Job Responsibilities

J ob Responsibilities:
1.Manages all aspects of backlog –order entry, maintenance, customer information, part information, synchronize customer PO, ship date and original promised date （OPD）, maintain customer forecasts, RMA’s with customer, schedule and change customer shipment dates.
2.Function as the main point of contact – oral and written correspondence.
3.Monitor on-time shipping performance data for customers.
4.Assuring engineering changes are implemented and associated costs are reimbursed by the customer.
5.Coordinate with finished goods staff on scheduling customer shipments.
6.Order Management.
7.Enter and monitor RMA in PLEXUS sales order system.
Job Skills Required:
1.Good communication both in English and Chinese
2.Degree in Engineering/Electronics
3.Three years experience in Electronic Manufacturing Company（SMT）
4.Familiar with ISO9000 and Material Controlling Process
5.Good skill in the data analysis.
6.Good understanding of contract management, accounting and business management practices.
7.Good organization and decision making skills.

岗位要求：
理工科本科学历
5年以上汽车零部件行业质量体系工作
精通TS16949和ISO14001的标准
英语四级及以上

Job requirements:
The science and Engineering Undergraduate Education
Above 5 years of quality system of auto parts industry
Proficient in TS16949 and ISO14001 standards
English level four or above。
