【学习目标】
1. 学习并掌握下列单词与短语：
grow up, computer programmer, cook, doctor, engineer, violinist, driver, pilot,
pianist, scientist, be sure about, make sure.
2. 掌握下列重点句型：
－What do you want to be when you grow up? －I want to be a computer programmer.
－How are you going to do that? －I’m going to study computer science. 3. 掌握：“be going to…”句型表将来的用法。

【重点难点】
重点：掌握本课所学的词汇和be going to…句型表将来的用法。

难点：让学生通过对be going to…句型有关职业的描述，进一步提高英语听、说的能力。

探究 1 —What do you want to be when you grow up? —I want to be a computer science.
1) grow up长大，成长句: Where did you grow up?
2) want to be +职业名词，意为“想成为……”。

例如：I want to be a basketball player like Yao Ming.
3) when you grow up 在此处是一般现在时表示一般将来时。

探究2 —How are you going to do that? —I’m going to study computer science.
“be going to’’意为“将要；打算”后面接动词原形，表示将要发生的事或打算、计划、
决定要做的事。

含be going to…结构的肯定句改成否定句时，只需在be之后加not即可；改一般疑问句时，只需把be动词提前。
