Salt Lake Bay in Gansu is a beautiful scenic spot that I recently visited. It is located in the northwest of China and is famous for its unique salt lake landscape. The area covers about 25 square kilometers and is surrounded by mountains, which makes for a stunning view.
One of the most impressive things about Salt Lake Bay is the salt lake itself. The water is crystal clear and the salt crystals on the surface of the lake glisten in the sunlight. It's quite a surreal experience to see such a vast expanse of salt water in the middle of the mountains.
Another highlight of the area is the sand dunes. The dunes are massive and stretch for miles, and it's possible to go sandboarding or take a camel ride through them. I went sandboarding and it was so much fun I felt like I was flying down the dunes!
There are also some interesting rock formations in the area that are worth checking out. The shapes and colors of the rocks are really unique and make for some great photo opportunities.
