2型糖尿病视网膜病变与同型半胱氨酸和超敏C反应蛋白的
相关性研究

【摘要】Objective To study the relationship between homocysteine and C reactive protein in patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 126 cases of diabetic patients, who admitted to the Department of In-ternal Medicine of our hospital from January 2015 to September 2015, were chosen as the research objects. According to whether the complication of retinopathy and lesion types, all of patients were divided into the fertile diabetic retinop-athy (PDR) group (n=42), the fertile diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) group (n=47), and type 2 diabetes without retinopa-thy (NDR) group (n=37);Meantime, 40 cases of healthy volunteers were chosen as the control group. The blood sam-ples of all the subjects were collected, and the levels of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), homocysteine (Hcy) and hyper-sensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were determined and the correlations were analyzed by SPSS17.0. Results The levels of FPG, Hcy, hs-CRP in PDR group, NPDR group and NDR group were higher than control group (P<0.05);There were statistically significant differences among each two of the three groups in FPG [(10.49 ± 2.96) mmol/L, (8.97±2.08) mmol/L, (7.93±1.82) mmol/L], Hcy
[(11.05±3.04)μmol/L, (9.34±2.57)μmol/L, (8.46±2.01)μmol/L] and hs-CRP [(13.82 ± 3.54) mg/L, (10.93 ± 2.90) mg/L, (6.72 ± 1.53) mg/L]. The Hcy level has a positive relationship with hs-CRP (r=0.6, P<0.01) and FPG (r=0.4, P<0.01). Conclusion The levels of Hcy and hs-CRP are positively correlated with type 2 diabetic retinopathy, and may be involved in the occurrence and development of retinal lesions, which can be used as the index for the prediction and judgment of the risk and severity.%目的:研究2型糖尿病视

方法选取2015年1~9月在我院内科住院治疗的126例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据是
否合并视网膜病变及病变类型分为三组,其中增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)组
42例;非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)组47例;2型糖尿病但无视网膜病变(NDR)组37例;以同期健康体检者40例作为对照组,均采集所有受检者的血标
本检测空腹血糖(FPG)、Hcy和hs-CRP,比较各组受检者的各项检测指标的差异,并分析2型糖尿病视网膜病变与Hcy和hs-CRP的相关性。

结果 PDR组、NPDR 组、NDR组患者的FPG、Hcy、hs-CRP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);PDR组、NPDR组、NDR组患者的FPG [(10.49±2.96) mmol/L vs (8.97±2.08) mmol/L vs (7.93±1.82) mmol/L]、Hcy [(11.05±3.04)μmol/L vs (9.34±2.57)μmol/L vs (8.46±2.01)μmol/L]、hs-CRP [(13.82±3.54) mg/L vs (10.93±2.90) mg/L vs (6.72±1.53)mg/L]水平分别比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hcy与hs-CRP 和FPG水平均呈正相关(r=0.6,r=0.4,P<0.01)。

结论 Hcy和hs-CRP水平与2型糖尿病视网膜病变呈正相关,其可能参与了视网膜病变的发生和发展,可作为风险和严重程度预测和判断的指标。
