2019年36期总第476期基础教育研究ENGLISH ON CAMPUS一、引言基于目前英语教学现状:教师在课堂、单元以及整个课程学习中缺乏重点及知识点之间的联系,单元整合教材的意识淡薄;理解教材不够深入;学生核心素养的培养意识淡薄。
通过深挖教材的内在联系,渗透地领悟核心素养和《追求理解的教学设计(第二版)》(即UBD)教学设计的方法,思考英语教学,改善现状,产出优质英语教学设计。
二、UBD逆向设计的“理解”《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》明确提出了“教材”的概念:为达成目标而应用的最合适的体验、任务和评估。
并建议学校“结合实际教学需要,创造性地使用教材”。
本书提到的教材(闫寒冰,宋雪莲,赖平,2016:257)是支持预期结果(根据UBD模板在阶段1确定的)的一种资源。
教材是实现教与学目标的工具,根据学情而进行补充内容或根据需要选择性地阅读内容,创造、精选和整合有价值且有效的教学资源。
本书所谓的“理解”(闫寒冰,宋雪莲,赖平,2016:255)是需要学生合适的体验、讨论和反馈。
学生能明智地、灵活地和创造性地利用所学的知识,就可以说学生已经理解了知识点(闫寒冰,宋雪莲,赖平,2016:51)。
理解是具有迁移性的,即对知识的迁移,没有知识的迁移,就不能对新体验产生更好的理解。
约翰·杜威曾在《我们如何思维》中认为“理解是学习者探求事实意义的结果” (姜文闵译,2005)。
他着重强调了在理解概念的过程中,要不断掌握事物之间的关系,即学生对思想、人、条件和过程的领悟,理解意味着使所学的内容有意义,能在不同条件和情境中运用这些知识的能力。
为了打造“为理解而教”的有效课堂,UBD给广大教育者提供了一份有效教学设计模板—《追求理解的教学设计专业发展工作手册》(McTighe& Wiggins, 2004:46-51)。
它是围绕逆向逻辑思维展开教案设计,以目标为导向,以学生理解知识点为重,根据结果目标进行教案设计,它分为三个阶段:第一阶段是确定本单元或者本课时的教学目标。

英语最后的复习要树立信心,考试的时候遇到难题要想“别人也难”,遇到容易的则要想“细心审题”。

It has more than one million devotees and a professional competition shown on ESPN.Schools around the Chicago area have adopted CrossFit to interest students at a time of a rising weight problem among young people, and most say it really works compared with traditional gym classes.“I think it's a great way to teach kids lifelong fitness, especially those kids who aren't interested in hockey, soccer or basketball,”said teacher Tracy Haraf of Illinois' Stony Creek Elementary.“They think it's tough, but they mentioned their performance has improved.”But some doctors and researchers advise caution, saying workouts that involve lifting weights can lead to injuries, particularly when performed by inexperienced people. Doctor Craig Finlayson at Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago said he was worried that while strength training has a positive effect on kids, heavy weights could be trouble for teenagers who might hurt themselves by trying to do too much or using poor form.CrossFit Inc., the company that certifies (发证书) trainers and licenses gyms, disagrees that its program is more dangerous compared with other fitness routines, like jogging.
