Intelligent Scenic Spots Management Driven by Big Data and Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: In order to apply artificial intelligence to the management of intelligent scenic spots, a general framework of intelligent scenic spots information service model is constructed. The information service model described in this framework is a kind of information service model which is guided by demand and supported by various technologies and merged with e-commerce. The research results show that the individualized tourism information service provided by tourism enterprises for tourists with the purpose of self-profit is a supplement and extension of tourism public information service, and it has no public welfare, fairness and authoritative guarantee. It can be seen that the construction of information service in intelligent scenic spots must take into account both public information service and e-commerce.

1. INTRODUCTION
At present, many provinces and cities in China are vigorously developing intelligent tourism, and put it into the specific construction of intelligent scenic spots, such as Jiuzhaigou, Huangshan, Gulangyu and so on. Intelligent scenic spot is one of the core contents of the construction of intelligent tourism, because it is not only the most important tourist destination, but also a concentrated place to enhance the tourist experience [1].
At the present stage, the ability of tourists to obtain and utilize the information of scenic spots is increasing, so the information service of scenic spots will become the main factor affecting tourists' experience [2]. Therefore, exploring the information service model of intelligent scenic spot is not only of great significance to enhance tourism experience, but also has a significant impact on the management of intelligent scenic spot and the development of related tourism enterprises [3].
2. STATE OF THE ART
Intelligent scenic spot is the foothold of the construction of intelligent tourism. At present, most of the scenic spots in China have begun to construct intelligent scenic spot, but there is still a lack of systematic discussion on the construction practice of intelligent scenic spot in theoretical research [4]. At present, the academic circles have not yet formed a unified standard for the definition of the concept of intelligent scenic spot. Different scholars have given different definitions from different angles [5]. There is no professional term for "intelligent scenic spot" abroad, and no special research on intelligent scenic spot. Domestic scholars mainly focus on the following aspects: theoretical system and technology application of connotation and construction mode, visitor experience, stakeholders and service innovation.
In terms of the theoretical system of connotation and construction mode of intelligent scenic spot, Deng Xianfeng held that the intelligent scenic spot is centered on the interactive experience of tourists. On the basis of innovative management and service concepts, the intelligent management and intelligent service of the scenic spot can be realized through the integration of various information technologies [6]. Dang Anrong, Zhang Danming and Chen Yang constructed the overall framework of the intelligent scenic spot, which includes three platforms, five systems and seven guarantees. On the basis of analyzing the specific construction practice of the Summer Palace Intelligent Scenic Area, Zheng Ying-er believed that the resources, high-quality service and brand marketing of the scenic spot are the three important aspects to enhance the core competitiveness of the scenic spot. On this basis, from the perspective of geographic information technology, the geographic information of intelligent scenic spots is proposed.
3. METHODOLOGY
Intelligent scenic spot information service model describes the mechanism and the expression of the relationship between the various elements involved in the whole information service process from the design of intelligent scenic spot information service to the information feedback of users. Among them, the subject and object of information service are the two most basic elements contained in the intelligent scenic spot information service model.
