

4、有极少数人长时间接触胶液会产生轻度皮肤过敏,有轻度痒痛,建议使用时戴防护手套,粘到皮肤上请用丙酮或酒精擦去,并使用清洁剂清洗干净。

5、混合后材料尽早使用完毕,以免反应胶稠而损失,固化过程中请及时清洁使用器具,以免胶水凝固在器具上;未使用完之原料应密封储存,并注意远离火源及潮湿场所。

四、使用工艺1、混合前:首先把A组分和B组分在各自的容器内充分搅拌均匀。

2、混合时:应遵守A组分:B组分=1:1的重量比,并搅拌均匀。

3、排泡:胶料混合后应真空排泡1-3分钟。

4、灌封:混合好的胶料应尽快灌注到被灌产品中,以免后期胶料增稠而流动性不好5、固化:加温固化。

温度越高,固化速度越快。

五、注意事项1、胶料应在干燥室温环境下密封贮存,混合好的胶料应尽快用完,避免造成浪费。

2、本品属非危险品,但勿入口和眼。

3、本品无毒,具有良好的生理惰性,对皮肤无刺激和伤害。

产品不含有易燃易爆成份,不会引发火灾及爆炸事故,对运输无特殊要求。

4、存放一段时间后,胶会有所分层。

请搅拌均匀后使用,不影响性能。

5、以下物质可能会阻碍本产品的固化,或发生不固化现象,所以,最好在进行简易实验验证后应用,必要时需要清洗应用部位。

a、不完全固化的缩合型硅酮胶。

b、胺固化型环氧树脂。

c、白蜡焊接处或松香焊点。

六、包装规格及贮存及运输1、A剂 25kg/桶;B剂 25kg/桶。

2、本产品的贮存期为1年(25℃以下),超过保存期限的产品应确认无异常后方可使用。

3、此类产品属于非危险品,可按一般化学品运输。

胶水术语大全一、胶水外观包括胶粘剂的颜色、色泽度及有无沉淀、分层现象;一般来说,胶水的外观色泽愈浅、愈透明愈受欢迎;若色泽过深,将对浅色材质造成污染,而影响鞋子之美观;上膜干燥后,色泽会随时间逐渐变深,若胶粘剂安定性不佳,色泽变深之速度较快;通常黄糊之色泽比药水糊要深,药水糊之色泽又比PU要深。

二、粘度一般所指之粘度乃指液体在流动时所产生的阻力,也就是在涂刷时所产生的阻力,用某种单位表示出来之数字就是粘度;单位是CPS/25℃或mpa·S/25℃。

粘度高,流动性较差;粘度低,流动性较佳;粘度与固成份并无绝对之关系,即固成份高之胶粘剂,粘度不一定就高;粘度与一般操作上所称之“涂刷性”亦无绝对关系,粘度高并不表示涂刷性一定就差;涂刷性与溶剂之挥发速度及涂刷工具之含胶量有较密切的关系;不同粘度之胶粘剂最好使用不同涂刷工具,如较低粘度的胶粘剂,应使用含胶力较强,较为柔软之毛刷;选择胶粘剂时,粘度为重要之考虑因素,对多孔材料,若使用的胶粘剂粘度太低,则大部分胶粘剂将渗入接着表面之下,此时就会产生欠胶现象,反之,若胶粘剂粘度太高的话,渗透力欠佳,且干燥速度较慢,若干燥时间不够,往往会影响粘着效果。

三、固成分就是胶粘剂单位重量内所含溶质(不挥发物)之百分比;固成份=溶质/(溶质+溶剂)x100%。

胶粘剂的固成份影响其涂刷性,粘性维持时间(TACK TINE)、接着力等。

多孔性材料应选用固成份较高的胶粘剂,非多孔材料应选用固成份较低的胶粘剂。

四、操作性胶粘剂除了须具有良好之粘着效果外,若具有良好的操作性,不但能增加上胶速度,且能保持粘着效果的稳定与成品之外观。

操作性良好的胶粘剂必须具备下列条件:1.涂布容易一一增加上胶速度,并且胶膜厚度均匀。

2.搅拌容易一一加入硬化剂后,容易搅拌均匀。

3.不会拉丝一一刷子沾胶后或涂刷时不能有拉丝现象,以免胶丝沽到鞋面,而影响鞋子外观。

4.不会滴胶一一刷子沾胶后,若有滴胶现象,亦会污染鞋子,并使刷子的含胶量减小。
