Objective 目的： All associates know and master Fire，fire fighter training ,evacuation procedure. 所有员工能正确了解的掌握火灾应急和疏散程序 POLICY STATEMENT 政策声明： It is the policy of the Crowne Plaza KunMing that All associates will implement this policy when there is any fire and evacuation. 昆明中心皇冠假日酒店所有客房部员工在发生火灾和应急疏散时将严格按照以下程序执行 PROCEDURES 程序： 听见报警铃声：In case of alarm 办公室疏散准备和疏散：Office preparation &Office evacuation Stop working immediately and to prepare flashlight. 立即停止手上工作，准备好电筒。 Collect all keys of offices (including master keys of guest room and keys in Public Areas) 准备收好办公室所有的钥匙。（包括客房万能钥匙和公区其他钥匙） Cut off computer, power, air-conditioner and lights. 关闭电脑及电源，办公室空调和灯。 All employees must remain in their own position to wait for further information via pager or supervisor. 监守岗位，听候应急广播,传呼或主管的通知。 According to fire indications, employees evacuate from the nearest fire passage with attendance record. 按照消防指示，员工从最近消防通道疏散，并带上员工名单，排班表，及其它重要单据。 Check the amount of employees. 清点疏散现场员工人数。 Report the amount of employees to fire command group.

在仪表工作中，至少要接触不少的英文缩写，这些有的是标准的，用金山等是可以查到的，有些是专业上通用的，还有一些是根据项目“自定义”的，不管是哪种，大家都有必要了解一些。

We import the Bakers Oven into the United States and have named the stove The Vermont Bun Baker.The Vermont Bun Baker has the firebox at the top and the oven below. Heat is directed around the oven by closing the damper, located next to the flue outlet.Before lighting your Vermont Bun Baker ensure that the damper control is properly located so that it closes and swings open. The damper is open when the control lever is in the down position and closed in the up position. Also ensure that the steel inspection panel in the bottom of the oven is in place (not to be confused with the oven tray).To light your cooker, first make sure that the damper is open and the air spindle control (the spindle control is opened and closed to control the rate of the burn) on the firebox door is also open to its full extent. Light a fire using finely chopped wood and establish it so that it has plenty of flames. As soon as the fire is going briskly, close the damper. This directs the flames and flue gases down the sides and around the oven. Keep the fire burning briskly until the oven is up to temperature. NOTE: The temperature gauge on the oven door is only a guide to the temperature in the oven. We have found that when the gauge is reading around 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the internal oven temperature is more like 350 degrees Fahrenheit. It is a good idea to use a meat thermometer when cooking. To add more fuel to the fire, it is advisable to open the damper before opening the door. When the firebox is loaded, close the door and then close the damper. This will avoid having smoke coming into the room.For cooking, always have a brisk fire using small pieces of wood that provide plenty of flames. This type of fire will maintain the oven temperature. For heating and longer burn time, larger pieces of wood can be used and the spindle control closed off. The oven temperature will drop when in this mode of operation.The Vermont Bun BakerMaintenanceThe Vermont Bun Baker requires little maintenance however; the flue and oven base should be periodically checked for soot/creosote buildup that may require cleaning. Inside the oven is a removable base plate. This plate should be lifted off and any soot underneath it removed. You can also remove the hotplates on the cooking surface of the Vermont Bun Baker and scrape the sides of the oven. The glass on the firebox and oven door can be cleaned with steel wool and water. It is not advisable to use a cleaner that contains caustic and abrasive cleaners. If you remove the glass to be cleaned please remember when you replace it, not to tighten the screws too tight to allow for heat expansion.A metal strip at the top of the firebox door can be adjusted in and out with the Allen key provided. The strip should be set leaving a gap of about 1mm between the edge of the strip and the front of the Vermont Bun Baker. Also make sure that the firebricks at the back of the firebox are also in place and have not shifted in transit.The Vermont Bun BakerOne of the main necessary precautions when installing a wood stove is to leave sufficient space between the stove (top, sides, back, front, and under stove pipes) and any other material that can catch fire.If the stove is to be installed on a combustible floor, it must be placed on an approved 1” (25mm) non-combustible hearth pad with k = 0.84 BTU/in ft2 hr o F. In the USA, the floor protector must extend 8” beyond each side of the flue loading door and 16” to the front. In Canada, the floor protector must extend 8“ (200mm) beyond each side and the back of the appliance and 18“ (450mm) to the front. (See fig. 4)In a rear vent installation the floor protection must also extend under the stovepipe a minimum of 2” (50mm) beyond either side of the pipe.The Vermont Bun Baker Installation ClearancesIt is extremely important that you respect required installation distances and that you respect local installation regulations. This is for your safety! The manufacturer is not responsible for the product, if it is not installed following these recommendations. These clearances may only be reduced by means approved by the regulatory authority.A combustible surface is anything that can burn (i.e. sheet rock, wall paper, wood, fabrics etc.) These surfaces are not limited to those that are visible and also include materials that are behind non-combustible materials. If you are not sure of the combustible nature of a material, consult your local fire officials.The Vermont Bun BakerChimney connectionThe chimney connector is a single walled pipe used to connect the stove to the chimney. For use with the Bun Baker, the chimney connector MUST be 6” in diameter, with a minimum thickness of 24 gauge black steel or 26 gauge blued steel.Aluminum and galvanized steel pipe is not acceptable for use with the Bun Baker. These materials cannot withstand the extreme temperatures of a wood fire and can give off toxic fumes when heated.Do not use the connector pipe as a chimney.Each chimney connector or stovepipe section must be installed to the stove flue collar and to each other with the male (crimped) end toward the stove.This prevents any amount of condensed or liquid creosote from running down the outside of the pipe or the stovetop. All joints, including the flue collar connection must be secured with three sheet metal screws to ensure that the sections do not separate.For the best performance the chimney connector should be as short and direct as possible, with no more than two 90° elbows. The maximum horizontal run is 36” and a recommended tot al length of stovepipe should not exceed 10 feet. Always slope horizontal runs upward ¼” per foot toward the chimney.No part of the chimney connector may pass through an attic or roof space, closet or other concealed space, or through a floor ceiling. All sections of the chimney connectors must be accessible for cleaning. 加热器的标准的特殊要求(第二部分)：
对应加热元件的意外触及的防护 防火罩的要求126x12mm, 53x20mm 安装器具必须有效的固定在墙面上:两个动作拆除 对于玻璃面板的热冲击测试： 移动器具必须防止能底部对带电体的触及:6/10/20mm 石英加热器的固定:不能随意调整 非安装式师英加热器具不可以带有温控,定时器等自动控制装置 加热器具的断开电源不能依赖电子开关

第二十八章－螺钉和连接
电气连接,接地连接的可靠是依赖于连接的螺钉和连接方式的可靠来保证的. 标准对螺钉极其连接的基本要求: - 用于电气连接的螺叮不能是软金属或者是绝缘材料的 - 用于电气连接的螺钉必须旋入金属 - 螺钉的连接必须承受一定连接强度(扭力测试) - 电气连接和接地连接不能通过绝缘材料来传递接触压力 - 用于机械连接且传递接地或电气连接的,必须有效防松脱 - 不承受扭力作用的铆钉也可作为电气和接地连接

接地是对于一类器具提供的一种保护,对于接地我们只需要解决三个问题: 什么是接地保护? 接地保护是对于一类器具发生绝缘失效情况下,变成带电体的可接触金属通过可靠连 接到大地,电流直接从接地端转移到大地,而不至于对接触的人体产生危害. 何时需要接地? 产品具有可接触的金属,第二,在金属周围具有可能发生绝缘失效或者连接松脱的情况 下,该金属必须连接到接地端. 如何做到可靠接地? 第一,接地不能和中性断连接. 第二,接地必须可靠防松脱 第三,接地端必须最后受力或者松脱 第四,接地端子必须防腐蚀和防绣

第二十一章－机械强度
器具在正常使用的时候必须具有一定的机械强度,并能承受在使用中可能存在的粗暴 使用 通常通过以下几方面来检验器具的机械强度。 一，冲击测试：0.5J 二，刮擦测试:可触及绝缘厚度不够 三，防火罩受力5kg 直径100mm不变形(可见光辐射式器具) 四，天花板安装器具受4倍重量拉力1h，刚性悬挂承受3.5Nm扭力1min
