一、用
途
JD-2.5 型调度绞车主要用于煤矿井下调度矿车或辅助牵引之用,亦可用于矿 山地面、冶金矿场或建筑工地等进行调度和其他运输工作。 绞车配有隔爆电气设备,可用于煤尘及瓦斯的矿井中。绞车工作环境的瓦斯 和粉尘含量不得超过《煤矿安全规程》规定的标准。绞车周围温度不得超过 40℃, 湿度不得超过 95%,海拔高度不得超过 1000 米。 警示:1、绞车严禁用于载人与提升。 2、绞车严禁同时刹双闸。 3、绞车所配电器必须要有在有效期内的安标证。

七、安全操作方法
(一)一般要求: 1、绞车司机必须了解本机的性能,熟悉操作方法。 2、绞车钢丝绳静拉力不得超过规定数值,并不得用于运送人员。 (二)操作前注意事项: 1、检查钢丝绳接头是否牢固,支座螺栓和地脚螺栓是否完全固紧,绞车安装 是否牢靠。 2、检查调整刹车机构,使之达到灵活、可靠。 3、检查钢丝绳,不准有结节,扭绕现象,如在一个节距内断丝超过 10%时, 应予更换。 4、电器部分应进行检查,电机和按钮应接地良好。 5、检查行车轨道有无障碍物,以免牵引过程中发生事故。 (三)操作方法: 1、操作时应集中精力注意听清和看清信号、标志。 2、操作时,首先将左刹车刹住卷筒,使卷筒静止,将右刹车松开,此时可启 动电机,右端大内齿轮空转,这时将右端刹车逐渐刹住,左端刹车逐渐松开,卷 筒便开始旋转,即可进行牵引作业。 3、绞车作业过程中,如欲使绞车暂时停止运转,应将右刹车松开,将左刹车 杀死,卷筒即停止旋转,如需微调重物位置,只需交替操作左右刹车把,使卷筒 时转时停即可。 4、下放重物时,应开启电机使电机反转,此时应先刹住左刹车,松开右刹车, 使下放重物静止,此时右端大内齿轮空转,然后松开左刹车刹住右刹车,卷筒即 在电机驱动下进行反转。 5、电机启动后,严禁两个刹车同时刹住,以免造成“闷车”使电机烧毁、主 机损坏等意外事故。 6、卷筒的启动或停止,应平稳、缓和,使绳速逐渐增加或减少,不允许急剧 地开车、停车、猛刹、猛提,以防损坏机体。 7、操作过程中发现声响不正常、制动不灵、卷筒刹车部分和轴承温度剧烈上 升等异常情况时,应立即停车检查及时排除。 8、停车时间较长,应将电动机关闭,如钢丝绳仍挂有重物,为防止重物下 滑,应将左刹车刹住卷筒,司机不得离开操作岗位。 9、钢丝绳在卷筒上应排列整齐,工作时不可全部放完,在卷筒上至少保留三 圈。 10、任务完成后,应停车切断电源,并清除绞车及电机上的灰尘赃物等。 交接班时,必须把本班不正常现象向下一班交待清楚,以便及时检查排除。

The SC1131/2/3/4 incorporates a high current low dropout linear regulator section together with a switching voltage-mode controller. This unique combination is well suited for high current low voltage power supply applications such as the Intel PentiumTM P55, AMD K6 and the Cyrix M2 processors. The SC113X was designed to reduce the number of components required to design a dual power supply for multivoltage processor applications.

SC1142 Functional Description
The SC1142 combines a high-voltage power MOSFET switch with a power supply controller in one device. Similar to the LinkSwitch-LP and TinySwitch-III it uses an ON/OFF control to regulate the output voltage. In addition, the switching frequency is modulated to regulate the output current to provide a constant current characteristic. The SC1142 controller consists of an oscillator, feedback (sense and logic) circuit, 6 V regulator, over-temperature protection, frequency jittering, current limit circuit, leading-edge blanking, inductance correction circuitry, frequency control for constant current regulation and on/off state machine for CV control.

神威气动 文档标题:sc标准气缸规格一、sc标准气缸规格的介绍:引导活塞在缸内进行直线往复运动的圆筒形金属机件。
空气在发动机气缸中通过膨胀将热能转化为机械能;气体在压缩机气缸中接受活塞压缩而提高压力。
涡轮机、旋转活塞式发动机等的壳体通常也称“气缸”。
气缸的应用领域:印刷(张力控制)、半导体(点焊机、芯片研磨)、自动化控制、机器人等等。
二、气缸种类:①单作用气缸:仅一端有活塞杆,从活塞一侧供气聚能产生气压,气压推动活塞产生推力伸出,靠弹簧或自重返回。
②双作用气缸:从活塞两侧交替供气,在一个或两个方向输出力。
③膜片式气缸:用膜片代替活塞,只在一个方向输出力,用弹簧复位。
它的密封性能好,但行程短。
④冲击气缸:这是一种新型元件。
它把压缩气体的压力能转换为活塞高速(10~20米/秒)运动的动能,借以做功。
⑤无杆气缸:没有活塞杆的气缸的总称。
有磁性气缸,缆索气缸两大类。
做往复摆动的气缸称摆动气缸,由叶片将内腔分隔为二,向两腔交替供气,输出轴做摆动运动,摆动角小于280°。
此外,还有回转气缸、气液阻尼缸和步进气缸等。
三、气缸结构:气缸是由缸筒、端盖、活塞、活塞杆和密封件等组成,其内部结构如图所示:2:端盖端盖上设有进排气通口,有的还在端盖内设有缓冲机构。
杆侧端盖上设有密封圈和防尘圈,以防止从活塞杆处向外漏气和防止外部灰尘混入缸内。
杆侧端盖上设有导向套,以提高气缸的导向精度,承受活塞杆上少量的横向负载,减小活塞杆伸出时的下弯量,延长气缸使用寿命。
导向套通常使用烧结含油合金、前倾铜铸件。
端盖过去常用可锻铸铁,为减轻重量并防锈,常使用铝合金压铸,微型缸有使用黄铜材料的。
3:活塞活塞是气缸中的受压力零件。
为防止活塞左右两腔相互窜气,设有活塞密封圈。
活塞上的耐磨环可提高气缸的导向性,减少活塞密封圈的磨耗,减少摩擦阻力。
耐磨环长使用聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯、夹布合成树脂等材料。
活塞的宽度由密封圈尺寸和必要的滑动部分长度来决定。

1.2本机床具有一个垂直刀架,刀架由刀架滑座和滑枕两部分组成,刀架滑座水平移动(X轴)、滑枕上下移动(Z轴),均采用交流伺服电机通过一对齿轮减速,经滚珠丝杆螺母副分别驱动,并且X、Z轴可联动。
进给系统有每分钟进给量和工作台每转进给量两种方式。
X轴可为全闭环,检测元件采用海登海因光栅尺;Z轴为半闭环,采用伺服电机内置编码器进行半闭环检测。
刀架滑座和滑枕移动导轨采用一腔一泵式恒流静压导轨,抗振性好,精度稳定可靠。
刀架滑枕下端有端面齿盘与刀夹端面齿盘结合,卡箍卡紧。
1.3工作台径向采用高精度双列向心短滚子轴承定心,轴向采用高精度的大型滚珠止推轴承承载。
工作台主轴上装有控制恒速切削和车螺纹用的编码器。
1.4工作台回转采用宽调磁直流电机通过高强度皮带,带动两级行星齿轮箱驱动。
行星齿轮箱装在底座内,其结构紧凑,增强了机床的总刚度,提高了传动效率,降低了机床噪声。
工作台面上设有4个手动卡爪。
1.5横梁升降采用双丝杆升降,通过立柱顶部的双出轴电机,同时带动两侧的减速箱来实现丝杆升降的同步,横梁可以在规定的最大行程内,任意位置上准停。
采用油缸与碟型弹簧进行夹紧和放松。
1.6单立柱具有双导轨,其断面对称于工作台中心平面,与底座采用法兰式连接,提高了立柱与工作台底座之间的接触刚度。
1.7工作台底座外围装有机床防护罩,可防止冷却液喷溅。
防护罩正面有可以水平开启的门。
横梁水平导轨上(X轴)装有不锈钢伸缩式防护罩。
1.8本机床操纵台采用落地式集中操纵,在显示屏上可显示所需的各种信息指令和数据。
