0.2 Correctly using the manual
Thank you for using the builders hoist made by EARNEST.
Before installing and using the hoist,read the manual carefully.This manual should always accompany the machine in order to be available to the operator.Any uncorrect assemble,usage and maintenance may lead unexpected risks.
Sketches in this manual are only used to explain the principle ,they may be not consistent with your machine.Because of the machine upgrading or altering,content of the manual is always changing .We will not inform .

0.4General indication about safety
Using the machine exist risks as follows. All the people involving ininstall,operating and maintenance shoud be informed the risks,and protection procedures shoud be adoped.
◇从层门或通道口滑到、绊倒或坠落;◇Sliding,stumbling or falling from the
landing gate.
◇外围栏入口、层门入口、吊笼出入口开关门时可能引起挤压、碰撞、夹伤;◇Hurt by squeezing,crashing or clipping in the entrance of guardrail,landing and cage.
◇启停会产生冲击,限位失灵可能发生猛烈的坠地冲击;◇Shocking caused by sudden starting or stopping,especially violent shocking caused by the cage landing on the ground because of limiters in error.
◇升降运行时产生不规则的振动;◇Irregular vibration during the machine
running.
◇座椅与操作台的高低或间距可能引起操作者身体不适;◇Discomforty caused by a wrong ergonomic drawing.

◇触摸到电机或制动电阻时可能引起烫伤;◇Scalded when touch the motor or the braking resistance.

◇超载装置、限位装置在安装调整时出现人为差错可能导致安全装置失效;◇Risks caused by human error when installing or adjusting overload device, limiting device.
◇扶靠护栏时栏杆缺失或失效导致跌落的危险;◇Rely on the fence railing which is missing or invalid .

◇装载时严重偏载导致结构稳定性丧失;◇Serious unbalanced loading results in the
loss of structural stability .
◇超载引起失速失控或结构失稳;◇Stall ,out of control,instability caused by

◇零部件脱落导致的倾覆、出轨;◇Parts falling off lead to overturning, or go
off the rail
◇人或货拥挤时从联锁失灵的门处意外坠落;◇Crowded passengers or goods fall out from the unexpected openning gate;
◇顶部操作时,头手伸出护栏外可能与护墙装置等碰撞。
◇Running the hoist at the cage top, hands and head outside the fence may collide with the attachment.
0.5 保修说明
0.5.1本产品保修期为十二个月,保修期内按照使用说明书正常使用情况下,产品发生故障或损坏,我公司负责免费维修。
齿轮、齿条、滚轮、轴承、按钮、操作手柄、接触器、中间继电器、滑轮、电缆、灯具等易损件换件收取成本费。
外观的划伤及油漆脱落等不在保修范围内。
0.5Warranty description
0.5.1This product is warranted for 12 months. If the product fails under normal use according to manual, the company responsible for the maintenance free. Wearing parts such as bearings, gears, rack, buttons, action handles, contactors, relays, pulleys, cables, lamps and etc. will charge the cost .
0.5.2 保修期内,因以下原因导致损坏,将收取一定的维修费用:0.5.2 In warranty period, damage caused by the following reasons, certain maintenance costs will be charged :
◇因使用上的错误及自行擅自修理、改造而导致的设备损坏;◇Due to errors on the use and unauthorized repair or modification.
◇由于火灾、水灾、电压异常、其它天灾及二次灾害等造成的设备损坏;◇Due to fire, flood, abnormal voltage, other natural disasters.
◇购买后由于人为摔落及运输导致的结构及元器件损坏;◇Due to fall or capsizing during tranporting.

Our builder’s hoists are qualifying products passed by strict inspection, testing and supervision. Not in accordance with the instruction manual required to install, use, repair, maintenance, not use of the spare parts provided by the manufacturer, that cause of quality and safety accident had nothing to do with the manufacturer.

1.3 升降机结构综述Summary of the structure
1.3.1施工升降机的外观尺寸及主要组成部分如下
The builder’s hoist main size and components are as follows.

1.3.2外笼 1.3.2 Enclosure
外笼由固定标准节的底盘和防护围栏组成。
外笼门由机械和电气锁定,除非吊笼落下来,否则外笼门将不能打开。
如外笼门未关,吊笼将不能启动。
外笼门槛高度450mm(如果使用电缆滑车,门槛可增高至750mm)。
The enclosure is made up of chassis and protective fence.Unless the cage landing the floor, the enclosure door cannot be opened becuase of mechanical and electrical interlock.If the enclosure door is not closed, the cage will not run.The door sill height is 450mm(if the cable car used,the height up to 750mm)。
底盘的标准节联接部分可与其它部分分离,便于升降机导轨架安装在地平面以下。
Parts of chassis that joining the mast section can be separated from the rest.It is easy to set up the hoist at below ground level.
1.3.3吊笼 1.3.3 Cages
吊笼为一钢结构件,四周有坚固的冲孔网,并设有进、出口门,由安装在吊笼上的滚轮沿导轨架运行。
The cage as a steel structure surrounded by solid punch mesh plate, with inlet and outlet , runs along the mast rails by its rollers.
吊笼上设有安全钩以防止吊笼从导轨架顶部脱离。
The cages have safety hooks to prevent the hoist aparting the mast at top end.
吊笼顶部,由安全栏杆围住,可作为工作台。
顶上有一活板门,通过配备的专用梯子,可方便的攀登到顶上进行安装和维修。
通过门用一个梯子可以到达顶部。
The cage top with guard rail can be used as a platform. The top has a gate.Through it with a ladder can reach the cage top.
1.3.4导轨架(标准节) 1.3.4 Mast (section)
标准节每节长1508mm,装有两根传动齿条(与底盘联接的标准节不安装齿条),多节标准节用螺栓联接组成导轨架,通过附墙架与建筑物固定。
The standard sections 1508mm long with two drive racks constitute the mast as the cage rails. The mast attach to the buildings with mast-ties.
标准节共有5mm、6.3mm、8mm、10mm等不同立管厚度,进行组合后能达到最大450m的高度。
不同安装高度时所需要各规格标准节的数量(米)如下表所示。
不同规格之间安装过渡节。
The mast section has different vertical tube thickness such as 5, 6.3, 8, 10mm and so on. The assemble maximum height can reach 450m.The height requires different number of sections as follow table.A transmit section should be installed between deferent spicification sections.
1.3.5附墙架 1.3.5 Mast-tie
附墙架用于导轨架与建筑物之间的支撑,有三种组合型式,适合导轨架中心距离附墙面1.8~2.6m、2.6~3.0m、3.0~4.0m。
沿导轨架高度,一般每隔3~10.5m 安装一个附墙架。
The mast-ties as support between the buildings and the mast have three types of combination,for distance between mast center and wall 1.8~3.6m. Along the mast generally every 3~10.5m a mast-tie should be installed.
1.3.6传动机构 1.3.6 Drive unit
传动机构由多个电动机、电磁制动器、弹性联轴器、减速器及传动齿轮等组成。
传动机构在吊笼上通过齿轮与齿条啮合,使吊笼运行。
The drive unit consists of several motors, electromagnetic brakes, flexible couplings, gearboxes and drive gears and so on.The drive unit in the cage top drags the cage to
run along the masts.

1.3.7电缆装置
1.3.7 Cable device
电缆装置,用于使接入吊笼内的电缆随线在运行时不偏离电缆通道,保持在固定的位置。
电缆导向装置包括随行电缆和若干个电缆保护架。
当提升高度小时使用电缆桶,高度大时则需要使用电缆滑车。
Cable unit is used to protect the trailling cable from deviate its channel and to fix its locations. Cable unit consists of trailling cable and a number of cable protection frames. When lifting height is short, cable barrel is used.Otherwise cable car is used.

1.3.8电动卷扬机
电动卷扬机用于在没有其他起重设备时加节或降节,最大起重200kg ,不能用于其它目的。
1.3.8 Electric winch
Electric winch is used to increase or decrease the mast height when no other lifting equipment.Its maximum load is
200kg .It cannot be used for other purposes.
1.4安全装置综述
1.4.1 防坠安全器
防坠安全器安装在吊笼内,由外毂、制动锥鼓、离心块、弹簧等组成。
当吊笼超速运行时,安全器里的离心块克服弹性拉力带动制动锥鼓旋转,与其相连的螺杆同时旋进,制动锥鼓与外毂接触逐渐增加摩擦力,确保吊笼平缓制动。
同时切断控制线路使传动装置断电停车。
1.4 Safty device
1.4.1 Anti-falling safety device
Anti - falling safety device installed in the cage, consits of an external hub, brake cone drum, centrifugal block, spring and so on. When the cage over speed, the centrifugal overcoming the elastic tension drives the brake cone drum rotation and inrease frictions between drum and hub,finally this makes the cage stopped.At the same time the power is cut off

1.4.2 起重量限制器
升降机安装有起重量限制器,当载荷达到额定载重量90%时,会持续报警;在载荷达到额定载重量110%前,断开控制回路,中止吊笼起动,保护施工升降机安全。
变频升降机在60%额定载荷时会使轻载高速无效。
1.4.2 Load limiter
Load limiters are equipped in the hoist. When the load reaches 90 percent of the rated capacity, the buzzer will sound continuedly.When the load reaches 105 percent, the cages can not run.The limitor will invalidate the high speed when the load more than 60% rated in the invert hoist.
1.4.3 限位开关
当吊笼行至上、下终端站时,在限位开关及控制器件作用下,可自动停车。
变频控制的升降机有高速限位功能。
1.4.3 Limit switch
When the cages go to the top or bottom terminal station, under the effect of the limit switch and control devices, the cages will automatically stop.The invert hoist has additional limit switch to invalidate the high speed.

1.4.4 极限开关
当吊笼行至上、下终端站因故障不能停车时,在安全距离内极限开关动作切断总电源,使吊笼制动。
1.4.4 Power limit switch
When the limit switch fail to stop the cage in the end station, the power limit switch will cut off the power, so that the cage stops within a safe distance .
1.4.5 落地缓冲
吊笼在下终端站因故不能停车时,底部有缓冲弹簧或橡胶体减轻坠落冲击损害。
8 1.4.5Landing buffer
When the cage fails to stop at bottom station, the buffer springs or rubbers on ground will reduce the falling impact damages.
1.4.6 防冲顶装置冒顶冲出导轨脱轨
导轨架的最后一个标准节的端部被槽钢及螺栓封住,防止吊笼在上终端站因故不能停车而冲出导轨。
为保证吊笼不冲顶,最后一个标准节不安装齿条。
1.4.6 Anti- derail device
The end mast section is capped with anti-derail device to prevent the cages run over the top end. No rack is installed in the end section.
1.4.7 电气门锁
吊笼的进出口门及吊笼顶部活板门上均设有安全开关(其结构同限位开关),任意一门开启时,吊笼不能运行,运行中的吊笼会立即停止。
1.4.7 Electric door lock
Entrance , exit and top door are equipped with safety switches ( the same as limit switch ).Any door is opened, the cage can not run ,running cage will stop immediately.
1.4.8 机械门锁
吊笼离开下终端站后,外笼门及吊笼单开门均被机械装置锁死,不能开启。
1.4.8 Mechanical lock
When the cage leaves the guard rail, the fence gate and cage entrance can’t be opened.

2 基础Foundation
2.1基础载荷计算
基础载荷P按以下计算:
P=安全系数n×(吊笼重+外笼重+导轨架总重+载重量)
考虑动载荷、风载及附墙装置的影响,安全系数取n=2
例:SC200/200TD型升降机,架设高度为100m
吊笼重:2×2200kg
外笼重:1500kg
导轨架总重(共需66节,每节重150kg):66×150kg
吊笼载重量:2×2000kg
基础承载2.1 Foundation Load Calculation
Foundation load P in the follow terms
P= Safety factor×(cage weight +guard rail weight+mast weight )
Considering dynamic load, wind load and effect of mast-tie, safety factor n=2
Example : SC200/200TD hoist, erecting a height of 100m,
The cage weight : 2×2200kg,
The guand rail weight : 1500kg,
The mast weight of a total 66 sections, each section is heavy 150kg:66×150kg, The cage load : 2×2000kg .
The foundation bearing capacity
P=[(2200×2)+1500+(150×66)+(2000×2)]×2=39600kg
按能承受最大压力Pmax=39600kg设计的基础符合升降机的使用要求。
The foundation maximum load 39600kg meet the requirements of the hoist.
2.2 基础技术要求
2.2.1基础承受的载荷能力应大于P=(吊笼重+外笼重+导轨架总重+载重)×2 2.2 Foundation requirements
2.2.1 The Foundation should bear greater than 2 times P as total weight of the hoist.
2.2.2混凝土基础下地面的承载力应大于0.15Mpa。
2.2.2 The ground pressure should be greater than 0.15Mpa.
2.2.3双层钢筋网:钢筋直径12mm,间距200mm。
2.2.3 Double mesh in concrete : bar diameter 12mm, 200mm interval.
2.2.4尺寸L为升降机标准节中心与附墙支座安装面的距离1.8~4.0m。
2.2.5基础预埋螺栓应与双层钢筋网焊接牢固。
2.2.4 L as the distance between mast center and the mounting surface of the mast-tie should be in the range 1.8~4.0m .
2.2.5 Foundation bolts must be welded with the steel bar mesh.
2.2.6基础上平面应高于地平面,否则应采取防积水措施。
2.2.6 The top of the foundation should be higher than the ground ,otherwise water - prevention measures should be taken.

3 附墙装置Mast-tie
3.1附墙架作用于建筑物上力
附墙架作用于建筑物上的力按照下式计算

3.2附墙架结构
附墙架由臂、小架、大架、支撑管、斜拉杆和附墙座组成。
臂用U形螺栓固定在标准节上,附墙座固定在建筑物上。
通过多种组合可适用于附着间距为1.8~4.0m 的情形。
3.2 Mast-tie structure
The mast-tie consistes of arms, small fame, big frame, supporting tubes,pull rod and tie seats. The arms are fixed in the mast section with U shaped bolts.The tie seats are fixed in the building.Through a variety of combinations the mast-tie can be applied to

3.4 附墙架间距
附墙间距不大于10.5m ,附墙以上悬垂高度不能大于7.5m 。
3.4 Interval between mast-tie
Interval between mast-tie is not more than 10.5m. Free height above the last
mast-tie cannot be more than 7.5m.

4 升降机操作Operatiion
4.1操作安全规程
4.1.1升降机操作人员必须培训合格并持证上岗,熟悉各个零部件的性能及操作技术。
4.1Safety regulations for operation 4.1.1 The driver must be qualified and licensed, familiar with the performance of individual components.
4.1.2当升降机顶部风速超过20米/秒(6级大风)或遇大雨、大雪、大雾时,不得开动升降机。
4.1.2 The wind speed at hoist top more than 20 m/s ( 6 class ) or during the heavy rain , heavy snow or dense fog, the hoist can not run.
4.1.3 升降机基础不允许积水。

4.1.4 吊笼启动前应鸣笛提醒所有人注意,运行中若出现异常情况,应立停止。
4.1.4 Before start the hoist, whistle to remind everyone . If an exception occurred in operation, the hoist should be stopped.
4.1.5 经常观察升降机吊笼运行通道有无障碍物。
4.1.5 Regularly observe the hoist-way there no obstructions.
4.1.6 运行时注意观察随行电缆不能脱离电缆保护架。
4.1.6 Pay attention to the accompanying cable not deviated from its location.
4.1.7 吊笼内物品放置必须稳当可靠,防止倾斜或倾覆。
4.1.7 Cargoes in the cage must be placed steadily to prevent tilting or overturning.
4.1.8 不得超载超限运行。
4.1.8 Don’t overload.
4.1.9 吊笼运行时,严禁开门或将手或物品伸出吊笼外。
4.1.9During running strictly prohibit openning the door or putting hands or articles out of the cage.
4.1.10 吊笼内人员及物品不能依靠在门或围壁上。
4.1.10 People or goods in cage don’t rely on the door or on the surrounding walls.
4.1.11 吊笼在下班后应停靠在地面站台,并切断供电电源。
4.1.11 After work the cage should be landing in the first floor station and its power supply should be cut off.
4.1.12 定期进行检查、保养和坠落试验。
4.1.12Periodically inspecting, maintaining
and drop testing.
4.1.13 禁止无资质人员操作施工升降机。
4.1.13 Prohibit non-qualified person to start
the hoist.
4.1.14 在笼顶操作时,笼顶人员应在远离附墙架的位置。

4.2司机室操作面板及笼顶操作盒4.2.1司机室操作面板4.2Running in driver cabin or on top 4.2.1 Operator panel in driver cabin
“电源”——钥匙开关,向左关,向右开。
电源开关开启后,其它按钮才起作用。
" Power " -- The key switch, turn right on,turn left off. Only the power switch turns on, other buttons can be activated.
“照明”——旋钮开关,用于照明,向左关,向右开。
" Lighting " -- Knob switch for lighting, turn right on,turn left off.
“警铃”——按住时,电铃鸣响,用于启动或到站提示。
系统首次启动必须鸣响警铃才能接通控制电源。
" Warm " -- When pressed, warn to be starting or stopping.Pressing it to power on at the first time to run the cage.
“上升”“下降”——手柄向上扳时,升降机上行;反之向下扳时,升降机下行。
变频升降机的上下行有两档,手柄扳一半行程时,升降机在低速运行,否则在高速运行。
" Up " " down " -- When take the handle forward, the cage runs up; and when backward, the cage down.There are two speed to be selected. Take half trip of the handle, a lower speed will be selected.
“轻载”——用于变频升降机高速选择,右档有效。
当升降机载重低于额定载荷60%时,变频升降机在手柄处于二档时给定一个更高的高速。
载荷高于60%时,回复到正常高速。
若重量限制器故障,请将“轻载”置于左挡,使其无效。
" Fast" – Turn the knob to right to select a fastest speed. When the load lower than 60 percent of the rated, the hoist will run at a higher speed than the normal .When the load above 60 percent ,the hoist will recover its normal speed,the “Fast”knob is invalid. If the load limiter in error,turn the “fast”button left to make it invalid.
“急停”——操作手柄无法停机时,请将其按下立即停机。
该按钮需要按柄部箭头方向旋转后才能复位,否则升降机将不能操作。
" Emerg " – If the handle in mid position can not stop the cage, press" emerg " down immediately. Turn the button in arrow direction to reset it , otherwise the hoist can not run.
正常运行在司机室面板上操作,但此时笼顶盒的选择开关必须置于笼内。
Normally operate the hoist in cabin,then the selection button in top operation box must be placed in “In”.
4.2.2笼顶操作盒
在安装维修过程中,用笼顶操作盒操作,此时操作面板上的手柄不起作用。
4.2.2 Top operation box
In the process of installation and maintenance, use top operation box to control the hoist, then buttons in cabin are invalid.
“内”“外”——旋钮开关,选择“内”在司机室面板操作,选择“外”用该手柄操作,司机室面板操作无效。
有效
" In " " Out " -- knob switch, select " in" ,buttons in the driver cab are valid ,otherwise buttons in top operation box are valid.
“上升”“下降”——点动按钮,按住“上”时,升降机上行,松手即停止;反之亦然。
对于变频升降机,笼顶只能低速运行。
" Up " " down " -- Jogging button, hold down the " Up ", the hoist up;and vice versa.For frequency control hoist ,the hoist only run in low speed.
4.3 操作方法
4.3.1将外笼电源上的电源开关置于“ON”。
4.3 Method of operation
4.3.1 Turn on the power switch in the power supply cabin.
4.3.2关闭所有的门,包括吊笼门、笼顶门及外笼门。
4.3.2 Close all doors, including those in cage and guardrail.
4.3.3使吊笼内极限开关手柄接通电源,并确认电控箱内的保护开关接通,操纵面板或操纵盒上的急停按钮已经打开。
4.3.3 Turn on the power limit switch,make sure that every one of the protection switches and emergency buttons is on.
4.3.4启动警铃,接通电源,提醒所有相关人员注意。
4.3.4 Start the alarm to connect the power and to remind related personnel to be careful.
4.3.5在司机室面板上,向前搬动手柄并保持这一位置,施工升降机即可上升;反之则下降。
变频升降机可选择高、低二档速度运行,普通升降机只有一个档位。
当载重量低于60%时,将“轻载”置于右档,将获得更高的二档速度。
若重量传感器失效,请不要使用“轻载”高速。
4.3.5 Operating the hoist in driver cabin, move the handle forward and keep its position, the hoist rises. Conversely the hoist descends.Frequency control hoist has two speed to be selected.When the load is below 60 percent of rated, turn the“fast” to obtain a more high speed. If the load limiter is failure, do not use the " fast" high speed.
4.3.6松开操作手柄,吊笼即可停车。
在上下终端站,吊笼可由上、下限位开关控制自动停车。
4.3.6 Release the handle, the hoist will stop. In the end stations the hoist will automatically stop by upper or lower limit switches.
4.3.7若需在吊笼顶上操作时,可将笼顶操纵盒从吊笼内取下,通过活板门拿到吊笼顶部,将旋钮开关拨到“外”档,点动“上升”“下降”进行操作。
变频升降机这时只能使用低速运行。
4.3.7 If you need operate the hoist at the cage top, remove the top operating box to the top of the cage through the top door. Set the knob switch to "out" ,jogging “up”“down”to control the hoist.The frequency control hoist can run only in lower speed .
4.4 紧急处置
4.4.1如果施工升降机不启动,请检查确定:4.4 Emergency action
4.4.1 if the construction elevator does not start, check to determine :
◇电源箱的总电源开关是否打开,施工升降机上电源是否接通;◇Check if the general power switch is on, the power supply in cage is connected .
◇极限开关是否在“ON”位置;◇Check if the power limit switch is on.
◇司机室面板和笼顶操作盒上的急停按钮是否打开;◇Check if emergency buttons in driver cabin and top operating box are reset.
◇笼顶操作盒是否设置在笼内操作;◇Check the top operating box if it is set in
“IN”.
◇外笼门、笼顶门、吊笼门是否关闭;◇Check if all the door are closed.
◇是否超载;◇Check if the load is over the rated.
◇保护开关是否跳闸。
◇Check if the protection switch is tripped.
4.4.2升降机在运行过程中出现异常振动或噪音时,应立即停车检查,排除故障。
4.4.2 The hoist occurring abnormal vibration or noise, immediately stop it and troubleshoot.
4.4.3升降机在运行中如操作手柄发生停止失灵时,应立即按下急停按钮,若仍不能停车时,搬动极限开关操纵杆,切断电源。
4.4.3 If the operating handle in mid position fail to stop the cage, immediately press the emergency stop button.If it still doesn't stop, turn off the power limit switch, cut off the power supply.
4.4.4若升降机停止时出现下滑不止,应立即开行至下部终端站停车,不要中途停车或上行。
4.4.4 After stopping,if the cage slide constantly, should immediately drive it down to the first station,do not stop or upwards.
4.4.5当升降机在运行中由于断电或其它原因而异常停车时,可进行手动下降,使吊笼下滑到下停层站。
方法是将电机尾端制动电磁铁手动释放拉手缓缓向外拉出,使吊笼缓慢地向下滑行。
4.4.5 In case of abnormal stop due to power off or other reasons, you can manually drop the cage down to the next stop station.The method is to manually release the motor magnet brake by pulling out slowly the handle at the end of motor to slowly slide down the cage.
故障停车后应切断电源,并悬挂“故障维修,禁止使用”!
After stopping due to failer,cut off the power and note "Hoist in maintenance, prohibit running”.
笼顶操作时,不要站在有附墙架的一侧!
Operating on the top of the cage , do not stand on the side with mast-ties.
若升降机停车时出现下滑不止,不要企图上行止停!
After stopping,if the cage slide constantly, don't try to drive it upward to stop it sliding down.
手动下降时不允许不超过额定运行速度,否则限速器将动作。
每下降20米,
要休息一分钟,使制动器冷却下来。
手动下降必须由维修人员进行操纵。
Manually drop the cage not more than the safty device rated speed, otherwise the safty device will take effect. Every drop of 20m and rest for a minute so that the brake cool down. Manually dropping should be done by competent maintainer.。
