结果:1.ATFL、CFL、PTFL、ATTL、PTTL、CTL、NTL、AT、 PTT、FDLT、FHLT、PBT及PLT在断层标本上的测量数值与在MRI 上的测量数值比较,差异均无显著性。 2.外侧韧带:ATFL、CFL在MRI T1wI上呈低信号,PTFL为不均一 信号影,由多条带状影组成。ATFL在横断面足完全背屈位,经外踝 尖的层面、冠状面足完全跖屈经外踝前缘层面显示最清楚。PTFL在 横断面足完全背屈位,经后距下关节稍上层面显示最清楚。在冠状面 足完全背屈位经外踝后缘层面、横断面足完全跖屈位经跟骨载距突层 面、斜横断面足呈自然体位经跟骨载距突层面均是显示CFL较佳的
材料与方法:在40例不同体位的(自然松弛位34例、完全跖屈位3 例、完全背屈位3例)踝关节断层标本上观测ATFL、CFL、PTFL、
ATTL,PTTL、CTL,NTL,TSL、AT,PTT,FDLT,FHLT,PBT
及PLT等的形态结构及其周围毗邻关系。对正常人踝关节40例行
MRI SE、GE、STIR等序列的扫描。

面足完全跖屈位、斜冠状面自然体位经内踝前层面,横断面足完全背 屈位经距骨滑车层面均能较好显示。CTL及TSL在足完全背屈位, 冠状面经内踝尖层面、横断面经内踝尖下方层面显示最好。 4.肌腱:AT及内、外侧肌腱在MRI T1wI上均呈低信号影。AT在矢 状面及薄层冠状面显示较佳,可以显示AT的全长。PTT、FDLT、FHLT 在横断面显示较好,PBT、PLT在斜冠状面显示最好。

对于病变组织的显示较好。
结论:MRI能清晰显示ATFL、CFL、PTFL、ATTL、PTTL、CTL、
NTL、TSL、AT、PTT、FDLT、FHLT、PBT及PLT的详细解剖,且 与断层标本上的测量值基本一致;不同的体位、不同的成像方位及序 列对于踝关节各部分的显示均具有不同的意义。

Objective:The location,size,shoe and adjacent relationships of ATFL,
CFL,PTFL,ATTL,PTTL,CTL,NTL,AT,PTT,FDLr,FHLT,PBT and PLT on section specimens and MRl were studied to provide anatomic data for MR/diagnosis when foot was put in different positions.The
