1、每天坚持读一篇英语
根据英语程度的不同，可以读一篇新概念，或者一篇英语新闻（BBC,NPR，CNN等）或者英语短文，哪怕是一篇试卷里的阅读都行。注意：不要光自己读一遍，建议先听一遍，练习听力，感受一下能否听懂，然后跟读一遍，理解意思。这样才能达到练习听力，口语和阅读的效果。不想每天找资源的盆友，建议新概念直接听和读，帮助很大。语感语境都可以通过这个过程培养。
2、每天坚持背几个单词
背单词永远都是学英语的人遇到的最难的问题，不是因为单词难背（比汉字好学多了）而是经常陷入背单词的误区和瓶颈中。MISSPENG 最爱问学生的问题就是如果你是背单词书的话，请问你背到哪个字母开头了。而学生的回答最多的就是A还没背完~这是为什么呢，因为好多好多单词书开头的第一个词是abandon啊，一来就无数遍的重复“放弃”这个词，当然背不完啦！
MISSPENG就是一个不爱光背单词的人，我觉得那是一个极度枯燥乏味而且容易忘记的过程。所以，如果你不是背单词达人，且还没有找到背单词方法的话不妨试试在每天读一篇英语的基础上，把你读的文章或课文里的生单词标注一下，然后背起来，这样你的词汇库就不仅仅只有A了，而且还能结合文章看清楚单词的用法。一举两得。
3、保持看英文原著的习惯
很多盆友都不爱看英文书，因为费劲啊，坚持不了啊。但是如果书选得好，其实英文书看起来很爽的。比如MISSPENG最近发现，小朋友的英文书都做得特别好，图文并茂，有的还有立体图画，里面的英文不多，看起来特别有乐趣，小学及以下的盆友可以多购买这类书籍。很多国外的小孩爱读书也是因为这类图书做得好看，有趣，符合小朋友的兴趣爱好。那么初高中以及大盆友应该选些什么书呢？如果不是英文超好，又有耐心的话，建议可以从简单的读本，或动画片类的简本看起。看一些有故事情节的，读起来简单生动。当简本看起来没问题了，就可以看看类似于哈利波特的原本，毕竟是大家耳熟能详的故事，看起来不费劲，但是又能恍然大悟原来这个意思是这样表达的。再高级一点话可以去找你喜欢的英语读本了，豆瓣上找好看的书挺方便的~

3、速读：⽂章第⼀遍⽤最快的速读完，以提⾼阅读速度和理解能⼒，并逐渐培养不翻译直接理解英⽂的能⼒。
4、精读：⽂章第⼆遍应精读，以达到对⽂章的准确理解，并熟悉语法结构，加深单词记忆。也可选择部分⽂章速读，对于较好的⽂章精读。
