匹兹堡睡眠质量指数是用于评估被试在最近一个月内的睡眠质量的工具。
该工具由19个评估条目和5个其他条目组成,其中第19个评估条目和5个其他条目不参与计分。
在这里,
我们只介绍参与计分的18个评估条目(详见附带的问卷)。
这
18个条目组成了7个成分,每个成分按照0,3等级进行计分。
累积各成分得分为PSQI总分,总分范围为0~21.得分越高,表示睡眠质量越差。
被试者完成问卷需要5-10分钟。
各成分含义及计分方法如下:
A。
睡眠质量:根据条目6的回答,得分为1分(较好)、2分(较差)或3分(很差)。
B。
入睡时间:
1.条目2的得分为:≤15分钟得1分,16-30分钟得1分,31-60分钟得2分,≥60分钟得3分。
2.条目5a的得分为:无得0分,<1次/周得1分,1-2次/周得2分,≥3次/周得3分。
3.将条目2和5a的得分相加,得到总分。
总分为0-2分得1分,3-4分得2分,5-6分得3分。
C。
睡眠时间:根据条目4的回答,睡眠时间>7小时得1分,6-7小时得1分,5-6小时得2分,<5小时得3分。
PSQI总分包括睡眠质量得分、入睡时间得分、睡眠时间得分、睡眠效率得分、睡眠障碍得分、催眠药物得分和日间功能障碍得分。
