设计及操作方法
3.1 功能原理
构造: 金属分离装置由一个探测线圈,一个旋转式剔除设备组成。这两个元件由 一个控制器板连接。 探测头能产生高频磁场。一旦出现金属颗粒,平衡磁场被打破。控制器 能评估处理干扰信号,并将信号传给剔除装置。

RC-BNER系列变压器中性点接地电阻柜一、概述随着城市电网的发展,电缆线路的比例逐年增多,导致对地电容电流的剧增。

对于以电缆线路为主的配电网络,如果采用以中性点不接地方式或中性点经消弧线圈接地方式运行,当发生单相接地故障时,会产生数倍幅值很高的过电压,容易发展成相间短路,使故障扩大,损坏电器设备,危害系统安全运行。

如果采用中性点经小电阻接地方式,则可以降低过电压倍数到2.5倍以下,使其不会对电器设备造成危害,延长电器设备使用寿命,又可以使继电器保护设备可靠操作,有选择地快速切除故障线路。

二、产品简介RC-BNER系列变压器中性点接地电阻柜标准设备由接地电阻元件、支持绝缘子、绝缘套管、内部连线及柜体组成,适用于50 / 60Hz电压等级为6~66kV 输配电系统,是用于连结变压器中性点与大地之间的一种限流保护型电器。

安装中性点接地电阻柜后,当发生非金属性接地时,流过接地点和中性点的电流比金属性接地时显著降低,非故障相电压上升也显著降低,有限流降压作用,避免了线路和设备可能遭受的破坏。

它通常用于短时工作制,不考虑长期通过大电流的能力,它的功率和电压等级视输配电系统的情况而定。
