当我张开嘴让他们跟着我念单词时又有同学举手提议：“老师，我们今天学唱英文歌吧!我们能自己跟着磁带学，那样你的嗓子会好得快些，妈妈说嗓子哑了要少说话!”多懂事的孩子，只知他们平时爱惹我生气，不知他们竟也知道关心我!下课了，孩子们硬要把剥好的橘子塞进我的嘴里，说：“老师吃了它吧!吃了你的嗓子就会好了!”在那一刻我感受到了三十多颗幼小的心灵对我的抚慰，感受到了他们对我的理解和支持，作为一名幼儿教师我心甘情愿了!去年十二月，我要教四个班的英语、要忙于迎接期末考试、要为教师文艺汇演紧张地排练、要为圣诞节英语晚会准备幼儿园和一年级的英语节目。
孩子们都还小，他们懂的英语实在是太少太少，我没法将台词写下来让他们自己去背，只能嘴对嘴的一字一词地教。
紧张的排练和不定时的加班几乎压垮了我，我真想甩手不干了。
有一天几遍排练下来后孩子们已经练得气喘吁吁了，我说：“你们累了，就早点休息吧!”可是没有一个孩子离开我，他们围在我身边仰着小脸恳切地说：“老师，咱们再练一会儿吧!我们不累!真的，我们不怕累!”看着孩子们汗津津的小脸，我突然感到自己是那么的软弱。
我说，你们不怕，老师也不怕，咱们一起练。
排练结束后，我和孩子们一起笑着闹着，心里感受到一种从未有过的轻松，我知道是孩子们帮助了我，鼓舞了我。

在课堂教学中，我们可以尝试着用英语进行交流，用英语表达自己的想法和感受。

同时，我们还可以通过观看英语电影、听英文歌曲、阅读英文书籍等方式，来培养自己的语感和兴趣。
其次，要掌握正确的学习方法。
学习英语并不是一件容易的事情，需要我们不断地努力和坚持。
但是，如果我们掌握了正确的学习方法，就能够事半功倍。
在英语学习过程中，我们要注重听、说、读、写的全面训练。
听力是英语学习的基础，只有听得懂才能说得好；口语是英语学习的重点，只有说出来才能得到别人的认可和赞赏；阅读是英语学习的关键，只有读得懂才能更好地理解和运用；写作是英语学习的成果，只有写得好了才能更好地展现自己的能力和水平。
最后，我想给大家分享一些学习英语的技巧和经验。
首先，要注重积累词汇和语法知识。
词汇和语法是英语学习的基础，只有掌握了足够的词汇和语法知识，才能更好地进行听说读写训练。
其次，要注重听说训练。
口语训练是提高口语表达能力的重要途径，只有多听多说才能够不断提高自己的口语水平。

做一名人民教师首先
就要有一颗爱心，因为教育本身就意味着一棵树摇动另一棵树，一朵
云推动另一朵云，一颗灵魂唤醒另一颗灵魂，是以德育德，以行导行，以智启智，以性养性，以情动情的过程。
对于学生来说，教师的爱是一种神奇而又伟大的力量，是除了母爱之外，世界上又一伟大的爱。
这种爱是无私的。
但师爱不同于母爱，因
为师爱是一种理智与心灵的交融，是沟通师生心灵的桥梁。
师爱能够
引导学生产生巨大的内动力，去自觉地、主动地沿着老师指出的方向
迈出。
只有当教师给学生以真挚的爱，给学生以亲近感、信任感、期
望感，学生才会对老师产生依恋仰慕的心理，才能向教师敞开内心世界，我们才能“对症下药”，收到应有的效果。
所以，教师必须用自
己的爱心去感化学生，做到动之以情、晓之以理、寓理于情、情理结合，才会产生动情效应，从而收到较好的德育。
的教育家陶行知先生曾对教师说过一句名言：“从你的教鞭下有瓦特，你的冷眼里有牛顿，你的讥笑中有爱迪生”。
同时陶先生还用自己的
言行为我们诠释了“爱”的涵义。
有一天，陶行知先生看到一位男生
欲用砖头砸同学，就将其制止，并责令其到校长室。

解了一下情况回到办公室，见到男生已在等他。
陶行知掏出一块糖递
给他：“这是奖励你的，因为你比我按时来了。
”接着又掏出一块糖
给男生：“这也是奖给你的，我不让你打人，你立刻住手了，说明很
尊重我。
”男生将信将疑地接过糖果。
陶行知又说：“据了解，你打
同学是因为他欺负女同学，说明你有正义感。
”陶先生遂掏出第三块
糖说。
这时男声哭了：“校长，我错了，同学再不对，我也不能采取

”陶先生又拿出第四块糖说：“你已认错，再奖你一块，
我的糖分完了，我们的谈话也该结束了。
”故事有些内容值得大家深
思和玩味，有些老师从“后进生”身上找不出可赞扬、可夸奖的理由，除了不会多角度思考问题之外，缺少爱心不能说不是一个原因。
步入菁菁校园，迎面几个大字：立师德，铸师魂，练师功，树师表，
是我们共同的心声，更是一中人坚定的誓言!我永远不会忘记自己身上
的责任，在播撒知识的同时也把爱种在孩子们的心间，因为我知道：
