●对设备进行过交流故障、雷电和开关暂态过程的过电压保护●为了安全,用于不同的金属间的去耦合,这些会属在某些情况下会有交流耦合。
●在阴极保护系统中,电气设备的交流接地和直流隔离。
●消减交流感应电压。
在去耦合不同的金属时,固态去耦合器可用于两个接地系统之间,或应用在其它需要交流搭接的构筑物之间,同时防止这些构筑物之间的电偶腐蚀。
性能参数隔离电压当电压低于所选定的隔离电压时,固态去耦合器阻断直流电流流通,而允许交流电流通过。
当电压高于所选定的隔离电压时,固态去耦合器成为一个双向导电装置,允许所有的电流通过,以限制构筑物上的电压。
直流泄漏电流与隔离电压的关系正常情况下,20℃时各种型号的固态去耦合器在最大隔离电压下的直流泄漏电流均小于10mA,70℃时小于100mA,正常的阴极保护电压作用在固态去耦合器上时,在两种温度条件下的漏电电流通常都小于1mA,这个数值对于阴极保护系统来说,是微不足道的。

If the usage and operation conditions specified in the datasheet are not met, the wire insulation may be damaged or dissolved. •Do not drop or impact the components, the component may be damaged•Würth Elektronik products are qualified according to international standards, which are listed in each product reliability report. Würth Elektronik does not warrant any customer qualified product characteristics beyond Würth Elektroniks’ specifications, for its validity and sustainability over time.•The responsibility for the applicability of the customer specific products and use in a particular customer design is always within the authority of the customer. All technical specifications for standard products also apply to customer specific products.•Unless Würth Elektroik has given its express consent, the customer is under no circumstances entitled to reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to extract knowledge or design information from the optoelectronic component.Product specific:Soldering:•The solder profile must comply with the technical product specifications. All other profiles will void the warranty. •All other soldering methods are at the customers’ own risk•The soldering pad pattern shown above is a general recommendation for the easy assembly of optoelectronic components. If a high degree of precision is required for the selected application (i.e. high density assembly), the customer must ensure that the soldering pad pattern is optimized accordingly.Cleaning and Washing:•Washing agents used during the production to clean the customer application might damage or change the characteristics of the optoelectronic component body, marking or plating. Washing agents may have a negative effect on the long-term functionality of the product.• Using a brush during the cleaning process may break the optoelectronic component body. Therefore, we do not recommend using a brush during the PCB cleaning process.Potting:•If the product is potted in the customer application, the potting material might shrink or expand during and after hardening. Shrinking could lead to an incomplete seal, allowing contaminants into the optoelectronic component body, pins or termination. Expansion could damage the components. We recommend a manual inspection after potting to avoid these effects.Storage Conditions:• A storage of Würth Elektronik products for longer than 12 months is not recommended. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. Therefore, all products shall be used within the period of 12 months based on the day of shipment.•Do not expose the optoelectronic component to direct sunlight.•The storage conditions in the original packaging are defined according to DIN EN 61760-2.•For a moisture sensitive component, the storage condition in the original packaging is defined according to IPC/JEDEC-J-STD-033. It is also recommended to return the optoelectronic component to the original moisture proof bag and reseal the moisture proof bag again. •The storage conditions stated in the original packaging apply to the storage time and not to the transportation time of the components.Packaging:•The packaging specifications apply only to purchase orders comprising whole packaging units. If the ordered quantity exceeds or is lower than the specified packaging unit, packaging in accordance with the packaging specifications cannot be ensured.Handling:•Violation of the technical product specifications such as exceeding the nominal rated current, will void the warranty. •The product design may influence the automatic optical inspection.•Certain optoelectronic component surfaces consist of soft material. Pressure on the top surface has to be handled carefully to prevent negative influence to the function and reliability of the optoelectronic components.•ESD prevention methods need to be applied for manual handling and processing by machinery. •Resistors for protection are obligatory.•In addition to optoelectronic components testing, products incorporating these devices have to comply with the safety precautions given in IEC 60825-1, IEC 62471 and IEC 62778.Technical specification:•The typical and/or calculated values and graphics of technical parameters can only reflect statistical figures. 第一节概述TK200井下通讯、控制、保护系统是在我厂TK100工作面及皮带通讯、控制一体化系统基础上,重新开发研制的新一代产品。
可实现工作面、顺槽皮带、大皮带等的保护,控制、沿线通话、故障检测、显示及报警等功能。
从工作面到顺槽,从单条运输皮带到整个矿井的所有固定皮带,从简单的皮带头尾搭接到“丁”字型、“山”字型搭接,从设备启、停控制到工作电流、电压显示、皮带速度检测和显示、煤仓煤位检测、显示、高低煤位停机,油温、油压、轴温等的检测和显示及计算机远程通信,故障自诊断等等,TK200均可提供全套解决方案。
(一)系统组成:TK200由以下设备及子系统构成:1.TK200控制、显示中心2.拉线急停、沿线闭锁、通话子系统。
3.智能输入、输出(用于远距离输入、输出)。
4.智能耦合器5.皮带控制器(待开发)6.皮带张紧(可由参数设置为自动张紧、手动张紧、朗艾道自动张紧等)7.传感器子系统(二)系统功能:TK200系统可完成:1.工作面各设备的启停状态检测和显示。
包括:(1)采煤机、前后部运输机、破碎机、转载机、泵、皮带的启停等。
(2)配接我厂的“TJ100设备工作电流检测仪”后,可对以上设备的工作电流进行检测、显示及过载后进行语言报警。
2.检测结果的显示控制计算机对以上参数检测后,在TK200控制中心的10.4”大屏幕彩色液晶平板显示器上显示出来。

)3.设备启停时间统计、显示。
4.设备启停控制。
通过按键,可对破碎、转载、前后部运输机及泵等设备进行启停控制。

贴片光电耦合器简介及应用
光电耦合器(以下简称光耦)是一种发光器件和光敬器件组成的光电器件。
它能实现电一光一电信号的变换,并且输入信号与输出信号是隔离的。
U前极大多数的光耦输入部分采用神化镣红外发光二极管,输出部分釆用硅光电二极管、硅光电三极管及光触发可控硅。
这是因为峰值波长900~940nm的神化稼红外发光二极簣能与硅光电器件的响应峰值波长相吻合,可获得较高的信号传输效率.光耦的结构光耦的内部结构(剖面)如图1所示。
光耦输入部分大都是红外发光二输岀部分有不同的光敬器件,如图2所示。
光敏器件管心塑料封装外喘发光簷管心透明硅胶电极引脚这里要说明的是,图2 (c)的输入部分有两个背对背的红外发光二管,它用于交流输入的场合;图2 (d)采用达林顿输出结构,它可使输出获得较大的电流;图2 (e)、2(f)的输出山光触发双向可控硅组成,它们主要用来驱动交流负载。
图2(e)与图2 (f)的差别是图2(f)有过零触发控制(图中的“ZC”即“过零”的意思),而图2(e)没有过零触发控制电路。
基本电路光耦的基本电路如图3所示•图3 (a)的负载电阻RL接在发射极及地之间,图3 (b)的负载电阻RL接在电源Vdd与集电极之间.在图3 (R中,输入端加上Vcc电压,经限流电阻Rin后,有一定的电流IF 流经红外发光二极管,IF与Vcc、发光二极管的正向压降VF及Rin的关系为:I F二(Vcc-VF)/Rin。

3V« IF的最大值由资料给出(一般工作时IF WlOmA)・发光二极管发光后,光电三极管导通,集电极电流Ic III Vdd经光电三极管流过RL到地,使输出电压Vout=IcXRL(或Vout二Vdd—VCE, VCE为光电三极管的管压降)。

从图3 (a)可以看出;输入端不加Vcc电压,输岀端Vout=0V,输入端加了V CC 电压,负载得电,这个功能相当于“继电器”。

2.1耦合器结构具体尺寸见设计图纸,以下为相关技术要求:1.耦合器结构中主要采用无氧铜和不锈钢材料;2.要求结构内部表面在加工和运输保存过程中,不能出现损伤和氧化的现象,并且指定表面粗糙度达到图纸要求的0.4 um;3.焊接前需进行预装配,按图纸要求将相关部件焊接为一整体。
4.焊接后检测要求水冷通道畅通,水压(或气压)0.3MPa不漏;5.焊接后利用检漏部件对耦合器进行检漏,要求漏率低于1X10-10Pa*m3/s。
2.2耦合器密封和检漏部件具体尺寸见设计图纸,以下为相关技术要求:1.整体采用不锈钢材料,相关部件需焊接为一整体,用于耦合器焊接后检漏以及运输过程中保存;2.按使用要求配套图纸中未画出的卡箍等部件;3.焊接后检漏,要求漏率低于1X10-10Pa*m3/s。
2.3高功率测试部件具体尺寸见设计图纸,以下为相关技术要求。
1.测试腔主要使用铝和不锈钢材料,腔体内部表面要求不能出现损伤,并且指定表面的粗糙度达到图纸要求0.4微米;2.为防止铝表面氧化影响性能,需要在腔体内部表面进行镀银,厚度按图纸要求20微米;3.需要配备有真空泵机组,要求测试腔体真空度可以达到1X10-7Pa。
4.分水器要求在水压(或气压)0.3MPa情况下不漏;5.分水器备有快速接头转换头公头和母头,以及两端带快速接头的水管,水管内径16mm,长度1.5m,可承受水压0.3MPa;6.测试台架采用铝型材组装而成,下方装有万向轮,台面板采用整块铝板1200mm X 600mm X 15mm,要求台架承重大于2倍测试腔重量;3、各部分设计图纸详见采购文件。

工作原理电动机起动时,偶合器输入端机芯空载起动,随着电机转速的增加,主动级离心块由于离心力的作用被甩出,主动级摩擦块外表面贴向偶合轮内壁,对偶合轮的压力逐渐增大,依靠摩擦力传递转矩,偶合轮开始转动,实现偶合器主动级起动。
当偶合轮转速增至1100 r/min时,反馈级离心块被甩出,反馈级摩擦块外表面贴向机芯内壁,通过摩擦力矩反馈作用于机芯,实现偶合器反馈级起动。
在主动级摩擦块和反馈级摩擦块摩擦力矩的共同作用下,偶合轮转速增至1480 r/min,工作机与电动机同步运转,整个起动过程柔性强,对负载冲击相对较小。

去耦合器是一种集固态SSD排流与浪涌保护于一体的交流等杂散干扰的防护产品,具有较高的AC故障电流通流能力和极低的阈值电压水平。
安装在管道附近的高压输电线路铁塔/通讯铁塔以及它们的接地系统附近、高压输电线路与管道并行段的公共走廊内、管道与输电线路交叉位置处、与电气化铁路并行的管段等地方。
用来降低管道上感应的交流等杂散电流或雷电流对埋地管道的不良影响。
