Dear Dr. Know, I have to follow lots of rules in my house. First of all, I have to do the dishes after dinner. And I must finish my homework before 9:00 p.m.. Then I have to go to bed. As for my spare time, although I can sometimes read books, I can’t watch TV or listen to music after school. Besides, I can’t see friends on weekends. I think some of the rules are useful and fair. For example, it is a healthy habit to go to bed early, which helps me get enough sleep and stay energetic the next day. What’s more, reading books helps me learn more about the world and makes me knowledgeable. However, I think some rules are too strict and make my life boring. For example, it is relaxing to watch TV or listen to music for a while after school, and it may be good for study. Moreover, seeing friends on weekends is a good way to develop friendship, which can make our life more enjoyable. I really want to have more freedom. What should I do?
