线圈参数 线圈阻抗及特性 线圈的阻抗可以用电阻表测得,阻值是在标准规定 23ºC 测得。 误差范围为 ±10%。对于交流线圈而言,由于自感应原因,线 圈电流和阻值会不匹配。在 230V 时,自感应系数会达到 90H。 当线圈断开时,自感应带来的感应电压会影响开关源。

软件冗余通过程序实现数据同步和切换,所需硬件须为特定硬件,且不能实现I/O冗余;硬件冗余一般为采用同时运行两套相同配置的硬件实现数据同步和切换,并可实现I/O冗余。

在霍尼韦尔Master Logic 200冗余型PLC系统中,CPUH系列可较好的实现冗余功能,保证系统的可靠性。

使用时配置两套CPU处理器模块,并设置主从,主从CPU之间设置同步光纤,正常状态下由主CPU处理程序,从CPU实时监测主CPU的运行状态并通过同步光纤交换数据进行数据同步,一旦主CPU出现故障状态,从CPU可立即接替主CPU继续执行程序,在两个CPU 进行切换期间,PLC系统不停机,主从CPU切换时间不超过22ms[3]。
