罗斯蒙特压力变送器
工作原理 工作时,高、低压侧的隔离膜片和灌充液将过程压力
传递给中心的灌充液,中心的灌充液将压力传递到 δ -室 传感器中心的传感膜片上。传感膜片是一个张紧的弹性元 件, 其位移随所受差压而变化(对于GP表压变送器,大气 压力如同施加在传感膜片的低压侧一样)。AP绝压变送器, 低压侧始终保持一个参考压力。传感膜片的最大位移量为 0.004英寸(0.10毫米),且位移量与压力成正比。两侧的 电容极板检测传感膜片的位置。传感膜片和电容极板之间 的电容差值被转换为相应的电流,电压或数字HAPT ®(高速 可寻址远程发送器数据公路)输出信号。

以下为菜单项说明: AD-L:采集零位 AD,接入零点模拟量信号,进入 菜单后,短按【▲】或【▼】开始采集,待数据稳定后 同时短按【▲】【▼】键确认,数据意义为压力零位时 候的采集值,此值为仪表自动采集值,采集此值时需要 给显示表头输入零点模拟信号,可以是无源的模拟量输 出信号发生器或者输出准确的压力变送器,无标准源情 况下切勿使用。 AD-H:采集满度 AD,接入满量程模拟量信号,进 入菜单后,短按【▲】或【▼】开始采集,待数据稳定
DS-H:满度显示值,数据意义为压力满度显示设置 值。
DP:选择小数点,设置小数点的位置,仅表示符号, 无动态量程转化功能。例如出厂设置 DS-L 设置为 0000, DS-H 设置为 1000,小数点选择为 0.1,则满度时显示的 是 100.0,如其他参数不修改,仅修改了小数点选择为 0, 则满度会显示 1000。
6.2.2 清零操作
同时长按【▲】【▼】键 5 秒,进入输入密码状态, 【▲】键移动光标,【▼】键更改光标处的值,输入密 码“0036”,即可进入清零状态。
按【▲】和【▼】键可选择“YES(确定清零)”、 “No(不清零)”、“RST(取消清零)”,同时短按【▲】 【▼】键退出。
注:无按键按下 60 秒,仪表自动退出清零模式。

◆为了安全和避免外部信号对仪器造成干扰,仪表电源线 应接在相应规格、带有地线标志、符合电器标准的插座 内,且地线须确保良好接地。
◆仪器的接线部分详见接线图,用户电源容量必须满足正 常使用仪器的要求。
变送器安装注意事项: ◆避免变送器受阳光直射、避免变送器发生震动; ◆应将变送器安装在稍高于操作者平视位置,便于操作者 ◆浏览面板或进行控制操作; ◆为变送器箱体的开启和维护留出足够的空间。

功能介绍PT3088系列智能变送器适用于液体、气体和蒸汽介质的流量、液位和压力(表压、绝压)的测量。

PT3088系列智能变送器按用途可划分两个品种:PT3088GP压力变送器PT3088AP绝对压力变送器PT3088系列智能变送器在具有电容敏感元件久经考验的性能稳定、可靠性高和抗过载能力强等特点的同时,又增加了先进的数字化补偿和通信功能。

这使得PT3088系列智能变送器成为用途广泛的高精度智能式变送器。

该变送器可通过我公司的HRTMASTER组态/调试系统完成测试、组态、校准等功能的操作,也可与ROSEMOUNT275型手操器兼容。

通过手操器或调试设备可以从控制室、变送器电路板上的按键进行就地零点和量程调整。

在进行远程通信时需注意:在接线端子和电源之间必须有不小于250Ω的电阻。

数据存贮 组态数据存贮于变送器电子板模块的永久性EEPROM
存贮器中。变送器掉电后,数据仍保存,故而上电后变送 器能立即工作。
数/模转换与信号传送 过程变量以数字式数据存贮,可以进行精确地修正和 工程单位的转换。信号经修正后的数据转换为模拟输出信 号。HART手操器可以直接以数据信号方式存取传感器读 数,不经过数/模转换以得到更高精度。
三、产品说明
传感膜头 3051C型采用先进技术及生产线制造的高品质传感 器。传感器与过程介质和外部环境保持机械、电气及热隔 离。传感器远离过程法兰,移至电子外壳的颈部,可实现 机械隔离和热隔离。该设计使传感器不与过程热源直接接 触,并释放了传感器杯体上的机械应力,可提高静压性 能。 玻璃密封的压力输送管与传感器杯体绝缘安装,保证 了电气绝缘,可提高电子线路的灵活性、性能与耐瞬变电 压保护的能力。 3051C型传感膜头还进行温度测量,用于补偿温度影 响。 在工厂的特性化过程中,所有传感器都经受了整个工 作范围内的压力与温度循环测试。根据由此得来的数据产 生修正系数,然后将系数贮存于传感膜头的内存中,从而 可保证变送器运行过程中能精确地进行信号修正。 该种传感膜头的内存也可帮助加快维修过程。因为所 有膜头的特性值都贮存在膜头中,所以可直接更换线路板 而无需重新校验或拆下独立的贮存。使用HART手操器可 以方便地对3051型进行组态。组态由两部分组成。首先, 设定变送器的工作参数,包括:存修正系数的PROM。 传感膜头内还有线路板,它将输入的电容与温度信号 直接转换成可供电子板模块进一步处理的数字化信号。
