不及格:口吃、大舌、嘶哑、方言过重或有其他先天性发音障碍(即可评为不及格),语音语调差,且无法模仿出正确的读音,朗读文段不流利,几乎回答不了主考所提出的问题。

一中的学生达到良的水平一般都没有问题,考官培训的时候也都被要求放低标准,尽量不卡考生的前程。

广西2011年英语听力口语考试说明广西壮族自治区招生考试院二〇一一年二月十五日前言人们在学习母语时总是由学会听和说开始,最后才通过学校或家庭教育学会如何写。

同样,听和说在外语学习中也非常重要。

《普通高中英语课程标准》(2003年4月第一版)指出,根据高中学生认知能力发展的特点和交际需求、学习发展需要,在进一步发展学生语言运用能力的同时着重提高在人际交往中得体地使用英语的能力;用英语获取和处理信息的能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力以及用英语进行思维和表达的能力。

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》(2010-2020)指出,以考试招生制度改革为突破口,克服“一考定终身”的弊端,推进素质教育实施和创新人才培养。

深化考试内容和形式改革,着重考查综合素质和能力。

以高等学校人才选拔要求和国家课程标准为依据,保证国家考试的科学性、导向性和规范性,探索有的科目一年多次考试的办法。

因此,从2011年起,我区进行英语听力口语改革,把现行高考英语科统考模式中的听力部分剥离出来,和现行的高考英语复试(口语考试)合并起来,作为一门独立的考试,考试名称——英语听力口语考试。

为了让广大考生和教师更进一步明确英语听力口语考试的意义和考试目的,了解英语听力口语考试考什么、怎么考,我们编写了《广西2011年英语听力口语考试说明》。

《广西2011年英语听力口语考试说明》(以下简称《英语听力口语考试说明》),是为了方便我区考生参加全区统一组织的英语听力口语考试和方便教师有针对性的指导考生复习备考而编辑发行的指导性资料。

英语Ⅰ考试内容义务教育英语课程的总体目标是发展学生的综合语言运用能力。

综合语言运用能力建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等五个方面的基础之上。

义务教育英语结业考试侧重考查学生的语言技能、语言知识、跨文化交际意识和跨文化交际能力。

义务教育英语结业考试是达标性质的考试,命题依据英语《英语课程标准》中五级内容和相关附录的要求,测试学生是否能够达标。

英语结业考试着重考查学生的听、说、读、写语言技能以及灵活运用语音知识、词汇知识和语法知识的能力。

Ⅱ命题原则1、依据《英语课程标准》确定考查内容与标准命题坚持考查内容不受教材内容的制约,试题内容不与任何教材的具体内容直接挂钩。

2、着重考查学生的综合语言运用能力命题依据“考查学生用英语做事情的能力”的评价思想,考查学生在具体情境中运用英语知识与技能的能力,着重考查用英语做事情、完成任务的能力。

命题尽可能避免考查学生在脱离语境情况下的微观语言能力。

3、充分考虑学生的实际生活和身心发展水平选择命题语言素材和创设语言运用情景要充分考虑学生的生活实际、生活经验,要与学生的身心发展水平相适合。

4、选用真实、地道的语言素材,根据语言实际使用情形命题选择命题语言素材时尽量使用真实、地道、典型的当代英语素材;尽可能提供语义相对完整的语境,尽可能使试题任务接近现实生活中语言使用的真实情况。

5、依据《英语课程标准》确定的初中段词汇范围现行《英语课程标准(实验稿)》中所附的词汇表列出了整个基础教育段学生应该掌握的3300个左右的词汇,但没有标注义务教育阶段应该掌握的词汇。

为此,英语结业考试命题要依据《义务教育英语课程标准(修订稿)》拟采用的义务教育阶段英语词汇表确定命题词汇范围。

该词汇表大约有1600多个单词,见“附录”。

III试卷结构笔试试卷分为第I卷和第II卷两部分。

第I卷为客观性试题(选择题);第II卷为主观性试题(非选择题)。

试卷共含十大题,满分120分,考试时间120分钟。

广西壮族自治区招生考试院二○一一年二月十五日广西2011年英语听力口语考试说明一、命题指导思想英语听力口语考试遵循有助于高等学校选拔人才,有助于中学推进素质教育,有助于考试公平公正、科学、平稳、有效实施的原则,以《普通高等学校招生全国统一考试英语考试大纲》为依据,反映中华人民共和国教育部2003年4月第1版制订的《全日制普通高中英语课程标准》(实验)对于听力技能培养的相关要求,并结合广西中学英语教学的实际,重视“新教材、新情境”的创设与运用,考察学生的综合语言运用能力,尤其是注重考查考生在某一语境下获取和处理信息,用英语进行思维和表达的能力,以适应社会发展特别是我国改革开放和扩大对外交往的需要。

英语听力口语考试坚持以科学性、准确性、客观性、公正性、规范性为前提,使试卷有较高的信度、效度,必要的区分度和适当的难度,强调英语听力理解和口头表达的紧密联系,即听说合一,充分发挥考试对中学英语教育的积极导向作用。

二、考试内容和要求1.语言知识要求考生掌握并能运用英语语音、词汇、语法基础知识以及所学功能意念和话题,考查考生在某一语境下获取和处理信息,用英语进行思维和表达的能力,要求掌握2500个单词及400左右常用短语。

2. 语言运用听力考试部分,主要考查考生的英语听力水平,听懂用正常语速进行日常生活中所熟悉话题的简短对话或独白,在听的过程中,考生应能:(1)听懂有关某话题的谈话内容并能抓住要点;(2)在正常语速下获取和处理语段中的信息;(3)听懂正常语速听力材料中对人和物的描写、情节发展及结果;(4)识别语段中的重要信息并进行简单的推断;(5)理解说话者的意图、观点,识别不同语气所表达的不同态度。

口语考试部分,主要考查考生的英语语音语调以及口头表达能力。

考生应能:(1)根据指定话题,稍作准备后,用一定的句型和词汇,清楚、连贯、有条理地作简短的陈述或评论;(2)做到语音正确、语调自然,用恰当的语速和节奏表达自己的思想感情和意图;三、考试形式与试卷结构英语听力口语考试为闭卷考试,试卷由听力和口语两部分组成,采用计算机辅助考试的形式,在专用考场内进行,并全部在计算机系统中完成。

听力题均为单项选择题,考生用鼠标在计算机屏幕上点击选项完成答题。

口语题由考生口述计算机录音完成答题。

整个考试过程约40分钟。

听力部分共20小题,分为两节。

每听完一个简短对话,回答1个问题,共5小题。

考生先听一遍朗读录音(配朗读文稿),接着考生有1分钟的时间作准备,然后按屏幕所给的朗读文稿用1分钟时间进行模仿朗读。

模仿朗读要求语音正确、语调自然、语速均匀、快慢适中。

第二节:口头表达。

注意:考试录音时请考生看到屏幕下方红色录音滚动条出现后再放声朗读或陈述,因为红色录音滚动条没有出现时录音系统没启动,声音不能录入。

16分:发音清晰,朗读了全部分文本且朗读得较流畅,但有小部分出现发音困难,或者语调失误。

12分:发音基本清晰,基本流畅地朗读完了大部分文本,语音、语调有明显失误。

8分:发音有时清晰,朗读时频繁地停顿,语音、语调出现较多错误。

5分:发音基本不清晰,只断断续续朗读了部分短文文本,语音语调偶尔正确。

0分:考生未做任何回答,或文不对题。

五、英语听力口语考试成绩的使用1. 成绩形式英语听力口语考试考生试题卷面分采用百分制,报告考生成绩统一采用等级制,共分A、B、C、D、E五个等级。

A=85分以上;B=70分~84分;C=55分~69分;D=40分~54分E=39分以下。

每位高考考生均有两次参加考试的机会,两次考试相隔约20-30天,考生可以只选择参加一次考试,也可以选择参加两次考试。

如果考生参加两次考试,取其得分较高的一次成绩。

英语听力口语考试成绩不计入高考总分,要求报考专业需要加试外语口语的考生参加考试(非报考外语专业的考生亦可参加该考试,但不作硬性规定),供各院校有关专业录取时参考。
