用途用于人血清、血浆或其他相关生物液体中甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶的测定。
工作原理本试剂盒采用的是双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术(ELISA)。
测定样品中人甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶水平。
向预先包被了抗人甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶抗体的酶标孔中,加入标准品和样本,温育后,加入生物素标记的抗甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶抗体。
再与HRP标记的链霉亲和素结合,形成免疫复合物,再经过温育和洗涤,去除未结合的酶,然后加入显色底物TMB,产生蓝色,并在酸的作用下转化成最终的黄色。
最后,在450 nm处测定反应孔样品吸光度(OD)值,样本中的人甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶浓度与OD值成正比,通过绘制标准曲线计算出样本中人甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶的浓度。

【摘要】的:探讨高效液相色谱化学发光法测定血清中左羟丙哌嗪的作用.方法:利用高锰酸钾、氧化左羟丙哌嗪在硫酸中的化学发光效应和甲醛增敏发光效应,建立反向高效液相色谱分离,用以检测血清中的左羟丙哌嗪,并分析其作用.结果:在特定的实验条件之下,左羟丙哌嗪和发光强度成线性关系的范围为1.0×10~7-1.0×10~5g/mL,2.0×10~6g/mL的左羟丙哌嗪进行平行测定11次,相对偏差为2.3%,检出限(3σ)为3×10-8g/mL.结论:使用高效液相色谱化学发光法可以有效的测定血清中的左羟丙哌嗪.

磷脂(PLIP)测定试剂盒(磷脂酶-过氧化酶法)适用范围:用于体外定量测定人体血清中磷脂含量。

2.2 净含量液体试剂的净含量不得低于标示体积。
2.3 试剂空白吸光度在37℃、600nm波长、1cm光径条件下,试剂空白吸光度应不大于0.7。
2.4 分析灵敏度测定浓度为4mmol/L样本时,吸光度变化值(ΔA)应在(0.26,0.65)范围内。
2.5 线性范围在(0.6,12.9)mmol/L线性范围内,线性相关系数r应不小于0.996。
在[6,12.9)mmol/L范围内的线性相对偏差应不大于±10%;在(0.6,6)mmol/L范围内的线性绝对偏差应不大于±0.6mmol/L。
2.6 重复性重复测试两份高低浓度的样本,所得结果的变异系数(CV%)应不大于6%。
2.7 批间差不同批号试剂测试同一份样本,测定结果的批间相对极差应不大于10%。
2.8 准确度回收试验:回收率应在85%~115%。
2.9 质控品赋值有效性测定结果在靶值范围内。
2.10 瓶间差(均一性)校准品和质控品的瓶间变异系数(CV%)应不大于5%。
