印度：
请提供带有收件人身份证号码或护照号的正本发票，且发件人的全部信息要在“发票”英文的上面，盖得章要跟发票抬头一致并签名(一定要原件），印度件有以下要求
黎巴嫩：
1.貨件內容微細·
2. 統一編碼（HS編碼）·
3.單元價格·
4.總價值·
5.貨幣·
6.毛重·
7.淨重·
8.製造國家·
9.出口原因
盖得章要跟发票抬头一致且要是英文章并签名（一定要原件）
卡塔尔：

proforma invoice是什么意思
proforma invoice是形式发票。
这种发票是卖方在推销货物时，为了供买方估计进口成本，假定交易已经成立所签发的一种发票，以供进口商向其本国金融或外贸管理当局申领进口许可证和核批外汇之用。
形式发票是在没有正式合同之前，经双方签字或盖章之后产生法律效力的充当合同的文件，它包括产品描述，单价，数量，总金额、付款方式、包装、交货期等。
形式发票本来只是在客户确认了价格并下了定单之后卖方所做的使对方再次确认的发票，但在没有正式合同之前形式发票即是合同。
形式发票与商业发票不同的是在发票上有“形式”字样。
这种发票可以用作邀请买方发出确定的订单。
发票上一般注明价格和销售条件，所以一旦买方接受此条件，就能按形式发票内容签定确定合约。
