使用说明V2.50善保存,以便需要时参考。
SBT962力值显示控制仪在同等价位的产品中,速度更快,可达4800次/秒。
同时客户在选型过程中,可在基本款基础上选择添加TEDS 、模拟量等功能。
此控制仪的比较器也比较灵活,比较方式多样,用户可自己搭建比较模式。
开孔尺寸(mm):93X461. 直流电压输入2. 串口RS232&RS4853. 模拟量输出4. 传感器接口5. 开关量输入、输出3.1电源接线3.2串口行连接仪表与计算机接线图(RS-232方式)3.3模拟量输出连接该仪表具有可选配模拟量输出功能,输出信号可以为0~±10V、0~±5V、0~20mA 、4~20mA 其中一种。
电流输出时接IO 和AN- 电压输出时接VO 和AN-3.4传感器的连接本仪表需配接电阻应变桥式传感器。
其接线方式为:四线制接法。
注意:EXC+3.5开关量接口的连接该仪表开关量采取光电隔离方式,接口需外部提供一路直流24V 电源作为开关量工作电源,该电源正极接至仪表PD+,负极接至PD-。
同时具有继电器和晶体管输出,其中晶体管输出为集电极开漏输出方式。
晶体管输出端口:PD+、PD-,OUT1~OUT5 继电器输出端口:COM 、OUT6、OUT7 输入端口:COM 、IN1~IN4将电阻/电容网络应用于低压(DC30V )直流继电器电路中,与负载跨接,构成一个由继电器驱动直流负载的直流继电器保护电路,如下图所示:+VDC注:上图中外部供电VCC 范围10~30VDC交流继电器的保护当使用交流继电器来控制负载时,推荐在交流继电器上跨接阻容网络加可变电阻予以保护,如下图所示:干接点PLCPLC用户初次使用本仪表时,或者测量系统中的任一部分有所变化以及当前设备的标定参数不满足用户的使用要求时,都应该对本仪表进行标定。
标定可用砝码标定和数字标定(免砝码标定),标定可以针对标定参数中的任意一个或/免砝码标定)零点及量程的调整,不需要加载实物,而是将单调上升是指在输入信号全范围内,输入信号增加,显示数据也增加,不会举例说明,假设传感器量程为100g ,需要精确到0.01g ,分度设为0.01。

During Vin high(≥4V)the VB026BSP increases current in the coil to the desired,internally set current level.After reaching this level,the coil current remains constant until the ignition point,that corresponds to the transition of Vin from high to low(typ.1.9V threshold).During the coil current switch-off,the primary voltage HVc is clamped at an internally set value Vcl,typically360V.The transition from saturation to desaturation,coil current limiting phase,must have the ability to accomodate an overvoltage.A maximum overshoot of20V is allowed.FEEDBACKWhen the collector current exceeds 6.5A,the feedback signal is turned high and it remains so, until the input voltage is turned-off. 2.本文档设置的必填项是台站核查工作需重点核查的内容,非必填项并非不需填写,应尽量填写。
3.本文档设置的必填项为对A库的要求,根据“关于台站核查工作部分问题的指导意见”的要求,需要进B库的台站数据,其数据项另行要求。
4.短波便携台继续按原要求选择国无管表4填写。
5.无线数传电台原则要求填写国无管表5,考虑到目前部分点对多点的应用方式,多余8个通信方向的无线数传台可选择填写国无管表13,之前选择国无管5填写的数据可不变。

4.3.3操作极隔离开关的调试
a)手动缓慢操作电动机操动机构,将隔离开关合上,观察导电臂应左右对称,钳夹位置是否处于正中位置,左右偏移允许50mm。

c)将导电臂、传动箱连同操作绝缘子一同吊起,移动到支柱绝缘子的上方,并使基座上操作拐臂的传动销穿入操作绝缘子下传动法兰孔中,最后使传动箱对正支柱绝缘子上法兰孔,用螺栓M16×55(含平垫、弹垫)固定。
注意:传动箱的安装要按照A、B、C三极顺序进行安装。面对操动机构排序A、B、C,不可随意调换,因工厂出厂前是按照A、B、C三极整组联调合格并在相关部件打上记号。
2.合闸后顶杆应伸进套筒约6mm(“红色标志”刚好隐没在套筒内)。若“红色标志”露在套筒外,则伸长L2,若“红色标志”插入套筒内太多,则缩短L2。
4.3操作极隔离开关的安装、调整
4.3.1将电动操动机构按安装图的尺寸,固定在操作极隔离开关下方。把隔离开关置于分闸位置,操动机构也置于分闸位置时,将垂直杆带孔端套入传动轴中,用Φ15的不锈钢销(从基座上拆下)连接。垂直杆下端用机构接头夹紧。垂直连接杆在出厂时长度留有一定的裕度,以适应用户不同的安装高度要求,垂直连接杆长度取机构示意图中所示A点至上方连接轴销中心之间的尺寸。
