同时五指内屈，形成猴爪，屈肘亮于胸前两侧，掌心向下，向右拢逗眨眼。
两脚震地，体向右转45 °，上左脚为虚步，同时两手向两侧撩爪，然后抖肘抱于胸前两侧，两腿微蹲，右脚向右跨一步，体向左转90°，右脚向前轻上半步。
两脚尖点地，然后左腿全蹲，右脚跪地。
两手向下按地，目视两手(图2)。
易犯错误：上下肢动作不协调一致。
纠正发法：体向右转45 °，上左脚为虚步，同时两手向两侧撩爪。

易犯错误：左手未向后撩抓。
纠正方法：右脚抬起，同时右手穿过裆向后撩抓。
