摘要

随着社会的发展,人们的物质文化需求也在不断地增加,酒类饮料作为人们最喜爱的饮料之一,其需求量也与日俱增,有需求就会有供应,因此刺激了酒类饮料的生产。啤酒生产商想方设法提高产量,降低生产成本。在这种刺激下啤酒生产设备不断更新换代,洗瓶机也随之发展。

本文根据啤酒瓶清洗工作流程,设计了一种高效洗瓶机。本洗瓶机完成五个功能动作:其一、间歇性进料;其二、推动瓶子前进;其三,使瓶子旋转;其四,清洗瓶子外表面;其五清洗瓶子内表面。经过分析比较,对各功能要求提出了可行性机构:间歇性进料采用槽轮机构;推动瓶子前进采用凸轮连杆机构;使瓶子旋转采用链轮传动双辊机构;清洗外表面采用齿轮传动毛刷的机构;清洗内表面在推杆上通入气压,并配合软质毛刷的结构。然后将各机构综合起来,并用齿轮及链轮将其传动。

使用本文所设计的啤酒瓶清洗机,结构简单可行,生产成本低,生产效率高。关键词:清洗机,啤酒瓶,槽轮机构,凸轮连杆机构

Abstract

With the development of society, people's material and cultural demand is also increasing, alcoholic beverages as one of the most favorite drink, the demand is also grow with each passing day, demand will be supplied, thus stimulating alcoholic beverage production. Beer producers try various devices to increase production, reduce production cost. In this exciting equipment for the production of beer and constantly upgrading, bottle washing machine also development.

According to the beer bottle cleaning process, an efficient washing machine design. The bottle washing machine to complete the five functions: one, intermittent feeding; second, push the bottle forward; thirdly, the bottle rotation; fourth, cleaning the outer surface of the bottle; the bottle surface cleaning. After analysis and comparison, the feasibility of proposed mechanism of the functional requirements: intermittent feeding the Geneva mechanism; push the bottle forward the cam linkage mechanism; the bottle rotation with sprocket drive double roller mechanism; cleaning outer surface adopts gear transmission mechanism of cleaning brush; the inner surface of the push rod into the air, and with the structure of soft brush. Then the synthesis of mechanism, and the drive gear and sprocket.

The beer bottle washing machine is designed in this paper, the structure is simple and feasible, low production cost, high production efficiency.
