外国领团走进武隆：分享绿色发展实践经验领略壮美生态旅游

8月26日—28日，2020中国·重庆（武隆）绿色发展实践国际论坛在武隆仙女山举行，国内外相关领域专家学者、地方代表、绿色企业等300余名嘉宾紧扣论坛“建设‘山清水秀美丽之地’，探索‘生态文明’建设实践创新路径”的主题，深入探讨绿色发展的理论与实践路径，分享绿色发展的实践经验，讲好重庆建设“山清水秀美丽之地”的实践故事。

市委常委、政法委书记刘强，市人大常委会副主任杜黎明、市政协副主席谭家玲出席论坛。

本届论坛由中国生态文明研究与促进会、中国辩证唯物主义研究会、中国自然辩证法研究会、重庆市生态环境局指导，重庆市武隆区人民政府主办。

除主论坛外，期间，还聚焦“文旅融合与国家级旅游度假区高质量发展”“綠色扶贫与乡村振兴”“生态文明助力共建绿色丝绸之
路”“绿色动力助推经济高质量发展”话题，举办了4场分论坛，进一步深入探讨了“两山论”“两化路”的实践路径。

为促进各国驻渝蓉领馆更好地了解我市区县经济社会发展情况，推动重庆与有关国家交流与合作，应武隆区邀请，市政府外办组织了加拿大、柬埔寨、以色列、波兰、瑞士、新加坡、泰国、白俄罗斯、日本、澳大利亚、德国、匈牙利、巴基斯坦、埃塞俄比亚等14国驻渝蓉总领事、领事及相关人员，部分外国商会代表参加外国领团走进武隆活动，出席本次论坛，并参观考察武隆壮美的自然遗产。

26日晚，市委常委、政法委书记刘强，市人大常委会副主任杜黎明、市政协副主席谭家玲及武隆区相关领导集体会见了渝蓉领团代表和国内专家学者，共同分享重庆经济社会发展情况，探索绿色发展路径，为建设绿色武隆建言献策。

27日上午，中国·重庆（武隆）绿色发展实践国际论坛正式开幕，加拿大驻重庆总领事戴杰豪作为外国驻渝蓉领团代表致辞。

围绕“绿色环保理念”，戴杰豪分享了加拿大在环境保护和积极应对气候变化等方面的经验、举措以及取得的成果。

戴杰豪表示，加拿大在可持续发展和减碳减排等方面经验丰富，尤其在环境保护方面，加拿大是世界公认的可靠合作伙伴，希望中加两国继续在环境保护、绿色建筑和气候变化等各个领域加强合作。

在27日下午举行的“绿色动力助推经济高质量发展”分论坛上，澳大利亚驻成都副总领事彭善明作了题为“澳大利亚—引领绿色科技构建绿色城市”的主题演讲。

他介绍了澳大利亚针对高质量和绿色发展颁布的政策和作出的努力;并从绿色建筑、城市宜居性、智慧城市、循环经济4个方面分享了澳大利亚用以构建绿色城市的技术。

彭善明表示，澳大利亚注重加强与中国西南地区特别是与重庆之间在绿色发展方面的双边合作，希望通过此次论坛进一步深化双边关系，特别是建立以实现高质量经济发展和高质量生活的绿色技术方面的合作。

活动期间，外国领团还先后前往白马山天尺情缘景区、仙女山大草原、懒坝国际艺术主题公园、天生三桥景区，实地考察了武隆的生态旅游发展，深度体验了“自然遗产，世界武隆”雄奇的自然风光和深厚的人文风韵，外国领团成员不时拿起手机记录沿途风光，并分享、点赞武隆。

瑞士驻成都总领事高凯琳表示，武隆的景色与瑞士有相似之处，愿意促进武隆与瑞士相关地方建立友好关系。

From August 26 to 28， 2020 Wulong Chongqing China International Forum on Green Development Practice was held in Wulong Fairy Mountain. More than 300 guests， including experts and scholars， local representatives and green enterprises in related fields at home and abroad closely followed the theme of "building 'a beautiful land with lucid waters and lush mountains' and exploring 'the practical innovation path of 'ecological civilization' construction" and further discussed the theory
and practice of green development path， shared the practical experience of green development， and told the practical story of Chongqing's construction of "a beautiful land with lucid waters and lush mountains". Liu Qiang， Standing Member of CPC Chongqing Committee and Secretary of Political and Law Commission， Du liming， Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress， and Tan Jialing， Vice Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference， attended the forum.
This forum was under the guidance of China Ecological Civilization Research and Promotion Association， China Dialectical Materialism Research Association and Philosophy Committee， the Chinese Society for Dialectics of Nature/Philosophy of Nature， Science and Technology，Chongqing Ecological Environment Bureau， and hosted by the People's Government of Wulong District， Chongqing City. In addition to the main forum， four sub-forums were held under themes of "integration of culture and tourism and high-quality development of national tourist resort "，"green poverty alleviation and rural revitalization"， "ecological civilization propels the construction of silk road to green development" and "green boosts high-quality economic development"， the practice path of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets " and "industrial ecologicalization and ecological industrialization" was discussed in depth.
To facilitate consulates-general of various countries in Chongqing and Chengdu to better understand our economic and social development of our city， districts and counties and promote exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and other countries， at the invitation of Wulong District， the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government organized consul generals， consuls and related personnel in Chongqing and Chengdu from 14 countries， including Canada， Cambodia， Israel， Poland， Switzerland， Singapore， Thailand， Belarus， Japan，Australia， Germany， Hungary， Pakistan and Ethiopia， as well as representatives of some foreign chambers of commerce to participate in the event of "Foreign consular mission's visit to Wulong"， attend the forum and visit the magnificent natural heritage of Wulong.
On the evening of May 26， Liu Qiang， Standing Member of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of Political and Law Commission， Du liming， Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Chongqing People's Congress， and Tan Jialing， Vice Chairman of the Chongqing Political Consultative Conference， and relevant leaders of Wulong District jointly met with representatives of consular mission representatives in Chengdu and Chongqing and domestic experts and scholars and shared the economic and social development of Chongqing， discussed the path of green development， and offered suggestions for the construction of green Wulong.
On the morning of the 27th， 2020 Wulong Chongqing China International Forum on Green Development Practice officially opened， Jeff David， Consul General of Consulate General of Canada in Chongqing delivered a speech as a representative of the foreign consular mission in Chengdu and Chongqing. Focusing on the "green and environmental idea"， Jeff David shared
Canada's experience， measures and achievements in environment protection and active response to climate change. Jeff David said that Canada has rich experience in sustainable development and carbon emission reduction. In environmental protection aspects， particularly， Canada is recognized as a reliable partner in the world. He wished that China and Canada will continue to strengthen cooperation in various fields such as environment protection， green building and climate change，etc.
At the sub-forum on "green boosts high-quality economic development" held on the afternoon of 27th， Sam Bentley， Deputy Consul General of Consulate General of Australia in Chengdu，delivered a keynote speech titled "Australia---Leading green technology， build green cities". He introduced Australia's policies and efforts for high-quality and green development; and shared green technology for building green cities in Australia from four aspects， namely green building， urban livability， smart city and circular economy.
