珠光颜料

珠光颜料几乎适用于所有热固性和热塑料性塑料。

由于晟珠珠光颜料的化学性质十分稳定,在树脂加工过程中不会变色,也不会在树脂系统中析出、起霜和熔化。

我们知道,在塑料加工过程中如果采用金属颜料,其安全性显得十分重要。

如通常使用的银粉(即铝粉)和金粉(锌铜合金粉),在塑料树脂与颜料的混合、捏合、挤压、造粒过程中,都有发生火灾和爆炸的危险。

而晟珠珠光颜料是非金属颜料,不与塑料助剂发生反应。

因而是绝对安全的。

同时晟珠珠光颜料不会使塑料粒子发生褪色和灰化,而又能同样生产明亮的金属光泽效应和珠光效应。

目前,珠光颜料已在塑料工业中得到广泛应用,例如,用于高档化妆品和药品包装的珠光塑料瓶、盒;用于高级糖果、冰淇淋包装的珠光塑料薄膜;珠光塑料凉鞋、钮扣、儿童玩具、杯、盘、桶。

浴室部件等日用品和工艺品;各种家电与计算机外壳;珠光塑料建筑装饰材料等等。

越来越受到广大消费者的喜爱和欢迎。

珠光颜料在塑料工业中的应用珠光颜料的构造珠光颜料的基本原料是天然云母。

云母经过仔细的研磨成为不同颗粒尺寸的细粉,再经二氧化钛涂覆,形成不同厚度的涂层,然后经过900摄氏度的高温烧制及特殊的处理,制成半透明,非常稳定的,几乎呈化学惰性的珠光颜料。

它们在应用过程中,不会受温度影响。

其片状结构在树脂中不会析出、起霜或融化。

珠光颜料无毒,且本身不含金属成分,完全依靠光学原理,形成不同的颜色。

通过控制云母的粒径和涂覆层的厚度,就可以得到一系列不同粒径范围的白色,金属色和高光双色系列的珠光颜料。

珠光颜料在塑料制品中的应用珠光颜料是半透明的,在应用过程中,必须留意它的光学性能并加以利用,才能达到良好的珠光效果。

近几十年来,塑料工业在世界上的应用发展十分迅速。

在我国的国民经济中也占有重要的地位,随着塑料成形加工手段的改进和发展,塑料产品的日渐丰富多彩。

珠光颜料在塑料中的应用也日渐普及。

从人造革、墙纸、塑料包装膜,化妆品、洗发用品的包装,家电塑胶件,到人造珍珠,塑料钮扣以及其它的塑料制品,都广泛利用珠光颜料来增加吸引力。
