【中文摘要】自2008年奥运会后,我国学术界对啦啦队的研究有了很大的关注,但是对CBA赛场表演性啦啦队的关注度还不够高,而
对其商业化、职业化的研究更是无人问津。
但是随着我国职业篮球比赛的市场化进程的加快,CBA赛场表演性啦啦队也逐步迈向了商业化、职业化的道路。
虽然它的商业化水平并不高,但是却已初具规模,以公司的形式独立的经营发展。
CBA赛场表演性啦啦队的商业化运营不但与篮球职业联赛市场运作有直接的联系,还极大的营造了积极向上的篮球文化,丰富了CBA啦啦队的精神文化内涵。
啦啦队的商业化过程中自身还有许多等待解决的问题:例如资金不足的问题,品牌的塑造
与推广,市场渠道的扩展,啦啦队商业化运营体系的规范化、制度化等。
除了这些自身需要解决的问题,还有一些影响其商业化进程的外部环境:例如啦啦队队员的生源问题,赛场其他的娱乐成分的缺乏,政府和企业对啦啦队的重视,社会大众对啦啦队的认知等。
综上所
述,CBA赛场表演性啦啦队在未来几年必定加大其商业化、职业化的进程,而如何提高它的商业化运营水平,我们需要寻找到可行的办法
解决。
本文将针对CBA赛场啦啦队的商业化运营现状,提出其存在的问题,并提出一些可行性建议。
本文采用文献资料法、视频观察法、访问调查法、案例分析法、比较分析等研究方法对CBA赛场表演性啦啦队的商业化运营进行研究。
本课题的研究是在体育社会学、体育经济学、体育运动心理学等理论指导下,从国内具有代表性的已经走向
职业化发展道路的CBA啦啦队着手,探讨篮球联赛中啦啦队的概念和分类,分析表演性啦啦队商业化运营对篮球职业联赛的影响,分析CBA 啦啦队商业化运营的体系,及表演性啦啦队商业化运营的外部环境,
借鉴国外先进啦啦队代表的运营经验,提出CBA啦啦队商业化运营切实可行的建设性意见。
根据我国目前CBA赛场表演性啦啦队商业化运营的现状,为提高它的商业化、职业化水平,提出以下建议:(1)加大对啦啦队品牌的塑造与推广,努力提高啦啦队的知名度。
(2)拓宽啦啦队商业化的市场渠道。
(3)使啦啦队商业化运营体系更加的规范化、制度化。
(4)啦啦队组织者应打破啦啦队选拔的方式和条件限制。
每年公开面向社会举行啦啦队队员选拔赛,将啦啦队文化推广到社会大众面前,让的人去了解它。
(5)加强啦啦队队员的舞蹈基础的训练,与学校合作,建立从小培养的机制,解决啦啦队的生源问题。
(6)丰富赛场娱乐形式,提高其他娱乐成分的水平。
(7)提高政府对啦啦队的重视程度。
(8)媒体应该正确引导大众对啦啦队的关注,提高观众的审美水平。
(9)遵循行业内部的竞争规则,严格遵守市场的公平竞争原则,使该行业在公平、公正的环境下走向职业化道路。
【英文摘要】Since 2008 after the Olympic Games, Chinese scholars had a great deal of interest in the research of the cheerleading. but had the low attention in the cheerleading of presentational in the field of CBA, and its commercial and professional research is deserted. But with the professional basketball games marketization of speeding up, presentational
cheerleaders in CBA also gradually towards the commercial and professional road. Although it is not high level of the commercialization, but has already begun to take shape with company form independent development. The CBA presentational cheerleaders in commercial operation do not only has a direct connection with basketball professional league in market operation , but also great create a positive basketball culture, enrich the spiritual and cultural connotation of the CBA cheerleading. The cheerleading of commercialization process oneself also has many problems waiting to be solved: for example the problems of insufficient funds, brand shaping and promotion, marketing channels expands, cheerleaders commercial operation system of standardized and institutionalized, etc. In addition to these oneself, the problems need to be solved some influence its commercialization of external environment: for example, the matriculate problem of the cheerleading , the deficiency of other entertainment composition, the attention of government and enterprise to the cheerleading, the recognitionto of the social public to cheerleading etc.To sum up, the CBA presentational cheerleading team in the coming years will increase its commercial and professional process, and how to improve its commercial operation level, we need to
find the feasible solution. This article will focus on the status quo of the CBA cheerleaders in commercial operation of, puts forward the existing problems and puts forward some feasible Suggestions. This topic research is in sociology of sport and sports economics, sports psychology theory guidance, from domestic representative who has towards professionalization development of the CBA cheerleaders to explore the basketball tournament cheerleaders concepts and classification, Analysis the influence of basketball presentational cheerleaders in commercial operation to CBA, Analysis the system of commercial operation in the CBA cheerleaders, and the external environment of the presentational cheerleaders, learn from the operation experience of foreign advanced cheerleaders representative, and puts forward the feasible constructive opinions of CBA cheerleaders in commercial operation.According to China’s current commercial operation situation of CBA presentational cheerleaders , to improve its commercial and professional level, and put forward the following Suggestions: (1) intensify the shaping and promotion of the cheerleading brand , and strive to improve the visibility of cheerleading. (2) broaden the market channels of the commercialization of cheerleading. (3)
make the commercial operation system more standardized and institutionalized in cheerleaders . (4) cheerleaders organizers should break the selection way and the restriction conditions. Annual held the cheerleader qualifie face to the public , promot the cheerleading culture to the social public, let more people to understand it. (5) strengthen the basic training of cheerleader in dance , and cooperation with school, and establish a mechanism that should be solve the matriculate problem of cheerleading. (6) rich entertainment form, improve the level of other entertainment ingredients. (7) to improve the attention of the government to the cheerleading. (8) the mass media should correct guide the the audience to attention the cheerleading. (9) follow the industry’s competition rules, strictly abide by the principle of fair competition in the market, make this industry in a fair and impartial environment to the professional road.
