这是一个现在完成时态的疑问句, ever 是现在完成时态的标志.常用在现在完成时中的副词还有: already, never, yet, just, before, once, always, often.
eg: 英语晚会已经开始.

注: already 用于肯定句中, yet 用于否定句和疑问句中. have/has been to 去过
表示到过某地,现在不在该地,已经回来. have/has been in 在某地
表示到过、去过或表示一段时间待在某地. have/has gone to 去了
表示到某地去了,不在本地, 或在去某地途中, 或已经到达该地. (1) 我去过美国两次.
I have been to the United States twice. (2) 午饭后他一直呆在阅览室里.
He has been in the reading-room since after lunch. (3) 他去北京了. He has gone to Beijing.
(4) 布朗先生在英国待过多年.他去过中国两次,目前他不在英国.他上加拿大去了.
Mr. Brown has been in England for years. He has been to China twice. At present he is not in England. He has gone to Canada.
