09 课后延时服务有异议
【热点材料】
课后延时服务自从实行后就伴随了不少的争议,社会上也时有呼吁取消该项服务的声音,并且也给出了相应的原因:
一、学生放学时间太晚,造成社会问题
根据课后延时服务的相关规定,学校放学之后,学生参加延时服务,离校时间比正式放学时间延后了2小时以上,如果是4:30放学的话,那么参加完延时服务,学生就6:30离校。

这个时间对学生来说太晚了,尤其是对低年级的学生,此时距离学生午饭时间已经过于了将近7个小时,学生在5点左右产生饥饿感,现在已经饿过头了。

特别是冬季来临之时,天黑得早,学生自己回家有安全隐患,而家长刚好下班高峰期来接孩子,容易造成交通拥堵,所以不少家长都感到麻烦。

二、延时服务的收费问题
延时服务说白了就是放学之后学生需要继续在学习学习,由老师统一管理,学生放学时间延长了,而老师的下班时间也延长了。

老师也是普通人,不能为学生无偿提供服务,学校根据实际情况会收取一定的费用,教育部对课后延时收费有明确的限制,让普通家庭也支付的起。

不过每月家庭开支又多出了几百块,对普通家庭来说也造成一定的经济负担。

三、缺乏锻炼,缺少足够户外运动
现在的中小学生普遍都缺乏锻炼,其实也不怪学生,毕竟他们的课程被安排得满满当当的,本来放学之后可以进行锻炼的,但是赶上了延时服务,这下更加没有时间了。

虽然家长很重视学生的学习,但是也一样关心学生的健康,放学后哪怕只是在小区进行户外运动也是有效果的,能够促进学生身心发育。

而有些学生自觉性弱,需要别人进行监督,恰好现在的家长平时工作都忙,根本无暇顾及孩子的学习问题,这部分学生是适合参加延时服务的。

延时服务本着为学生出发的态度,以实际情况为主,学生有权利选择参加或者不参加,非常的灵活,因此,关于是否必须取消延时服务,不应该采取一刀切的方式。

The Double Reduction Policy has carried out for several months. Thanks to it, we students have had more chances to take part in After-class Service Activities that are held by the school. Among those activities, what I like best is different kinds of clubs which can help develop my interest.
