(1)believe动词“相信、认为”。

其后既可以直接接名词、代词作宾语,也可以跟that等引导的宾语从句,还可以用believe sb to do sth(相信某人做某事)的形式。

(2)当believe后跟宾语从句且主句为第一人称时,它的否定形式与think的用法相同,“否定在主句,翻译在从句”。
