污染物使我们产品有缺陷的最大原因,它阻碍我们做出好的产品并增加制造成本,减少 收益.这些缺陷的原因被我们称为污点,是摄相头产品的敌人.
Contamination is the largest cause of defects in our product. It prevent us from making good product and make our production cost high. It lowers our yield. It causes the defects we call blemish.It is our number production enemy in the production of camera modules.

污染物有不同的大小,一些小到连我们肉眼都看不到,例如:
Contaminants comes in different sizes. Some are so small that we can not see them with our eyes. We will show some examples.

What is the purpose of the air shower? 风淋室的用途是什么？
➢风淋室有两个重要的用途：1.进入时有时间互锁且与洁净室隔离．2.门在一定时间 内是关闭的，可以吹走洁净衣服和身体上的浮游粒子，浮游粒子会被风淋室中的过 滤器除去． The air shower serves two important purpose. First, it is a timed interlock entrance and isolation to the clean room. Second, during the time the doors are closed, it blows and showers clean air to remove loose particles from the clothing and body. These loose particles blown off are collected by filters preventing them from being carried to the cleanroom that may contaminate the product.

How is an ISO C8 cleanroom constructed? ISO C8 洁净室的构造如何?
➢ISO C8洁净室由密封墙; 回风夹墙,天花板组成. 加压风柜使气流通过高效过滤器将空 气流入室内. The ISO C8 cleanroom consist of airproof walls; the walls for return air; RAU to force air through the HEPA filters.
➢洁净室的目的是什么? What is the purpose of a clean room?
洁净室为生产过程中对污染物敏感的产品提供所需的环境. A cleanroom is to provide the necessary environment for production of products that are sensitive to contamination.
污染物是指那些不希望出现,但实际却在现在呈现的任何东西.例如:手指印,脱皮屑,头 发,化妆,唾液,灰尘纤维制品,水斑迹,抽烟和许多其他的.
A contaminant is anything that is present in a surface that is not suppose to be there. Few examples: Finger print, skin flake, hair, make-up like powder and lotion, saliva, dust, fiber, water mark, smoke and many others.

➢什么叫洁净室? What is a Cleanroom? 洁净室就是洁净度,温度,湿度和压力等按要求控制在一定级别的限定房间. A clean room is an enclosure whereby a certain level of cleanliness, temperature, pressure and humidity is controlled according to a standard.
➢ 备注:所有的参与培训人员将会参与一个短测试,通过者将会得到一个证书和进入洁 净室工作的权利. Note: A short quiz will be given to all participants A passing mark will earn a Certification and privilege to enter and work in the cleanroom.

➢如何衡量洁净度? How is the cleanliness measured?
用尘粒的数量来衡量洁净度,依据浮动在洁净室里的尘粒的大小和数量对照国际标准 来定义洁净度. The degree of cleanliness is measured with a particle counter. Depending in the amount and size of particles floating in the clean room, determines the degree of cleanliness compared to a preset international standard.
