摘要

当今随着社会不断的进步，使得计算机的应用已经普及到社会经济生活的各个领域，各种机关、企业、公司、学校等等都应用极广。教育局传统的人工管理方式管理教师人事档案，存在着数据量巨大、存储不易、查询困难等等的弊端，而随着科学技术的不断提高，作为计算机应用的一部分，开发使用教育局教师人事管理系统计算机对教师人事信息进行管理，则更能够为教育局人事管理人员带来极大的方便，为管理人员提供可靠的信息储存能力和快捷的查询手段，它检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、保密性好等等，着能够极大的提高管理人员的管理效率。

现今社会，网络已经发展到一个比较成熟的高度，教育局等等的教育机关也不例外，可以充分利用已有的网络资源，则设计和实现一个基于Web的教育局教师人事管理系统，在对国内外现状发展知识进行研究了解的基础上，本系统选择基于B/S结构和ＰＨＰ技术实现Ｗｅｂ对数据库MySQL的访问，完成对系统进行开发设计。
