找工作半年,一直感觉resume投出去之后石沉大海,很frustrating. 我在monster上天天投简历,但是感觉monster没有任何作用- 也许我投简历的方式有问题,但是我的每个interview都不是从monster拿到的。

我2月的时候从学校的career center拿到一个interview, 是个management consulting 公司,但是面试之后就被told no. 这种公司很看重analytical skills, 我自认为在这方面我不够强,所以没觉得很失落。

但是campus career services 很有用,我的绝大部分朋友都是从那里找到工作的。

简历一定要tailor,不能怕麻烦,与其发100个一样的简历,还不如不发。

后来我就开始在公司的网站上投简历,开始也是没有任何回音,2月到4月基本上没有任何公司给我打电话。

4月底的时候一个大公司给我打电话,说对我感兴趣,后来经过1,2,3 轮最后到了on-site,on-site之后感觉很好,觉得拿这个工作应该没问题,但是4个星期过后收到了据信,总结经验感觉公司想找一个比我有经验的人。

我身着强烈的主人翁意识,随时关注包铝集团建安工程有限公司发展,切身想到包铝集团建安工程公司、项目部的利益,坚定包铝集团建安工程公司会不断的发展、壮大,对包铝集团建安工程有限公司的未来充满了热情与期望。

• Be aware of your body language – look at the interviewer, make eye contact and try to smile from time to time. • Be enthusiastic about your course – make sure you get your interest in the course across to the interviewer. • Give full answers – the interviewer is trying to find out about you, so make sure you tell them something. Don’t waffle just to make your answers longer though. • Don’t try to bluff questions – admissions tutors will know a lot more about their subject than you will. If you don’t know the answer to a question be honest and admit it.
