Supplier Service Level is a KPI calculated monthly by IVECO for each of its suppliers
Supplier Service Level is a way to measure the ability of the supplier to respect the order schedule.

Punctuality
PUNCTUALITY:
If there are no scheduled orders, supplier service level is not calculated.
For each order line the percentage is computed as the ratio between the delivered quantity up untillthe reference month and the scheduled quantity in the reference month:
•PN1 –Sched. Qty 10 due on June, 3rd; Del. Qty 10 on June, 25th SSL = 10/10 = 100%•PN2 –Sched. Qty 100 due on June, 10th; Del. Qty 97 on June, 30th SSL = 97/100 = 97%•PN2 –Sched. Qty 80 due on June, 5th; Del. Qty 72 on June, 30th SSL = 72/80 = 90%Punctuality: average % as calculated above: (100%+97%+90%) / 3 = 95,6%
Monthly punctuality : June Service Level: 95,6% of what is
expected in June is delivered form January to June.
