企业薪酬调查综合系统 企业用户操作说明1)内容描述对于企业用户来说,登录企业薪酬调查综合系统后就可以使用调查录入和密码修改两个功能。

2)功能描述调查录入:可以新增和编辑不同年份本公司的企业人工成本情况表、企业在岗职工工资调查表和毕业生工资待遇调查表。

密码修改:可以修改本企业用户的登录密码。

3)操作方法登录企业薪酬调查综合系统(其中帐号为本企业的企业编码,登录密码请向管理员索要)。

4)企业用户登录在登录界面输入用户名(即企业编码)和密码后,点击登录按钮(或按回车键)登录。

如下图:输入用户名(企业编码)5)企业用户密码修改登录后点击密码修改栏目,再点击用户密码修改模块,进入企业用户密码修改页面。

输入密码和确认密码,点击保存按钮即可将原密码修改成输入的密码。

这次调查主要针对各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市和新疆生产建设兵团国资委履行出资人职责的企业,以及各中央企业,并首度将央企职工“工资外收入情况”纳入调查范围。

“目前,央企高管与普通人员工资收入差距越来越大,平均差距接近20倍,有的企业CEO工资甚至比普通员工高出上百倍。

”国资委研究中心特聘研究员脱明忠接受时代周报记者采访时表示。

以往,央企职工的工资外收入,包括职工福利性收入、补充养老保险费(企业年金)、补充医疗保险费、住房公积金、各类商业保险等,一直没有纳入国资委对国企工资总额统计及规范管理。

在脱明忠看来,国务院国资委日前启动国企职工薪酬调查可能是基于两个方面的考虑,一是响应国务院年初公布《关于深化收入分配制度改革的若干意见》的举动,预示着国资委正在抓紧研究国企系统收入分配改革的配套方案和实施细则。

二是为了加强国有企业收入分配调控的基础工作,提高国资委系统监管企业收入分配调控工作的科学化、合理化和精准化水平。

实际上,国资委主导的薪酬调查工作自2007年始每年进行,但结果从未公布。

而央企及主管部门的讳莫如深也引起了人们对这个话题的高度好奇:央企员工的工资和福利究竟如何?福利削减在很多人眼里,央企是“高富帅”单位—工资高、福利好、前程似锦。

当陈平还是学生时,他也如此认为,但美好的想象在他进入这座“围城”后碎了一地。

2011年,研究生毕业后,陈平考入中国移动[微博]浙江省某地市级分公司,从事网络维护工作。

两年里,他从6岗升至7岗,基本工资涨至每月2000元,加上绩效工资,扣除个税,每月到手4000多元;再加上一万多的年终奖,这便是他工资的全部。

中国石油天然气股份有限公司赴境外工作人员薪酬管理办法石油人字〔2004〕320号第一章总则第一条为进一步发挥薪酬的激励职能,有效调动赴境外工作人员(以下简称员工)的积极性,稳定骨干,凝聚人才,促进股份公司建设成为具有国际竞争力的跨国企业战略目标的实现,结合股份公司实际,制定本管理办法。

第二条确定薪酬的基本原则(一)突出岗位劳动要素。

以岗定薪,岗变薪变,体现岗位责任、环境及岗位人员履岗能力、业绩与收入的相对统一。

(二)贯彻以人为本理念。

从实际出发,兼顾境外工作、生活特点,有利于维护员工身心健康,促进工作效率的提高。

(三)统放结合,分级管理。

股份公司负责制定统一的薪酬制度,各单位制定具体实施办法并组织实施。

第三条本办法适用于中国石油天然气股份有限公司(以下称股份公司)所属单位赴境外项目承担工作或在股份公司驻外办事处(以下统称项目)工作、连续时间在30天(含30天)以上的人员。

不包括赴境外承担工作不满30天以及临时到境外出差、调研、慰问的人员。

单纯从事劳务合作、技术服务的外派人员薪酬待遇由派出单位按劳务合同规定执行,不执行本办法。

第二章工资制度第四条实行以岗位等级工资制为主、协议工资制为辅的工资制度。

第五条岗位等级工资制岗位等级工资制由岗位工资、境外津贴和奖金三个单元构成。

按项目实际聘任的岗位确定员工相应的岗级与待遇,岗变薪变,动态管理。

(一)岗位工资执行股份公司基本工资制度所确定的岗位(技)工资标准,同一标准,同步运行。

(二)境外津贴包括岗位津贴、地区津贴和现场津贴。

1.岗位津贴。

股份公司按十六个岗级确定岗位津贴标准执行区间,派出单位按一岗一薪或一岗多薪的方式,根据项目分级、岗位设置等情况制定具体标准。

岗位津贴标准及各岗级参考岗位见附表1。

2.地区津贴。

股份公司根据项目所在国家(地区)的自然环境、生活环境和安全环境等划分地区类别,确定地区津贴指导标准。

股份公司驻外办事处及各项目(驻外机构)城市基地的地区津贴不能超过规定的指导标准;勘探开发、工程技术服务和施工作业等生产性企业,可根据一线生产基地的具体情况,以规定标准为基准,上下浮动30%执行;部分自然条件特别恶劣、无依托能力的新区,经股份公司批准后可上浮至45%。

中国石油内部网员工个人薪酬查询操作说明第一步:登录集团公司人事部网页,点击“薪资查询”栏目。

集团公司人事部网址:
进入到中国石油员工薪酬查询系统页面。

初次登陆系统我们首先要看一下下方的使用协议,点击右下角的“”展开盘可以显示。

第二步:输入员工编号、身份证号码和密码后,点击确定,开始薪酬查询。

初次登陆时,系统要求设置密码。

必须输入员工编号、身份证号码后,先点击,进行密码设置。

修改密码。

输入新密码确定密码修改成功后,我们要点击“”刷新页面,重新登陆。

填写正确的员工编号、身份证号码和密码,点击确定后进入查询界面。

第三步:在查询界面里选择我们要查询的时间范围,点击“搜索”就可以得到工资结果。

查询结果如下:

第四步:查询的结果我们可以通过导出按钮中进行excel格式的保存和显示。

查询结束我们可以点击按钮返回到查询界面进行新的查询。

如果查询结束我们同样可以通过点击返回按钮进行退出。
