在句型、词汇学习部分,两位老师通过创设不同的情境来引导学生理解、掌握、运用本课所需的新单词、词组以及句型,沈老师在free talk这一环节与学生谈论hobby这个话题,与两位学生交谈后,沈老师马上说”We can do our hobby on Saturday and Sunday.”然后PPT出示”Saturday+Sunday=weekend”,进而引入本课的主题”Atweekends”,直接了当。

三年级上册Unit 5 Let’s eat!教学反思本节课是第五单元第一课时,这一课主要学习有关食物的单词和对话。
教学重点是掌握三会单词,juice, milk, bread, egg及句子I’m hungry! Have some bread。
教学难点是单词hungry的发音,及动词的用法。
同时对学生进行情感教育,教育学生要珍惜食物,养成不挑食、不偏食的好习惯。
在本节课,我用了情景教学法、任务型教学法、小组合作学习法、直观教学法、动作反应法、游戏法等教学方法。
这些教学方法的运用,发展了学生听、说、读、写的能力,让学生全身心地都参与进教学中来,争当学习的主人,竞争和奖励机制又极大地提高了学生的学习兴趣,让他们体验到了成功的喜悦。
在英语教学中,“说”是必不可少的一个重要环节,学生是否敢说、会说那就要取决于教师的教学态度和教学评价。
教师的一言一行都对学生起着重要的作用。
本节课教师针对不同的学生采取不同的方法,对于接受能力强的学生给予表扬,对于接受能力慢的学生给予鼓励,鼓励他们多开口讲英语,讲好英语,并在日常生活中运用英语。
同时让学生在小组合作学习中,分组练习,让所有学生都有开口的机会,并且小组互帮互助,然后进行展示,对于提高学生的自信心和成就感,有非常好的帮助。
这节课的教学评价,有老师的口头评价:good, great, cool,wonderful,有老师竖起的大拇指,有实物奖品,有小贴画,还有来自学生自己的评价和鼓励。
学生学习英语的兴趣很浓。
全身反应法,让学生边说边做,刚开始英语歌曲的导入,学生边说边唱,都让学生体验到了学习英语的兴趣和喜悦。
后面安排的巩固拓展练习,让学生通过自己的做,白板的演示,已经教师的评讲,学生一目了然,高科技手段的运用,让学生体验到了科技的力量和便捷。
一堂课,上完了,总体感觉调动了学生的学习兴趣,学生非常活跃,举手积极大胆,读、练、拼、写,说的能力得到了很大的提高,氛围浓厚,小组合作学习有序、有效地开展,优生和学困生都得到了锻炼。
但是,还有一些不足,学生兴趣一浓,课堂纪律就有些乱了,有时候放的开,收不住。
以后在小组合作展示的时候,要注意没有展示的学生,规范他们的行为,养成倾听的好习惯。
国培心得体会
李明琳经过一段时间的国培学习,聆听到了多位专家教授的精彩讲座,观看了具有实际意义的教学实录,一些对教育教学工作很有见解的专家以鲜活的案例和丰富的知识内涵,以及网上同行之间的交流,给了我很大的启发,让我受益非浅。
这次的学习使我明白了许多:有效的学习,应该是会学、会用的学习,总体来讲应该是真正能够促进学生发展的学习;教师的成长离不开自身的素养,人格的魅力,教师要促进学生学习、自身成长就要始终以学生为本,以学生的发展为己任,以爱为动力,以课堂教学为主阵地。
在整个培训过程中,我时刻牢记自己的职责,处处以身示范,以理服人。
我会积极主动承担教学任务,来锻炼自己,发挥带头作用,热心和我的同伴交流、合作。
在教学工作中,把这次培训学习的心得与同伴分享。
