If it is necessary to shut down the HVAC during the preventive maintenance, the steps described in the SOP-000328 must be followed strictly.Preventive Maintenance on HVAC units will be performed on all HVAC units which are in operation and usage. For each HVAC unit, a unique maintenance manual (activity list) must be available, to ensure that specific preventive maintenance activities (e.g. measurements) are carried out appropriately. The PM works (Tasks) are stated in FRM-000363 / FRM-000386 / FRM-000387 / FRM-000388 / FRM-000392 (Related FRM to this SOP) and manufacturer recommendations.4.2 Start preventive maintenanceThe PM (Head of Utilities) Engineering Department informs the Head ofProduction and/or Production Supervisors, if possible 3 working days in advance (only AHU need to be shut down), about the preventive maintenance activities currently managed on a excel base task tracking. The schedule and work orders of HVAC AHUs maintenance is followed by SAP-PM system (SOP-000052: Work Order Management Process).In case of full or partial shut-down of HVAC system, please refer to SOP-000328in its current revision.Production notifies PM (Head of Utilities) in writing (e.g. e-mail) about "ProductionReadiness" for HVAC preventive maintenance.PM engineering starts PM works as soon as the written release for PM works fromproduction is received based on the specific maintenance manual for each unit. 4.3 Execution of preventive maintenancePM Engineering personnel or external vendor’s personnel execute the preventive maintenance based on the specific maintenance manual (activity lists) for each unit or a specific SOP and following the work order (SOP-000052: Work Order Management Process).The maintenance personnel (internal or external) must be well trained, skilled andexperienced in terms of execution of preventive maintenance and cGMP.If the maintenance personnel observe abnormalities on HVAC units, theresponsible HVAC Engineer has to be informed in order to define suitable remedies or repair work. The abnormalities have to be documented in the logbook FRM-000289 and assessed in view of GMP impact by the HVAC Engineer.PM Engineering HVAC Engineer is responsible for evaluating the preventive maintenance results. If a part of equipment is requiring repair or servicing, an assessment will be made as to whether the needed repair is minor or major. The assessment needs to be documented in the logbook FRM-000289 and corresponding maintenance work orders will be initiated to purchase the required spare parts. The assessment also includes a statement whether GMP compliant HVAC operations can be continued before having carried out the repair. In case the assessment result reveals that a continued operation might impact a GMP compliant operation of the HVAC unit, the Production Head and QA Head have to be informed in writing (e.g. e-mail).Minor repairs (e.g. belts, dumper, actuator, sensors) will be performed during the preventive maintenance. Major repairs (e.g. fans, coils) will be planned separately depending on the availability of the spare parts.4.4 Completion of preventive maintenanceAll preventive maintenance activities (e.g. measurements, etc.), after finishing,have to be recorded in the specific HVAC logbook FRM-000289 for each HVAC unit.PM Engineering notifies Production in writing (e.g. e-mail) about "Finishingpreventive maintenance” for HVAC units.After completion of all activities, including deficiencies, a scheduling for the next execution of preventive maintenance is to be defined in accordance to the periodicity recommended on FRM-000363 / FRM-000386 / FRM-000387 / FRM-000388 / FRM-000392, separately for each HVAC unit. Re: SOP-000052: Work Order Management Process (SAP-PM)The preventive maintenance activities and records have to be documentedproperly (i.e. log-books). The Preventive Maintenance activities must be periodically reviewed by the engineering management.5 ResponsibilitiesPreventive Maintenance is performed by PM Engineering or by external vendors based on written procedures within the valid BNP SOPs and supervised by BNP personnel.The evaluation of the results has to be done by the Head of Utility and engineering management based on agreed written procedures as indicated in previous chapters.The production Head has to provide a maintenance slot for the HVAC unit for execution of preventive maintenance after request by the Site Engineering.6 Additional Instructions6.1 Safety instructionsDuring the maintenance of any air system, the supply air and exhaust air fans must be switched off and applied as regulated by the SOP-000117 and SOP-000124. 洁净空调操作规程目的:制定空调机组的操作规程,使操作规范化范围:空调机组的使用职责:质量部操作人员对此规程的实施负责,质量部负责监督本规程的正确实施内容:开机前准备合上空调机组送风空气开关,排风空气开关。

开机等待面板有显示后,按下Prg键,机组将启动。

微生物室的设定温度为20±2℃,相对湿度为50±5%。

在每一个轻触式按钮的下面,都有一个指示灯,当按下其中一个键或者同时按下两个按键时,屏幕显示相对应的菜单。

为了方便以后的叙述,将上述各键自左至右,从上到下定义如下:当同时按下↑和↓键,可以切换各个菜单,然后按←键可以进入所选择的菜单里,按↑或↓键,可以查看所选择菜单里的各项内容。

控制面板菜单有中文和英文两种,可以通过按←键和↓键来切换中英文画面。

当需要设定或者修改机组的各项参数时,可以按←键来选择需要修改的参数项,然后按↑/↓键来修改数值,修改完毕后按←键确认。

当按下Esc键时,就可以退出该栏菜单。

当机组出现故障时,手操器左上角的ALARM键会亮红灯,此时按下该键就可以在显示屏幕上看到相应的故障信息。

当机组存在多项故障时,可能通过按↑/↓键来翻看各大项故障信息。

当故障排除后,可以按ALARM键来复位故障报警。

机组开停控制:在遥控按Prg键可在手操器显示任何画面时开/停机组。

Prg键和遥控开关的关系为:控制空调机开机后,空调机开关状态即受异地遥控开关的控制。

此时如果遥控开关断开,空调机停机,遥控开关闭合,空调机正常运行。

菜单请同时按下↑键和↓键来选择以下菜单:主菜单主画面维修报警记录时钟菜单每日工作时区中使用不同的设定值。

若在该项选择中选“是”,则后接四屏菜单有效,同时在主菜单中的温度/湿度设点显示该时间段的设定温度/湿度,并根据该温度设定值进行控制。

每日工作时区最多可设四个,在每个工作时区中可设定不同的温度/湿度。

例如:若需要的工作时区少于四个,则需在余下的时区中设定与前一个时区相同的时间及温度值。

组合式空调机组操作规程1.目的:建立组合式空调机组操作的标准程序,规范操作人员的操作工作。

2.范围:本标准适用于公司组合式空调机组操作。

3.职责:3.1.暖通工:严格按照该SOP对组合式空调机组进行操作和日常维护。

3.2.维修电工:严格按照该SOP对组合式空调机组电路系统进行日常维护。

4.内容:4.1.操作前准备4.1.1.确认个控制柜开关状态正常(一般均在自动挡)。

4.1.2.确认水(冷水机组运行正常)、电(动力电、控制电)、汽(蒸汽:需要加热、加湿、除湿时)供应正常。

4.1.3.确认冷凝水排水管路畅通,冷却水、蒸汽管道连接完好无泄漏。

自控阀完好(开启后检查动作情况)。

4.1.4.确认空调初、中效过滤器安装良好。

4.1.5.确认新风阀、出风阀开启畅通,新风滤网清洁无阻塞。

4.1.6.用手盘动主风机皮带,确认主风机及电机无卡死。

4.1.7.确认微压差计正常归零,各仪器(含微压差计)均已校验,且在有效期内。

4.2.操作步骤4.2.1.打开控制柜电源,开启机组控制PLC屏。

4.2.2.待系统稳定后进入控制界面。

4.2.3.根据车间需要选择对应的模式“夏季工作模式”、“冬季工作模式”、“值班模式”、“消毒模式”等等。

4.2.4.待机组启动之后,检查初、中效上的压差计显示是否正常,压差是否在要求范围内。

4.2.5.检查机组是否有漏风情况,如有及时处理。

4.2.6.检查冷冻水和蒸汽比例调节阀动作是否与自动控制一致。

4.2.7.检查风机声音是否正常,运行是否平稳。

4.2.8.随时观测洁净区的温湿度情况,如有异常及时查找原因。

4.2.9.运行中按《空调净化系统管理规程》中的要求填写《空调系统运行记录》。

4.2.10.接到洁净区通知,需要停机时,先关闭冷水机组,再在控制屏上关闭机组,待机组完全停机后关闭电源。

4.3.注意事项4.3.1.冬季档气温达到0℃以下后,如果空调停用则应排尽换热器内的水,再用压缩空气吹干,防止换热器列管冻裂。

目标:制订空调机组操作规程,使操作规范化范围:空调机组使用职责:质量部操作人员对此规程实施负责,质量部负责监督本规程正确实施内容:开机前准备合上空调机组送风空气开关,排风空气开关。

开机等候面板有显示后,按下Prg键,机组将开启。

微生物室设定温度为20±2℃,相对湿度为50±5%。

在每一个轻触式按钮下面,全部有一个指示灯,当按下其中一个键或同时按下两个按键时,屏幕显示相对应菜单。

为了方便以后叙述,将上述各键自左至右,从上到下定义以下:当同时按下↑和↓键,能够切换各个菜单,然后按←键能够进入所选择菜单里,按↑或↓键,能够查看所选择菜单里各项内容。

控制面板菜单有汉字和英文两种,能够经过按←键和↓键来切换中英文画面。

当需要设定或修改机组各项参数时,能够按←键来选择需要修改参数项,然后按↑/↓键来修改数值,修改完成后按←键确定。

若在该项选择中选“是”,则后接四屏菜单有效,同时在主菜单中温度/湿度设点显示该时间段设定温度/湿度,并依据该温度设定值进行控制。

每日工作时区最多可设四个,在每个工作时区中可设定不一样温度/湿度。

比如:若需要工作时区少于四个,则需在余下时区中设定和前一个时区相同时间及温度值。

以下所表示:机组定时开关选择若在每七天定时开关选择中选“是”,则每七天自动工作时区设定有效。

And all the activities are properly documented;➢Utility must notice the head of service function section before three days when the HVAC need planed shut-down, and get agreement.➢Only the manager of utility and equipment department can give the work order to shut-down or start-up HVAC. Nobody can give any instruction to HVAC operation;➢Operator only act in his permit;➢Only the manager of utility and equipment department or the foreman can set up the parameter.➢The manager of utility and equipment department and the head of service function section must be noticed immediately when the HVAC unexpected shut-down.➢Utility and equipment department has no power to change the HVAC system without permit, e.g. erase the humidifier.➢The change request procedure must be followed when change is necessary.4. 工作程序Procedure4.1. 空调系统的开机顺序Sequence of HVAC Systems Start-up为了避免因房间负压,保证空气流向的正确,避免交叉污染,空调机组的开机顺序必须被考虑。

一般情况下,洁净等级高的区域的空调机组先开启,洁净等级低的区域的空调机组后开启,避免脏的空气从十万级区流入万级区;To avoid negative pressure of clean room, to ensure the correct air flow direction, to avoid cross-contamination, the sequence must be considered when the HVAC system start-up. In most case, the AHU which services for high level classify clean zone should be start-up firstly; the AHU which services for sub level classify clean zone follows.
