摘要：The present invention relates to a common rail system that comprises a presupply pump after which an adjustable-flow high-pressure pump is mounted for producing the fuel pressure in the fuel accumulator through the discharge flow. The speed of the high-pressure pump is proportional to the speed of the engine. When the internal combustion engine is disengaged, the inlet to the suction chamber of the highpressure pump is பைடு நூலகம்djusted so that said suction chamber is largely filled with fuel after the high-pressure pump is turned off. During the subsequent starting process of the internal combustion engine, a maximal pump flow-rate is thus provided for the build-up of the fuel pressure since the suction chamber of the pump is full.
