用途用于人血清、血浆或其他相关生物液体中甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶的测定。
工作原理本试剂盒采用的是双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术（ELISA）。
测定样品中人甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶水平。
向预先包被了抗人甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶抗体的酶标孔中，加入标准品和样本，温育后，加入生物素标记的抗甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶抗体。
再与HRP标记的链霉亲和素结合，形成免疫复合物，再经过温育和洗涤，去除未结合的酶，然后加入显色底物TMB，产生蓝色，并在酸的作用下转化成最终的黄色。
最后，在450 nm处测定反应孔样品吸光度（OD）值，样本中的人甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶浓度与OD值成正比，通过绘制标准曲线计算出样本中人甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶的浓度。

【摘要】的:探讨高效液相色谱化学发光法测定血清中左羟丙哌嗪的作用.方法:利用高锰酸钾、氧化左羟丙哌嗪在硫酸中的化学发光效应和甲醛增敏发光效应,建立反向高效液相色谱分离,用以检测血清中的左羟丙哌嗪,并分析其作用.结果:在特定的实验条件之下,左羟丙哌嗪和发光强度成线性关系的范围为1.0×10～7-1.0×10～5g/mL,2.0×10～6g/mL的左羟丙哌嗪进行平行测定11次,相对偏差为2.3％,检出限(3σ)为3×10-8g/mL.结论:使用高效液相色谱化学发光法可以有效的测定血清中的左羟丙哌嗪.

磷脂（PLIP）测定试剂盒（磷脂酶-过氧化酶法）适用范围：用于体外定量测定人体血清中磷脂含量。
1.1试剂盒包装规格试剂1：1×20ml，试剂2：1×5ml；试剂1：2×60ml，试剂2：2×15ml；试剂1：3×40ml，试剂2：3×10ml；试剂1：4×60ml，试剂2：4×15ml；试剂1：2×400ml，试剂2：1×200ml；试剂1：2×40ml，试剂2：2×10ml。

2.6 重复性重复测试两份高低浓度的样本，所得结果的变异系数（CV%）应不大于6%。
2.7 批间差不同批号试剂测试同一份样本，测定结果的批间相对极差应不大于10%。
2.8 准确度回收试验：回收率应在85%～115%。
2.9 质控品赋值有效性测定结果在靶值范围内。
2.10 瓶间差（均一性）校准品和质控品的瓶间变异系数（CV%）应不大于5%。
