有些品牌的电磁阀和气缸能够实现无油润滑(靠润滑脂实现润滑功能),便不需要使用油雾器!过滤度一般为50-75μm,调压范围为0.5-10Mpa,如需过滤精度为5-10μm,10-20μm,25-40μm,及调压为0.05-0.3Mpa,0.05-1Mpa二大件无管连接而成的组件称为二联件。
二大件是多数气动系统中不可缺少的气源装置,安装在用气设备近处,是压缩空气质量的最后保证。
三大件的安装顺序依进气方向分别为空气过滤器、减压阀和油雾器。
空气过滤器和减压阀组合在一起可以称为气动二联件。
有些场合不能允许压缩空气中存在油雾,则需要使用油雾分离器将压缩空气中的油雾过滤掉。

气动系统对压缩空气的要求
1、不能直接使用由空气压缩机排出的压缩空气: 压缩空气中含有一定量的水份、油份和灰尘,经过压缩 后空气的温度高达140℃~170℃左右,部分水及油份已 变成气态。
◆ 压缩空气中的油雾气可能聚集在储气罐、管道、气动系 统的容 器中形成易燃物,会对气动系统造成很大的危害

二大件是多数气动系统中不可缺少的气源装置,安装在用气设备近处,是压缩空气质量的最后保证。
三大件的安装顺序依进气方向分别为空气过滤器、减压阀和油雾器。
空气过滤器和减压阀组合在一起可以称为气动二联件。
有些场合不能允许压缩空气中存在油雾,则需要使用油雾分离器将压缩空气中的油雾过滤掉。
