⽆尘布由100%聚酯纤维双编织⽽成,表⾯柔软,易于擦拭敏感表⾯,摩擦不脱纤维,具有良好的吸⽔性及清洁效率。
产品的清洗和包装均在超净车间完成。
⽆尘布可选封边⼀般有:冷裁,激光封边,超声波封边。

3 名词与术语
3.1过滤效率filtering efficiency
在规定条件下,护品将空⽓中的颗粒物滤除的百分数。
3.2 阻燃性能flame retardation
护品阻⽌本⾝被点燃、有焰燃烧和阴燃的性能。
3.3 消毒disinfection
⽤物理或化学⽅法杀灭或清除传播媒介上的病原微⽣物,使其达到⽆
害化。
3.4 灭菌sterilization
⽤物理或化学⽅法杀灭传播媒介上所有的微⽣物,使其达到⽆菌。
3.5 ⾃吸过滤式防尘⼝罩 self-inhalation filter type dust mask
靠佩戴者呼吸克服部件阻⼒,⽤于防尘的净⽓式呼吸护具。
3.6 密合型sealing half-mask
与⾯部密合能遮住⿐、⼝的⾯罩。
3.7 沾⽔等级spray rating
表⽰织物表⾯抗湿性的程度。
4 技术要求
4.1 ⼝罩基本尺⼨
a) 长⽅形⼝罩展开后中⼼部分尺⼨:长度不⼩于17cm、宽度不⼩于
17cm;
b) 密合型拱形⼝罩尺⼨:横径不⼩于14cm,纵径不⼩于14cm。
4.2 外观
c) ⼝罩表⾯不得有破洞、污渍;

4.3 ⿐夹
a) ⼝罩上必须配有⿐夹;

4.5 过滤效率
⼝罩滤料的颗粒过滤效率应不⼩于95%。
4.6 ⽓流阻⼒
在⽓体流量为85L/min情况下,⼝罩的吸⽓阻⼒不得超过343.2Pa (35mmH2O)。
4.7 合成⾎穿透阻隔性能
合成⾎以10.7kPa (80 mmHg)压⼒喷向⼝罩样品,⼝罩内侧不应出现渗透。
4.8 表⾯抗湿性
⼝罩沾⽔等级应不低于GB/T4745中GB3级的规定。
4.9 消毒和灭菌
a) 标识为消毒级的⼝罩应符合GB 15980中4.3.2的要求。
b) 标识为灭菌级的⼝罩应符合GB 15980中4.3.2的要求。
4.10 环氧⼄烷残留量
经环氧⼄烷灭菌的⼝罩,其环氧⼄烷残留量应不超过10µg/g。
4.11 阻燃性能
所⽤材料不应为易燃性。
移离⽕焰后继续燃烧应不超过5s。
4.12 ⽪肤刺激性
⼝罩材料应⽆⽪肤刺激反应。
4.13标志与使⽤说明书
应符合本标准6中的规定。
5 试验⽅法
5.1⼝罩基本尺⼨
以通⽤量具测量,应符合第4.1条规定。
5.2 外观
⽬⼒检查,应符合第4.2条规定。
5.3⿐夹
通过检查并以通⽤或专⽤量具测量,应符合第4.3条规定。
5.4⼝罩带
总共应检测4个⼝罩。
2个经过温度预处理,2个不经过预处理。
温度预处理条件:
a)(70±3)℃空⽓中24⼩时
b)(-30±3)℃空⽓中24⼩时
在温度预处理后应在室温恢复⾄少4⼩时。
通过⽬⼒检查和拉⼒计测量,均应符合4.4规定。
5.5 过滤效率与⽓流阻⼒试验
应该使⽤6个⼝罩滤料进⾏过滤效率试验。
3个经过温度预处理,3个不经过预处理。
温度预处理条件:
a)(70±3)℃空⽓中24⼩时
b)(-30±3)℃空⽓中24⼩时
在温度预处理后应在室温恢复⾄少4⼩时。
空⽓流量应该稳定⾄(85±2)L/min。
试验应该⼀直进⾏到滤料达到最低过滤效率时或⾄少有(200±5)mg 的⽓溶胶作⽤于滤料上时为⽌。
在规定试验条件⽤的NaCl⽓溶胶颗粒⼤⼩分布应为计数中位径在(0.075±0.020)µm,⼏何标准差不超过1.86。
过滤效率测定结果应⼤于或等于4.5的规定。
⼝罩的吸⽓阻⼒应符合本标准4.6条的规定。
5.6 合成⾎穿透阻隔性能
检查5个⼝罩。
⼝罩在(21±5)℃,相对湿度(85±5)%下预处理⾄少4h。
⼝罩从环境箱中取出1分钟内作测试。
⼝罩固定在突起的夹具上,在305mm的距离将2ml的合成⾎(表⾯张⼒(4.0~4.4)×10-4N/cm)从内径0.84mm的套管中沿⽔平⽅向喷向被测⼝罩。
测试压⼒为10.7kPa (80 mmHg)。
取下⼝罩,检查内侧⾯是否透过。
其结果应符合本标准4.7条的规定。
5.7 表⾯透湿性试验
⽤GB/T 4745规定的⽅法进⾏试验,其结果应符合本标准4.8条的规定。
5.8 消毒和灭菌
⽤GB 15980规定的⽅法进⾏试验,其结果应符合本标准4.9条的规定。
5.9环氧⼄烷残留量
按照GB15980-1995规定的⽅法进⾏试验,其结果应符合本标准4.10
条的规定。
5.10阻燃性能:
总共应检测4个⼝罩。
2个经过温度预处理,2个不经过预处理。
温度预处理条件:
a)(70±3)℃空⽓中24⼩时
b)(-30±3)℃空⽓中24⼩时
在温度预处理后应在室温恢复⾄少4⼩时。
单燃烧器试验按照下列程序进⾏,结果应符合4.11规定。
将⼝罩戴在⾦属头模上,在⿐尖处测量的头模运动线速度为(60±5)mm/s。
头模穿过丙烷燃烧器的位置可调。
燃烧器的顶端和⼝罩的最低部分(当直接对着燃烧器上放置时)的距离应设置在
(20±2)mm。
将头模转离邻近燃烧器的区域,打开丙烷⽓,压⼒调节到20000~30000Pa (0.2bar~0.3bar)并点燃⽓体。
通过针阀和仔细调节供⽓压⼒,
将⽕焰⾼度调节在(40±4)mm。
⽕焰的温度在燃烧器尖端上⽅(20±2)mm 处⽤1.5mm直径⾦属隔离的热电偶探针测量,应为(800±50)℃。
将头模设置到运动状态并记录⼝罩⼀次通过⽕焰的效应。
应重复试验以便能评价在⼝罩外部所有材料。
任何⼀个组件应只通过⽕焰⼀次。
5.11⽪肤刺激性
按照GB/T 16886.10规定的⽅法进⾏试验,其结果应符合本标准4.12条的规定。
5.12标识与使⽤说明书
⽬⼒检查,应符合第4.13条规定。
6 标识与使⽤说明书
6.1 标识
6.1.1 ⼝罩最⼩包装上⾄少应有以下清楚易认的标识,如果包装是透明的,应可以透过包装看到标识:
a) 产品名称;
b) ⽣产商或供货商的名称、商标;
c) 产品形式标识;
d) 滤料级别:N95/N99;
e) 贮存期限;
f) “请参见⽣产者提供的信息”的说明;
g) ⽣产者建议的贮存条件(⾄少是温度和湿度条件);
h) 需组装的部件应该做出安全符号标识;
i) ⼀次性使⽤的应有⼀次性标识;
j) 重复性使⽤的应标明灭菌⽅法。
注:N95/N95为滤料的等级,该等级滤料对⾮油性颗粒的过滤效率不⼩于95%/99%。
6.1.2 包装箱上⾄少应有以下内容或标识:
a) 制造商名称和地址、电话、邮编;
b) 产品名称;
c) 产品执⾏标准号;
d) ⽣产批号;
e) 重量;
f) 规格数量;
g) 体积;
h) 防晒,怕湿等字样和标志,标志应符合GB/T191的规定。
6.2使⽤说明书
使⽤说明书⾄少应使⽤中⽂。
使⽤说明书应⾄少给出下列内容:
a) ⽤途和使⽤限制;
b) 有⾊代码的意义;
c) 使⽤前需进⾏的检查;
d) 佩戴适合性;
e) 使⽤⽅法;
f) 保养(例如清洗、消毒),如适⽤;
g) 贮存;
h) 所使⽤的符号和/或图⽰的含义;
i) 应给出可能会出现的问题,例如:⼝罩的适合性(使⽤前进⾏检查);如果有头发进⼊⾯罩封边以内则防泄漏的要求可能会达不到;空⽓质量(污染物、缺氧等);
j) 在有爆炸性⽓体环境中使⽤的设备;
k) 应该包括有关⼝罩丢弃时间的建议;
l) 如果⼝罩不是设计为⼀次性使⽤,⼚家应推荐清洗和消毒⽅法。

5 试验⽅法
5.1⼝罩基本尺⼨
以通⽤量具测量,应符合第4.1条规定。
5.2 外观
⽬⼒检查,应符合第4.2条规定。
5.3⿐夹
通过检查并以通⽤或专⽤量具测量,应符合第4.3条规定。
5.4⼝罩带
总共应检测4个⼝罩。
2个经过温度预处理,2个不经过预处理。
温度预处理条件:
a)(70±3)℃空⽓中24⼩时
b)(-30±3)℃空⽓中24⼩时
在温度预处理后应在室温恢复⾄少4⼩时。
通过⽬⼒检查和拉⼒计测量,均应符合4.4规定。
5.5 过滤效率与⽓流阻⼒试验
