人教版八年级英语下册教学计划及进度表一、指导思想:为促进教育教学质量的提高,在本学期的英语教学中,要坚持以下理念的应用:1、整体设计目标,体现灵活开放,目标设计以学生技能,语言知识,情感态度,学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础;2、突出学生主体,尊重个体差异;3、注重过程评价,促进学生发展,建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。

二、学情分析:部分同学对基础知识的掌握不是很扎实,有很多知识点理解得不透彻、易混淆,有少部分同学连基本的句子结构都没掌握。

但绝大多数学生学习态度比较端正,能坚持默好英语单词,有大声朗读英语课文的好习惯,这有利于本学期的英语教学。

在一年半的初中生活中,学生掌握了一定的学习方法,积累了一些学习经验。

但也有部分学生根本没有养成良好的学习习惯,导致成绩越来越差。

在学习上总处于被动地位,因此培养学生良好的学习习惯,使他们掌握灵活多变的学习方法是非常重要的,也只有这样才能大幅度地提高教学成绩。

三、教材分析:本学期教材共有10个单元,均是新授课,增加了大量的新单词和短语,每单元也在上学期的基础上增加了一篇阅读课文,内容在长度和难度上都有增加,语法知识现在完成时和形容词副词的比较等级也是学生学习的一个难点,加上本学期教学时间短,要在较短的时间内完成较大较难的教学任务也是对老师们的一种考验。

所以认真钻研教材、研究教学方法、提高教学效果是本学期英语教师们的一项艰巨任务。

四、重点难点:重点:继续推行345优质高效课堂教学模式,向45分钟要质量。

难点:现在完成时的用法;动词不定式的用法;情态动词may might must can的用法。

五、教学目标:1、学生应有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。

2、能听懂教师对有关熟悉话题的陈述并能参与讨论。

3、能读供七至八年级学生阅读的简单读物和报纸杂志,克服生词障碍,理解大意。

4、能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。

5、能与他人合作,能在学习中互相帮助,克服困难。

二、学情分析:本学期我担任八年级(3/4)英语教学工作,经过上学期我的不懈努力,大部分学生学习目的明确,态度端正,掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法,能够积极主动认真地学习,学习成绩较好。

但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的,缺少学习的热情和主动性,自觉性较差,相应的学习习惯也差。

在本期的英语教学中,应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练,让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能,充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。

三、教材分析:本套教材采用任务型语言教学模式,融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构,形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。

本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A和B两部分。

A部分是基本的语言内容,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。

这套教材是基于城市学生的状况编写的,对于我们农村学生来说,由于小学基础不好,到初中以后学起来的确有些吃力,光是一千多个单词就吓退了不少学生学习英语的兴趣。

但我们还必须知难而上,为了提高农村的英语教学成绩而努力。

四、重点难点:重点:继续推行345优质高效课堂教学模式,向45分钟要质量。

难点:现在完成时的用法;动词不定式的用法;情态动词may might must can的用法。

五、教学目标:1、要面向全体学生,关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神。

本册书将学习到的一些语法知识点有:一般将来时、过去进行时、现在完成时、间接引语、时间状语从句、条件状语从句、反意疑问句等。

同时每个单元后都提供了一篇阅读文章,用以训练学生的阅读能力,扩大学生的阅读量。

四、学情简要分析本人担任八年级2个班英语教学,。

通过初中一年半的英语学习,大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事。

能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。

能读懂短篇故事,能写便条和简单的书第1 页共7 页信。

但由于各种因素的影响,学生发展参差不齐。

有少数学生因为基础不够好,学习很吃力而自暴自弃,有的因此扰乱课堂纪律,这给教学带来不少困难。

五、提高教学质量的可行措施及教改措施一、面向全体学生,注重素质教育。
