Then today I'd like to talk something about Chinese tea culture .Would you like aofcup tea to have a rest when you feel tired,and how much do you know about tea? As we all know, China is the first coutry that found tea plant. Refering to Chinese tea,it can be traced back to the ancient time.It appeared at 2739-2697 BC,Luyu said “ ”,according to the <>.
Let’s review the history of tea briefly. Tea was a kind of sacrifice a long time age. Then,our ancestors found its medicinal value.And it becomes a kind of drinking until Han Dynasty.
二Chinese tea could be divided into six kinds
1.Green tea is known as the national drink of china ,and its main functions is , belong to Green tea..
2.second kind is black tea.Red tea water,red leaves and sugariness are its notable characteristics. It is worth noticed that black tea accounts for over 90% of all tea sold in the west. We often mentions Gongfublack ,Qimenblack,andDianhongongfu,they are all black tea.
3.Dark tea. The color of it is iron black,and the leaves are enveloped,.It contains Pur，hunan dark tea and liubao tea..
4.the fourth is white tea,its birthplace is Fujian province.And the famous white tea is anji white leaf.
5.The fiveth is Oolong tea,It is very fresh and fragrant,contains Iron mercy,wuyi rock and so on
6.The last kind is scented tea. many ladies like it very much. They can become more beautiful and younger, if get more scented tea.
三Advantages of tea
Different kinds of tea have different functions, which make a contribution to our health. In all,tea have great medicinal value, anti-cancer, lowering blood pressure,
reducing stress.And,tea drink has a great benefit to loss weight and beauty. In hot summer,we can drink tea for cooling purpose.
Tips.
1.At night, appropriate to drink less or not.
2.Best time for tea .we can drink a cup of tea after diner, because fasting tea will hurt
the body, eg:inhibiting gastric secretion(胃分泌)，impede digestion, and even causing headache.
3.There is a tip for girls.special period no tea
四．Steps of making tea
For many Chinese families，drink tea is necessary in daily life. Meanwhile,tea is helpful to our health,that’s why it is loved by so many people from ancient time till now.so I will introduce the general stepsfor making tea.1 First, warming pot with boiled water. 2Then, put tea leaf into tea pot.3. pour boiled water into tea pot .Next, pour out the water quickly to save the aroma of the tea leaves
4 Wash the tea on high and make the water full of the tea pot.5. Then，Make tea in
the low spot，and wait for around 1 minute 6 Divede into smaller tea cups for others.
At last you would taste a refreshing and and have a good time with your frineds.
五．Current situation and Revival of tea culture
Let’s look at the picture about comparison of tea consumption. it is obvious that the tea consumption of chinese mainland is lowest. , and there are some reasons for this phenomenon.
1.Too busy We would not like to take a longtime to enjoy a cup of tea
2.Obviously, the scales and numbers of café have farther exceeded those of teahouse 3．Tea is so traditional and outdated that it is more suitable for elderly people. They tend to select coffee, because it means modern and fashion.
4.Coffee is fast paced, and it takes less time.
Because Chinese tea culture ,with a very long history, is really profound.As one of the essences of Chinese culture, I think that we should do something for this situation.
Revival of tea culture
To our relief, the slighted Chinese tea has been recovering in recent years.There are increasing number of modern teahouse in street. It means that many people would like have tea with their friend or business partner. More and more young people mention and learn Knack of tea-brewing and tea ceremony. So, drink tea maybe represent a health and fashion lifestyle in today's fast-pacedsociety
