In terms of exercise, I have found that a combination of cardio and strength training works best for me. I enjoy
running, cycling, and swimming for cardio, and I incorporate weight lifting and bodyweight exercises for strength training. I also try to switch up my workouts to prevent boredom and to challenge my body in new ways.
One thing that has helped me stay motivated is setting specific goals for myself. For example, I might aim to run a certain distance within a certain time frame or to lift a certain amount of weight. Having a tangible goal to work towards keeps me focused and motivated.
It is also important to remember that weight loss is a journey, not a destination. There will be ups and downs along the way, but it is important to stay committed to the process and not give up when things get tough.
