巴氏硬度计使用说明书
巴氏硬度计简介:巴氏硬度计(巴克尔硬度计)是一种压痕硬度计,它以特定压头在标准弹簧力的作用下压入试样,以压痕的深度确定试样的硬度。
巴氏硬度计有100个刻度,每个刻度代表压入0.0076mm的深度。
可测量的材料:铝、铝合金、软金属、塑料、光纤、消防梯、复合材料、橡胶或皮革。
玻璃钢等。
用途巴氏硬度计主要用于测试铝及铝合金。
测试铝型材、板材、管材、棒材及铝合金铸件、锻件、机械加工零件,测试超厚铝合金材料及组装后的铝合金制品(例如铝合金门窗、幕墙、消防梯等)。
相关标准:ASTM B648《巴柯尔硬度计测量铝合金硬度的试验方法》。
巴氏硬度计的另一主要应用是用于测试玻璃钢(玻璃纤维增强塑料)和硬塑料。
大部分玻璃钢制品的产品标准中都要求测试巴氏硬度。
相关标准:GB/T3854—2005《增强塑料巴柯尔硬度试验方法》、ASTM D2583—07《巴氏硬度计测量硬塑料压痕硬度的试验方法》。
巴氏硬度计的改进型935—1、936—1可用于测试很软的金属、软塑料、皮革、橡胶、木材等。
工作原理巴氏硬度计(巴柯尔硬度计)是一种压痕式硬度计,它以特定压头在标准弹簧的压力作用下压入试样表面,以压痕的深浅表征试样硬度的高低。
巴氏硬度计有100个分度,每个分度单位代表压入0.0076mm的深度。
压入越深,读数越高,材料越软。

GB 9565—881 主题内容和适用范围本标准规定了氯氰菊酯含量的分析方法。
本标准适用于氯氰菊酯原药、乳油的有效成分含量的测定。
有效成分:氯氰菊酯化学名称:(±)α-氰基-3苯氧基苄基(±)顺式、反式-3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)-2,2-二甲基环丙烷羧酸酯结构式:分子式:C22H19Cl2NO3分子量:416.31(1983年国际原子量)2 分析方法气相色谱法2.1 方法提要以癸二酸二壬酯为内标,在5%OV-101/Gas Chrom Q(60~80目)柱上,进行气相色谱分析。
2.2 试剂氯氰菊酯标准品:已知准确含量;内标物:癸二酸二壬酯,(没有与氯氰菊酯分不开的杂质峰);色谱固定液:硅酮OV-101;担体:Gas Chrom Q(60~80目);甲苯(GB 684):分析纯;内标溶液:准确称取癸二酸二壬酯0.72g(精确至0.0002g),于10mL容量瓶中,用甲苯稀释至刻度,摇匀。
2.3 仪器气相色谱仪、氢火焰离子化检测器;色谱柱:1m×0.3(内径)cm不锈钢柱,内填5%OV-101/Gas Chrom Q(60~80目);记录仪:5mV(或数字积分仪);微量注射器:10µL。
2.4 操作步骤2.4.1 色谱柱的制备2.4.1.1 固定液的涂渍:准确称取0.5g左右OV-101置于100mL小烧杯中,加三氯甲烷使溶解(三氯甲烷量以能浸没担体),称取确定量的担体(约10g),在轻轻摇动下,加至固定液溶液中,不时摇动,使涂布均匀(最好在通风橱中进行),自然挥发干后,于110℃左右烘箱中干燥2~3h,即可装柱。
2.4.1.2 色谱柱的填充:将洗净、烘干的不锈钢柱,一端接小漏斗,另一端塞适量玻璃棉,裹以纱布后,通过橡皮管与真空泵相连。
开启真空泵,从漏斗处分次加入已制备好的填充物,同时不断轻敲管壁,使填充物均匀、紧密地填满色谱柱。
在入口端塞一小团玻璃棉,并适当压紧,以保持填充物不被移动。

因为 37.5°和 45°压力角的花键轴连接的经济性被优选用于 汽车工业的无切削滚压工艺中。对于这些连接使用美国标 准。随着未来采用公制的发展要求,制定这一适当的标准 作为 DIN 5480 的另一部份,届时 ISO 4156 - 1981 的标准 偏差和公差将根据 DIN 5248 为依据来制定。
以下原理适用于此标准:
a) 所有齿距的基准齿形相同,因此所有齿廓都具有统一 的构成原理。
b) 齿侧定心。仅在 30°压力角中例外地使用直径定心。
c) 在 30°压力角的花键连接中齿顶高变位的使用,是为了 使其更好地达到标称尺寸。
d) 由下(花键套齿槽宽)偏差和上(花键轴齿厚)偏差 以及为其确定的可自由选择的公差带组成配合系统。 这主要是考虑到花键轴连接中固有的在所达到的齿廓 间隙上有啮合误差的影响。
