Unit 2 What time is it?1课时七、教学过程:(一)热身/复习(Warm-up/Revision)⑴学生演唱歌曲“One Two Three Four Five”。
⑵师生一起表演本单元A部分Let’s do 的听听做做活动。
⑶教师和学生一起做“听句子,拨时针”的游戏。
教师说:It’s time for breakfast./ It’s time for English class. 学生根据实际情况将时针拨到合理的位置。
【设计思路】:通过歌曲导入,并找出音乐中的数字,吸引学生的注意力,使学生在唱唱找找中尽快融入英语课堂学习的氛围。
本课的学习难点是对时间的准确表述,教师和学生一起做“听句子,拨时针”的游戏。
在玩中巩固了学生对数字的概念,也为新知呈现做准备。
(二)呈现新课(Presentation)教师用六个不同的钟面来帮助学生感知、理解和记忆时间的表达法。
⑴教学What time is it? It’s ___ o’clock. 按时钟不同的时间,让学生操练句型;并让他们拿出自制的时钟拨时间,运用What time is it? It’s … o’clock.句型在组内进行操练。
⑵图片教学Let’s learn学生初步掌握句型之后,我再次把钟拨到九点,提问What time is it?顺着学生的回答说Yes .It’s nine o’clock. It’s time for English class.同时利用课件出示English class的图片,教学English class 并引出It’s time for English class. 句型进行教学。
用类似的方法教学music class, P.E.class 。
⑶将初升的太阳画在黑板上,并在旁边写上时间:7:00,同时用幻灯片出示吃早餐的图片。
