Where is My Time

There was a time when I had to think about my days in the past 20 years. I could not help doing it as I just wanted to find out where my time was. What is known to us all is that time flies so fast, just like the running water in the river, and we never know how much time will go when we stop, just leaving us behind.
I had no idea at the moment when I was born, but my parents, the very young couple, immersed themselves in the endless joy. The only thing they tried to do at that time was to give their firstborn the best love. As many parents do, my parents always regard me as a pearl in the palm. They do everything for me without any complaint. No matter how hard I request, they will make every effort to satisfy me. What is more, they never forget to teach me how to be a good daughter by telling me what can be done and what cannot be done. In the twinkling of an eye, 20 years passed. I have already become an adult. I do not even know since when my mother's face has covered with wrinkle and father's hair has turned grey. It is my
parents that exchange their time for my growing up. How can I repay them for their love to me?
Time and tide wait for no man. I have spent more than 20 years in enjoying the love from parents. Now, it is time that I should take my responsibility to do anything for my parents as they always do for me. As the saying goes, the tree wants to remain quiet, but the wind will not stop; the son wants to serve his parents, but they are gone. When this case really happens, it must be a pity of someone's whole life.
It is meaningless to think about the time we have wasted, on the contrary, we should move on and treasure what we have had. As far as I am concerned, the most important thing we ought to do is to take good care of our parents who work for us all the time and to get along well with our friends who are always with us when we are in dilemma. Only in this way can we not be at a loss what to do when asked where our time is.。
