Liquids and coarse particles are forced to the bowl interior wall (B) by the centrifugalaction of the swirling air. They are then carried down the bowl wall by the force of gravity. The baffle (D) separates the lower portion of the bowl into a “quiet zone” (E) where the removed liquid and particles collect, unaffected by the swirling air, and are therefore not reentrained into the flowing air.Second Stage Filtration:After liquids and large particles are removed in the first stages of filtration, the air flows through element (C) where smaller particles are filtered out. The filtered air then passes downstream. Collected liquids and particles in the “quiet zone” (E) should be drained before their level reaches a height where they would be reentrained in the flowing air. This can be accomplished by unscrewing the drain valve (F) slightly until the liquid begins to drain.Technical InformationE F(Revised 11-21-12)。

The reason for the revision is to ensure thatthis European Standard. The dimensions of spiral wound gaskets for tongue and groove flanges and spigot and recess flanges to EN 1092-1 are not included in this European Standard. Such gaskets may be available, however, for these types of flanges and the purchaser is advised to consult the manufacturer as to their availability.EN 1514-2:2005 (E)1 ScopeThis European Standard specifies the dimensions and marking of spiral wound gaskets for use in conjunction with flat face and raised face flanges complying with EN 1092-1 for PN 10, PN 16, PN 25, PN 40, PN 63, PN 100 and PN 160 and up to and including DN 1000.NOTE 1 Dimensions of other types of gaskets for use with flanges to EN 1092-1, EN 1092-2, EN 1092-3 and EN 1092-4 are given in EN 1514-1, EN 1514-3, EN 1514-4, EN 1514-6, EN 1514-7 and EN 1514-8.NOTE 2 Annex A lists information that should be supplied by the purchaser when ordering gaskets in circumstances where the choice of the gasket materials appropriate to the service is left to the supplier.2 Normative referencesThe following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated refer-ences, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.EN 1333, Pipework components — Definition and selection of PN.EN ISO 6708, Pipework components — Definition and selection of DN (nominal size) (ISO 6708:1995).3 Terms and definitionsFor the purposes of this European Standard, the following terms and definitions apply.3.1DNsee EN ISO 67083.2PNsee EN 13334 Designations4.1 Essential Features and Dimensions4.1.1 GeneralA major feature of the design of spiral wound gaskets to the requirements of this European Standard is the mini-misation of the possibility of the inner ring protruding into the bore of the pipe to which the flange is attached. The fit of the inner ring and sealing element relative to the outer ring has been selected to comply with this objective. The essential features of a spiral wound gasket in compliance with this specification are given in Figures 1 and 2 and/or are listed below.Above DN 200 a maximum of 0,4 mmGuide Ring Thickness 3 mm ± 0,25EN 1514-2:2005 (E)Sealing element location groove shall be centrally located in the guide ring Centre ± 0,1 mm Number of empty wraps on external diameter of the sealing 3 to 5 elementNumber of empty wraps on the internal diameter of the sealing 2 to 3 elementMinimum of 4element, i.e. on the empty wraps0,2 mm ± 0,02 mmWidth of the profiled metal of the sealing element4,5 mm 300.+Thickness of the filler material shall be as appropriate for the filler type Protrusion of the filler above the profiled metal of the sealing 0,3 ± 0,1 mmelementCompression of the sealing element shall not result in contact between the flange and the guide ring, see also 4.1.2Graphite ash contentmaximum of 2 %PTFE filler to contain no recycled material and may be either sintered or non-sintered Sharp edges on inner ring and guide ring to be removed Dimensions to be as given in Table 1 4.1.2 Maximum CompressionMetal to metal contact between the guide ring and the flange shall not be achieved with the maximum load that can be generated by the flange bolts. 4.1.3 The Use of an Inner RingAn inner ring shall be used with all gaskets using PTFE as the filler and with all gaskets for pressure groups PN 63, PN 100 and PN 160.In addition to the above, it is strongly recommended that an inner ring should be used with all gaskets, this should therefore be specified on the order for all gaskets for pressure groups PN 10, PN 25 and PN 40.4.2 Range of PN DesignationsGaskets shall be designated as suitable for use with one or more of the following PN designations of flanges: PN 10 PN 63 PN 25 PN 100PN 40PN 160EN 1514-2:2005 (E)4.3 Range of DN (nominal sizes)Gasket nominal sizes shall be designated in accordance with the ranges specified in Table 1.4.4 Gasket typesGasket types, as defined in Clause 6 and as illustrated in Figure 3, shall be designated as:⎯ Type C/I: Sealing element with centring ring and inner ring;⎯ Type C/O: Sealing element with centring ring.4.5 Information to be supplied by the purchaserNOTE Where the purchaser wants the manufacturer to specify the materials of the gasket then the information that should be supplied to the manufacturer with the order is given in Annex A.5 Gasket designsGaskets for which dimensions are specified shall be of one of the designs shown in Figure 1.The clearance between the sealing element and the centring ring shall be as shown in Figure 2.NOTE 1 Figure 1 shows a typical design of a metallic spiral wound gasket and, for use with type A or type B flanges. HiperCo50

Fisher ™ 2052 Diaphragm Rotary ActuatorFisher 2052 spring -and -diaphragm rotary actuators are used on rotary -shaft valve bodies for throttling or on -off applications. The 2052 may be used forthrottling service with a positioner, or it may be used for on -off service without a positioner. The 2052 has an ISO 5211 mating interface that allows installation to non -Fisher valves. Refer to separate bulletins for valve and positioner information.Featuresn Compact design, smaller actuators-- Ensuresreduced valve/actuator envelope dimensions leading to greater mounting versatility for both skids and process plants, where space is at a premium.n Compatible with DVC2000, DVC6200, andDVC6000 digital valve controllers; and 3610J and 3620J positioners-- The new actuator allowslinkage -less feedback, via a contact -less magnetic array, from the lever to the end -mounted DVC2000.Integral window mounting of the DVC6200,DVC6000, 3610J, and 3620J is also available.n Clamped lever to reduce lost motion-- The clampingof the lever onto a splined valve shaft, coupled with the single pivot linkage, reduces lost motion between the actuator and the valve. The typical cumulative deadband for a Fisher rotary control valve assembly results in 0.5% or less variability.n No bench set required-- The new nested springdesign requires no bench set. This also simplifies the actuator selection process, see table 3.n ISO 5211 mounting with optional insert-- Theactuator can now be mounted directly ontonon -spline shafts, such as Square and Double D. This allows the actuator, with its enhanced control, to mount on a wider range of valves conforming to ISO 5211.W9418-3Fisher Control -Disk t Valve with 2052 Actuator and FIELDVUE™ DVC6200 Digital Valve Controller n Adjustable travel stops standard-- Provides theability to adjust or change the travel range by 30degrees in either direction without removing the actuator or the addition of extra parts.n Fail -safe mechanism contains no aluminum-- Allparts in the fail -safe mechanism (made of steel, cast iron, and ductile iron) ensure the actuator will maintain safety integrity in the event of a fire.n Powder paint as standard-- The Emerson powderpaint finish offers an excellent corrosion -resistant finish to all external steel and cast iron parts.n NAMUR VDE/VDI 3845 bolt pattern for accessorymounting-- Meeting the global standard ensures compatibility for most accessories, enabling quick and easy mounting.n Field reversible, right - or left -hand mounting-- Theactuator/valve assembly action can be converted from push -down -to -open to push -down -to -close, or vice -versa, without additional parts.n Declutchable and top -mounted handwheels--Available for all sizes.2SpecificationsActuator Mounting Connections Splined shaft connection, ISO 5211 actuator -to -bracket connection Size 1: F07, Size 2: F10, Size 3: F14Actuator Sizes See table 3Operating Pressure (1)See table 5Maximum Diaphragm Casing Pressure Size 1, 2, and 3 Actuators: 5 barg (73 psig)Pressure Connection See table 4Torque OutputSee table 5Actuator Temperature Capabilities (1)Standard: -45 to 80_C (-50 to 176_F)Optional: -45 to 100_C (-50 to 212_F)(3) or -60 to 80_C (-76 to 176_F)(4)OperationField reversible between PDTC and PDTO; right - and left -hand mounting, any angle of orientation Approximate WeightSize 1: 22.2 kg (49 lb)Size 2: 54.4 kg (120 lb)Size 3: 113 kg (250 lb)Controller/Positioners Available DVC2000, DVC6020, DVC6030, DVC6200, 3610J, 3620J, 4190, C1Adjustable Travel Stops Standard adjustable up and down stops capable of 30 degrees of adjustment per stop.Accessories Available 846, 646, 2625, and 67C Series, switches, i2P-100, VBL, DXP, GO Switch t HandwheelTop -mounted handwheel: Optional on Size 1, 2, and 3 actuators Declutchable handwheel (2): Optional on Size 1, 2, and 3 actuatorsOperational Lockout (2)Available for customer -supplied padlock to lock the actuator in the spring -fail position1. Download the app at:Fluke 805 with Crest Factor + takes the confusion out of bearing assessmentThe original Crest Factor is used by vibration analysts to identify bearing faults. It is defined as the ratio ofthe peak value/RMS value of a time domain vibration signal.A key limitation of using Crest Factor to identifybearing faults is that the Crest Factor does not increaselinearly as the bearing degrades. In fact, the CrestFactor can actually decrease as a bearing nears cata-strophic failure due to large RMS values. In order to overcome this limitation, Fluke uses a proprietary algorithm known as Crest Factor + (CF+). CF+ values range from 1 to 16. As the bearingcondition worsens, the CF+ value increases. To keepthings simple, Fluke has also included a four-level severity scale that identifies the bearing health asGood, Satisfactory, Unsatisfactory or Unacceptable.Export and Trend in ExcelTrending, or repeated vibration measurements kept in a spreadsheet over time, is the best method to track machine health. With 805 you can easily:• Export your result to Excel through USB connection • Trend the readings with the pre-built Excel templates and plot graphs• Compare the overall vibration readings to ISO Standards (10816-1, 10816-3, 10816-7)Import measurements from the 805 Vibration Meter to an Excel template on your PC in order to trend the bearing parameters: overall vibration, CF+, and temperature. Looking at just the number alone for the overall vibration or temperature might not be of much benefit to the operator or technician if they don’t know what the number means. The user may not know what is normal or what indicates a problem. If measurements taken on the operator rounds are easily loaded into Excel, then the trend will show patterns of something that is becoming abnormal. The user can now see a clear picture of the changing bearing condition and deteriorating health of themachine.Bearing Vibration (CF+)Overall VibrationIR TemperatureHigh Frequency 4,000 Hz to 20,000 Hz Overall Vibration Frequency Range 10 Hz to 1,000 HzTemperature -20 °C to 200 °C Sample trend plot using the Fluke 805 trending template.• Horizontal centrifugal double suction pumps – direct coupled• Boiler feed pumps (turbine or motor driven)Positive Displacement Pumps• Positive displacement horizontal piston pumps (under load)• Positive displacement horizontal gear pumps (under load)Air compressors • Reciprocating • Rotary screw• Centrifugal with or without external gearbox • Centrifugal – internal gear (axial meas.)• Centrifugal – internal gear (radial meas.)Blowers• Lobe-type rotary blowers (belt or direct drive)• Multi-stage centrifugal blowers (direct drive)Generic gearboxes (rolling element bearings)• Single stage gearboxMachine tools • M otor• Gearbox input • Gearbox output• Spindles – roughing operations • Spindles – machine finishing • Spindles – critical finishingChiller (refrigeration)• Reciprocating (Open motor and compressor separate)• Reciprocating (Hermetic motor and compressor)• Centrifugal (Hermetic or Open MotorFans• Belt-driven Fans 1800 to 3600 RPM • Belt-driven fans 600 to 1799 RPM• General direct drive fans (direct coupled)• Vacuum blowers (belt or direct drive)• Large forced draft fans (fluid film brgs.)• Large induced draft fans (fluid film brgs.)• Shaft-mounted intergral fan (extended motor shaft)• Axial flow fans (belt or direct drive)Cooling tower drives• Long, hollow drive shaft (motor)• Belt drive (motor and fan - all arrangements)• Direct drive (motor and fan - all arrangemetns Centrifugal Pumps Note: height is measured from grade to top motor bearing• Vertical pumps (12’ to 20’ height)• Vertical pumps (8’ to 12’ height)• Vertical pumps (5’ to 8’ height)• Vertical pumps (0’ to 5’ height)•Horizontal centrifugal end suction pumps – direct coupledFluke-805 FC Vibration MeterIncludes: 805 FC Vibration Meter, USB cable, storage case, belt holster, quick reference guide, CD-ROM (includes MS Excel template and documentation), and four AA batteriesOrdering informationFluke CorporationPO Box 9090, Everett, WA 98206 U.S.A.Fluke Europe B.V.PO Box 1186, 5602 BD Eindhoven, The NetherlandsFor more information call:In the U.S.A.
1990,12(1):1~42 macaplinlac M P ,Olson J A.A let ha l hy per vitamino sis A syndro me in y oung monkeys fo llw ing a
